JDARISCOMB (The Journal of Darussalam Islamic Communication and Broadcast) adalah jurnal unggulan Program Studi Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Islam, Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi Islam, IAI Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi bekerjasama dengan Asosiasi Profesi Dakwah Indonesia (APDI). JDARISCOMB menyediakan karya ilmiah hasil penelitian empiris maupun analisis-reflektif bagi para praktisi dan akademisi, yang diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan teori dan pengenalan konsep-konsep baru di bidang komunikasi dan penyiaran Islam dalam perspektif yang luas; Retorika Islam, Homiletika Islam, Jurnalistik Islam, Media Dakwah Islam, Film Religi, dan Komunikasi Dakwah Islam. Abstract

Communication in education is a very important element and has a very large role. Effective communication in education is very necessary, communication can be considered effective and conducive when the communicant can receive and understand the contents of the message conveyed by the communicator. Communication strategies are very important to learn for Islamic boarding school administrators in order to achieve messages or learning motivation effectively. However, not all Islamic boarding school administrators can create good communication strategies, sometimes administrators even ignore the communication aspect where Islamic boarding school administrators only convey messages without thinking about how the message can be received well by students. The purpose of this study was to determine the communication strategies used by Islamic boarding school administrators to motivate students to learn Darussalam Blokagung 2 Setail Village, Genteng District, Banyuwangi Regency. And to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the communication strategy of Islamic boarding school administrators. The type of research used by the researcher is qualitative research. This research is classified into the type of field research. The approach that the researcher will use is a descriptive approach. To test the validity of the data, the researcher uses extended observation, increases persistence, and triangulation. All data that has been collected is analyzed using data collection analysis, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that effective communication strategies and providing positive feedback are the main keys to increasing students' learning motivation at the Darussalam Blokagung 2 Islamic Boarding School, Setail Village, Genteng District. These supporting factors create a positive learning environment, support the development of students, and motivate them to achieve higher achievements.

Abstract

is an obligation for all Muslims. One way to preach is through written works such as books or scriptures. One of them is the Book of Ta'limul Muta'alim by Sheikh al-Zarnuji. Where we can understand knowledge about human nature in this book. Based on the background above, this research will answer the problem: What is the message of da'wah in the book Ta'limul Muta'alim by Sheikh Al-Zarnuji? What is the material contained in the book Ta'limul Muta'alim by Sheikh Al-Zarnuji? The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with content analysis techniques which are widely used to study da'wah messages. This research analyzes the da'wah message in each paragraph in certain selected chapters using observation techniques. The results of this research show that from the book "Ta'limul Muta'alim" there are many da'wah messages, namely those related to the aqidah message, sharia messages, and moral messages related to current life. Furthermore, the most dominant da'wah message in the book "Ta'limul Muta'alim" is the aqidah message, followed by the moral message and finally the sharia message

Abstract

This research will discuss the interpretation of da'wah verses, specifically the Al-Qur'an contained in Surah al-Hujuraat verse 13 and its relevance in the development of multicultural da'wah in Indonesia. What this research wants to illustrate is for all readers to understand that the context of Indonesia with various cultural, religious, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds is appropriate for campaigning for da'wah with a multicultural approach. This research uses qualitative methods with a library research approach. This method relies on the analysis of various written sources such as books, books, journals, articles and other documents that are relevant to the topic under study. Several opinions of scholars such as Ibnu Kathir became references in completing this research. The principle of multiculturalism in surah al-Hujuraat verse 13 has high relevance in the context of modern society. As part of universal revelation, the Qur'an offers a wise approach on diversity and social relations. The message contained in this verse directing humanity to build bridges of brotherhood and strengthen human ties, regardless of cultural background or ethnicity.

Abstract

The commercialization of da'wah is a growing phenomenon in the digital era, where preachers utilize social media platforms and offline events as sources of income. This study aims to analyze the controversy surrounding da'wah commercialization from the perspective of prophetic da'wah, which emphasizes humanization, liberation, and transcendence. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation of preachers and the public. The findings indicate that while commercialization can expand the reach of religious messages, it also risks shifting da'wah into a profit-oriented activity. The study's implications highlight the need for clearer regulations and ethical guidelines to ensure alignment with prophetic values. This research contributes to understanding the balance between monetization and the essence of da'wah in the digital era.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the communication strategy used in the development of tahfidz al-qur'an for students of the an- nadhloh dormitory of the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic boarding school and to know the factors that are obstacles and supporters in memorizing the al-qur'an for students of the an-nadhloh dormitory of the darussalam blokagung Islamic boarding school. The type of research used by researchers is qualitative research. This research is classified into the type of field research. The approach used by researchers is a descriptive approach. To test the validity of the data Researchers use observational extensions, increasing persistence and triangulation. All data that has been collected in the analysis uses data collection analysis, data reduction, data appearance, and inference. The communication strategy used in the Development of Tahfidz Al-Qur'an for Santriwati Dormitory An-nadhloh Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung is in accordance with Pace and Faules theory where the communication strategy consists of three main goals, namely (a) To secure understanding, namely ensuring that the communicant understands the message received. If he can understand and accept, then the acceptance must be fostered. (b) To establish acceptance, that is, after the communicant understands and receives the message, this message must be fostered. (c) To motivation action, that is, after the acceptance is fostered, this activity must be motivated. Factors that become obstacles and supporters in memorizing the Al-Qur'an, students of the An-Nadhloh Dormitory at Pondok Pesantran Darussalam Blokagung not only from internal but also external roles that include family and environment also affect in memorizing the Al-Qur'an for students.

Abstract

Film “Buya Hamka” mengisahkan perjalanan hidup Abdul Malik Karim Amrullah, seorang tokoh ulama dan sastrawan terkemuka Indonesia yang lebih dikenal dengan nama Buya Hamka. Film ini menyajikan berbagai momen penting dalam kehidupan Buya Hamka, mulai dari masa kecilnya yang penuh tantangan hingga kontribusinya dalam bidang pendidikan dan sastra. Banyak adegan yang menggambarkan upaya Buya Hamka dalam menyampaikan pemikirannya dan memperjuangkan kemerdekaan Indonesia melalui karya-karya tulisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis personalitas atau kepribadian Hamka yang tergambar dalam film “Buya Hamka”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa analisis dokumen melalui simak katat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan interpretatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hamka memiliki tipe kepribadian plegmatis yang dominan. Tipe kepribadian melankolis, sanguinis, dan koleris hanya muncul dalam adegan-adegan tertentu. Dalam analisis menggunakan teori John Fiske, ditemukan kode-kode sebagai berikut; Tingkat Kenyataan : Pakaian yang dikenakan Buya Hamka menunjukkan kesederhanaan; Tingkat representasi : Karakter tokoh Buya Hamka digambarkan sebagai sosok yang pendiriannya teguh; Tingkat ideologi : Film ini mengandung lima pokok ideologi, yaitu fasisme, nasionalisme, sosialisme, individualisme, dan konservatisme.

Abstract

Imam al-Ghazali merupakan ulama’ yang sangat berpengaruh dalam bidang ilmu keislaman, dalam filsafatnya imam al-Ghazali memiliki karya kitab Tahafut al-Falasifah, kitab tersebut sebagai respon terhadap para filsuf Yunani yang menyimpang dari ajaran atau keyakinan agama islam. Dalam kitabnya setidaknya ada dua puluh permasalahan yang menjadi kajian, namun dalam artikel ini membahas tiga permasalahan yang menjadi pokok dari penyimpangan para filsuf Yunani, imam al-Ghazali mengkategorikan sebagai kafir dalam permasalaha ini, diantaranya, a) mengenai keberadaan alam, b) ketidaktahuan tuhan terhadap dzatnya, c) penolakan terhadap kebangkitan jasmani. Para filsuf pada umumnya dalam menyikapi permasalahan tersebut hanya sebatas pengetahuan sesuai nalar manusia, dan menganggapnya hasil dari pemikiranya adalah sesuatu yang realistis dan benar, tidak ada argument yang dapat membuktikan dari hasil pemikiranya dan imam al-Ghazali mengatakan pemikiranya adalah keliru dan sangat rancu.

Abstract

Users of social media platforms communicate various forms and symbols of support for Palestine, such as the symbol of watermelon which has its own meaning as a form of support for the state of Palestine. This research uses a qualitative approach with the library research method and a qualitative descriptive approach, where the researcher will further explore the symbolic communication of watermelon, both the meaning behind the symbol which is used as a form of defense of the Palestinian state, then the impact of the boycott action, and this research wants to look at the existence of the Micro celebrities attract sympathy on social media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh media sosial terhadap citra masjid melalui pendekatan literature review. Masjid sebagai institusi dakwah sekarang dituntut untuk berperan serta secara aktif di dunia digital untuk membangun citra yang baik di masyarakat, khususnya anak muda. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan melihat berbagai literatur akademik yang berkaitan, khususnya tiga studi utama yang membahas strategi komunikasi digital di masjid-masjid di Indonesia, seperti Masjid Agung Demak, Masjid Ulil Albab UII, Masjid Istiqlal dan Masjid Ubudiyah Aulawiyah PTPN II Tanjung Morawa. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial berperan secara signifikan dalam membentuk citra masjid yang positif, komunikatif, dan relevan dengan perkembangan zaman. Citra tersebut dibangun melalui konten visual, pesan-pesan yang bersifat keagamaan, dan interaksi langsung yang mendukung dan memperkuat identitas serta citra masjid. Strategi Komunikasi yang terencana dan bersifat responsif membuat masjid lebih relevan di mata masyarakat khususnya kalangan generasi muda. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media sosial merupakan instrumen yang sangat penting dalam strategi komunikasi dakwah dan citra masjid pada era modern.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis objektifikasi tubuh perempuan dalam iklan bodycare melalui perspektif feminis kritis. Iklan dipandang tidak hanya sebagai media promosi, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pembentukan wacana kecantikan yang bersifat patriarkal dan kapitalistik. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis wacana kritis Norman Fairclough, serta teori objektifikasi dari Fredrickson, Roberts, Nussbaum, dan Langton, penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa tubuh perempuan dalam iklan direduksi menjadi objek visual yang memenuhi standar kecantikan tertentu. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa representasi tersebut memperkuat stereotip gender dan menciptakan ketidakpuasan tubuh yang terus-menerus, sehingga mendorong perilaku konsumtif. Iklan tidak hanya mencerminkan realitas sosial, tetapi turut mereproduksi ideologi yang merugikan perempuan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa objektifikasi dalam iklan bodycare berdampak pada pembentukan citra diri dan identitas perempuan dalam masyarakat modern.
