Abstract

UD Gajah Delta is a familly business managed by a husband and wife in the city of Sidoarjo, East Java. This trading business was started in the 2000s and still survives today. One of UD Gajah Delta's strategies to survive today is to maintain quality and pay attention to every detail of the voice of the customer. In fulfilling the demand for pans, meatball boilers, rice boilers, and soup bowls, UD has 3 factories and dozens of employees who help with the production process. Besides that, to help the success of the production process, there are various types of machines such as cutting machines, press machines, press roll machines, and punch machines. In order to maximize the production process at UD Gajah Delta, it is necessary to calculate the need for raw materials and the number of machines used to assist the production process. Calculating the need for raw materials and machines used can use the method of operation process chart (OPC) and multi product process chart (MPPC). So that it will know the amount of raw material requirements and the right machine in the production process.Keywords: Raw material, MPPC, OPC, Machine

Abstract

PT. Sumbertaman Keramika industri merupakan salah satu dari sedikit perusahan yang masih melakukan proses produksi di belakang. Beberapa teknik dan teknologi terkini telah membantu, PT. Sumbertaman Keramika industri menjadi salah satu produsen keramik paling aktif di Indonesia. Selama bertahun- tahun PT. Sumbertaman Keramika industri telah memproduksi keramik untuk pemakaian sehari-hari. PT. Sumbertaman Keramika industri berdiri sejak tahu 1948 sampai saat ini trisensa cramics berdiri 74 tahun, layanan tim kami akan melayani segala kusus dengan jumlah tertentu dengan anda memesan produkRute usulan hasil penelitian yang dapat dipilih dengan hasil presentase penghematan terbesar adalah model CVRP dengan metode matematis MILP menggunakan software lingo 13.0 hasil yang di dapat kan sebagai berikut.Untuk total biaya pengiriman keseluruan adalah Rp. 5.400.000, dapat menghemat jarak sebesar 14,79%, yaitu 500,5KM dan biaya penghematan sebessar 25% yaitu Rp. 1.800.000, dengan total waktu tempuh pengiriman durasi 600,6 menit. Saran yang dapat diberikan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah Hasil dari penelitan ini dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi perusahaan untuk memilih rute kendaraan yang dapat menghemat jarak dan biaya yang dikeluarkan.

Abstract

PT. Sekar Wangi Groub is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of rubber products. PT. Sekar Wangi Groub is located on Jl. Ketapang - Suko No.34, Suko Hamlet, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. Products produced by PT. Sekar Wangi Group is Rubber Fender, Elastomeric bearing pad and Rubber Roll. Activities in the company all use machine tools that operate non-stop during working hours, this is able to make the machine experience a decrease in performance, so that at certain time it will make the machine experience trobel. Therefore, efforts to avoid machine trobel or breakdown can be done by scheduling machine maintenance, routine maintenance on the machine can be done by applying the use of the Preventive maintenance method to make the engine life longer and avoid downtime, with regular maintenance and maintenance on the machine, it is expected to increase production and avoid breakdown in the machine. The result obtained is that the cost of machine maintenance using preventive maintenance results in a smaller total maintenance cost of Rp.7.100.000,- per year compared to the previous breakdown maintenance costs which reached Rp.12.070.741, - the total cost expenditure is smaller if implementing preventive maintenance so that this method is appropriately used by the company.

Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a sophisticated database system. Manufacturing companies have a production process, the production process is a process where raw materials are converted into finished products or have added value. Before carrying out the production process, it is necessary to determine raw material planning using the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method. Material Requirement Planning (MRP) is a method required for production planning or procurement of components to meet the master production schedule (JIP). In the production process, especially in the procurement of raw materials, there are problems, namely the process of calculating the number of raw materials is only done by estimating the amount of production in advance and there is no calculation using this method and there is no ability within the company to control inventory so that the determination of the materials that will be needed is irregular. Therefore, researchers will determine the planning of raw material requirements for a certain period using the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method. Then integration with the company's ERP system is one way to solve the problem so that it can help companies improve business process performance. Implementation of ERP applications in business processes is expected to improve business performance such as reducing excessively high lead times, improving customer service performance, eliminating required stages and others

Abstract

Farmers in Papungan Village, Blitar Regency, are experiencing problems, namely the lack of subsidized fertilizer from the government to meet the demand for fertilizer for their agricultural land. To meet this shortage, farmers apply organic nutrient fertilizers as a substitute for non-subsidized and chemical fertilizers, but the process of making organic nutrient fertilizers requires a long fermentation process, which is 16-30 days. Therefore it is necessary to have an Anaerobic Bioreactor to help speed up the fermentation. This tool is quite expensive for farmers in Papungan village, so it is necessary to analyze the level of investment feasibility of the Anaerobic Bioreactor tool to find out whether it is worth buying or investing. From the calculation results obtained NPV (Net Present Value) of IDR 9,266,620, IRR (Internal Rate Of Return) of 40.1513% and BCR (Benefit Cost Ratio) of 1.0289 so it can be concluded that the purchase of Anaerobic Bioreactors is feasible.
