Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine: interpersonal communication between the management and students in the process of guiding morality, effective interpersonal communication between the administrators and students, and the inhibiting factors of interpersonal communication between the management and students at the Sunan Ampel Islamic Boarding School Bangorejo. This study uses a Nuturalistic approach, which aims to seek and find meaning or understanding of phenomena in a special contextual setting. Data collection strategies through observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as data validity include validity testing with source and theory triangulation. The results of research conducted at the Sunan Ampel Islamic Boarding School Bangorejo, in the process of guiding the formation of morality, used an interpersonal communication approach. And indications of successful interpersonal communication that administrators have, in particular: can encourage approval, excitement, mental changes, good connections, and lead to activity. Furthermore, the suppressive variables of interpersonal communication, including the mental state of communication, one-way messages, and verbalistic message recognition, etc. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : Komunikasi interpersonal pengurus dengan santri dalam proses pembimbingan akhlaqul karimah, komunikasi interpersoal yang efektif antara pengurus dengan santri, dan faktor-faktor peghambat komunikasi interpersonal pengurus dengan santri di Pondok Pesantren Sunan Ampel Bangorejo. Penelitian ini, menggunakan pendekatan naturalistik, yaitu bertujuan untuk mencari dan menemukan pengertian atau pemahaman tentang fenomena dalam suatu latar yang berkonteks khusus. Strategi pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, serta validitas data meliputi uji validitas dengan triangulasi sumber dan teori. Adapun hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Sunan Ampel Bangorejo dalam proses pembimbingan pembentukan akhlaqul karimah, menggunkan pendekatan komunikasi interpersonal. Dan indikasi komunikasi interpersonal yang berhasil yang dimiliki pengururs, khususnya : Dapat mendorong persetujuan, kegembiraan, Perubahan mentalitas, koneksi yang lebih baik, dan mengarah pada aktivitas. Selanjutnya, variabel penekan komunikasi interpersonal, termasuk kondisi mental komunikan, pesan satu arah, dan pengenalan pesan verbalistik, dan lain-lain.

Abstract

Good communication is a central aspect in the learning and teaching process. This article aims to highlight how the communication pattern in moral learning in the Al-Hikmah dormitory is. Moral learning itself is basically the formation of the character of students. The results showed that the communication pattern of moral learning used was the book TALIMUL MUTAALIM as the medium, and applied the direct learning communication pattern, namely between teachers and students and the indirect learning communication pattern, namely coordination between the teacher and the dormitory administrator.

Abstract

The application of qanuns in a pesantren basically does not take place in a vacuum, but in a space of social interaction, which is full of dynamics of communication. This article wants to examine how the sociological-communication side of the implementation of the qonun prohibits carrying cellphones at the Mamba'ul Huda Islamic boarding school. The results showed that the prohibition on carrying cellphones was the result of the many negligence committed by the students when they brought cellphones, even though the administrators had often been reminded to carry out their obligations.

Abstract

The Mukhtar Syafaat Islamic Boarding School is a boarding school that is not only concerned with educating students, but also intensely doing da'wah to the community. With their work having a positive effect on the surrounding community, they become fond of studying religious sciences. For this reason, this study focuses on highlighting how the strategies applied by the pesantren to the surrounding community. The results showed that the success of the Islamic boarding school da'wah was due to the use of cultural strategies.

Abstract

Online games are a new type of game that appears in the current Android era. This game is different from games in the previous era, which were usually only played at certain times, namely during the day, at night, or during school holidays. Meanwhile, online games can be played at any time, when someone holds an android. Therefore, this game can make anyone addicted so that they forget the time to pray, recite the Koran, or study. This article focuses on examining the motives that drive teenagers to become addicted to online game games by using Sumbersari Village as a case study. The results of the study show that what drives the motives of the teenagers include boredom, following trends, parents who are too free, and maximum facilities

Abstract

Abstract This article wants to see good looking preachers from the perspective of students, especially with a phenomenological approach. The understanding of some people assumes that good looking in the image of the preacher is strongly influenced by the power of the media. Such an image with the intention of influencing the perception of people or society that has brought social and cultural changes. Here the researcher displays the empathy of handsome preachers namely, Ustad Hannan Attaqi, Habib Husein Jaffar Al-Hadar, Gus Miftah and Ustad Solmed. The object of the research is the postgraduate student of Anthropology at Gajah Mada University. The research wants to show that good looking is the main social capital for preachers in explaining da'wah narratives. The power of modernity is forming the image of the preacher through the mediatization process.

Abstract

The purpose of this research includes field research. Research using qualitative methods. The method of collecting research data is by collecting data through a descriptive, qualitative approach, through structural interviews. The results of this study are to show that Instagram's nature for preaching makes a positive impact on its users in everyday life. By utilizing the features that exist in the Instagram application. On the Instagram account @Darussalamblokagung Multimedia Darussalam utilizes six Instagram features, namely uploads, captions, comments, likes, followers, hashtags. Multimedia Darussalm preaching about Dawuh guru, Quotes, Video Messages of Da'wah, Sunnah practices, Yaumul milad, Routines. So Instagram can also be used as a medium for preaching as is done by the Instagram account @Darussalamblokagung.

Abstract

This research focuses on the problem: the role of extracurricular da'wah in improving the public speaking of the students of the Darussalam Putri Utara Islamic boarding school, which is then translated into several problem formulations as follows: (1) how is the role of extracurricular da'wah in improving the public speaking of the students of the Darussalam Putri Utara Islamic Boarding School Blokagung Banyuwangi (2) what are the obstacles in improving the public speaking of the students of Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Putri Utara Blokagung Banyuwangi. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type, which was held at the Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Putri Utara Blokagung Banyuwangi. The research data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of extracurricular da'wah in improving the public speaking of the students of the Darussalam Putri Utara Islamic boarding school is very instrumental in increasing self-confidence, speaking fluently in public, relieving nervousness, being able to convey messages well, can cause positive feedback to the audience. , make the audience happy to listen to the communicator, and promote critical thinking. The obstacles in public speaking are semantic disorders in language, individual problems, physical disorders, status disorders, and frame of mind disorders.

Abstract

The mosque is a building erected for worship to Allah SWT, especially for performing the five daily prayers, Friday prayers, and other worship, also used for Islamic syiar activities, religious education, training and social activities. The purpose of the study was to be able to describe da'wah activities at the Mosque Ka'bah Puncak Syafa'at.To find out the activities of da’wah at the kaaba mosque,the peak of intercession. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. This type of research is used by researchers in order to be able to know and clearly describe what is happening in the field. Based on the results of the research, it can be answered that the formulation of the problem in this research is as follows: Da'wah activities at the Masjid Ka'bah Puncak Syafa'at are divided into several da'wah activities, namely da'wah activities in the form of worship, study groups, social religion and education. Activities in the form of worship include the five daily fardu prayers in congregation, the implementation of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha prayers, the sunnah prayers of Dhuha Tarawih and Witir. Da'wah activities in the form of study groups, namely recitation of each such as recitation of the book of Ihya ulumidin every after Fajr prayer, religious lectures. Da'wah activities in the form of socio-religious activities such as distributing sacrificial animal meat after Eid al-Adha prayers and distributing Zakat Fitrah to those who are entitled to receive it.

Abstract

In the current era, the development of the mining industry is in direct confrontation with members of the community, who first live near the site, which will be mined. In this case, unlike in the New Order era, in the current era, local members have the freedom to oppose development around where they live. It is also experienced by the company who want to open gold mining, in the mountains Tumpang Pitu, Pesanggaran, Banyuwangi. The company's efforts are opposed by members of the local community. Gaining opposition from local community members, the mining company responded by running corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs. However, in response to the offer of CSR programs of the company, the community members responded in the form of a fight over to gain agree among themselves, ie between CSR refusers and CSR recipients. The CSR refusalists wish that members of society who receive CSR abandon their choice of attitude and move on in their footsteps. Meanwhile, the CSR recipients wish that CSR's refusers will allow themselves to determine their will. Therefore, this thesis focuses on finding the answers to the following questions: "how are the strategies of be agree operated by each party of the community members, ie between CSR refusers and CSR recipients, in response to CSR programs of mining companies". This research uses qualitative method. The research scope is Pancer sub-village and Silirbaru sub-village, Sumber Agung village, which is the area where the mining company was founded. The unit of analysis of this research is the language used by members of local communities, both who refuse CSR or recaive CSR in both sub-villages. Methods of collecting data in this study using in-depth interview techniques. Methods of data processing, using restory techniques. And, method of data analysis using thick description. The results of the field findings indicate that in a battle with each other, each party, members of the community use certain discourses. The CSR refusers use the "pro-contra mining" discourse in operating the strategy of be agree to the recipients of the CSR, while the latter uses the discourse of "national people-counter people" and "economic responsibility" in operating behind the strategy of be agree to the party First of all. In operating the strategy of be agree itself, the CSR refusers applies the panopticon technique, ie, total oversight of the CSR recipients. In addition, applying total control, the CSR refusers also uses interpellation techniques. In this case, the CSR refusers operates a total interpellation to the CSR recipients. The effect of the panopticon technique makes CSR recipients experience a self-control situation. To that end, when the position has been pressed, CSR recipients interpellate CSR refusers with the discourse of "national people-counter people" and the discourse of "economic responsibility". The result, they run coexistently.
