Abstract

A hospital is a healthcare institution that plays a role in providing information to the public. In today's digital era, the need for information media continues to increase. One of these is the company website, which serves as an information medium connecting hospitals with the community. The purpose of this research is to develop a website for Ar-Rasyid Islamic Hospital Palembang, with development carried out using the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method which includes the Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition phases. The website is developed with a focus on features such as profile pages, service information, news, and doctor schedules. The result of this research is that with the presence of the hospital website, it is expected to improve the services of Ar-Rasyid Islamic Hospital Palembang and extend their information reach to the community without having to visit the hospital directly.

Abstract

PT Elco Prima Sejahtera is a company established in 1998 and based in Palembang, engaged in providing products and services to National Oil and Gas Companies, with a total of 41 employees. The existing system at PT. Elco Prima Sejahtera is less than optimal because it still uses paper, Microsoft Word, WhatsApp, and email, making searches time-consuming, prone to errors, and even resulting in lost documents. In the development of the system, the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method was used, involving interviews and literature studies. The system design is built using PHP with the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database. The Employee Information System will record employee data consisting of attendance data, recruitment, leave, rewards and punishments, promotions, and demotions. With the presence of the employee information system, it can address the issues at PT Elco Prima Sejahtera.

Abstract

Data warehouse can be used to accommodate and analyze large amounts of data, which can be viewed from various points of view or dimensions. This research aims to help analyze drug data from current activities in the pharmacy unit and polyclinic of RSUD Siti Fatimah Palembang. Because over time data becomes increasingly large, preventing executives from doing all they can to make decisions and impacting the quality of the information itself. Data warehouse can help hospital leaers make better decisions. Observation, interviews, literature research, and star schema design are the research methods used. And the method used for design uses the Nine Step Methodology, which includes 9 stages. These stages include selecting a process, selecting a grain, identifying dimensions, selecting facts, storing initial calculations in a fact table, confirming a dimension table, selecting a database duration, tracking gradual changes in dimensions, determining priorities, and query models. This research shows that the data warehouse can be accessed quickly and precisely, which will help hospitals make decisions. This study found that a histogram-shaped dashboard can help related parties in making decisions at Siti Fatimah Regional Hospital, Palembang.

Abstract

PT Navia Persada Abadi operates in the field of fuel oil distribution and transportation services, facing obstacles in managing personnel data which is still manual, such as absenteeism recaps, leave applications and recruitment. This leads to processes that are inefficient and prone to errors. To overcome this problem, a web-based personnel information system was designed using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method. This system includes features for managing employee data, attendance, recruitment, leave, reward & punishment, promotion and demotion. The implementation of a PHP and MySQL based system is expected to increase efficiency, accuracy and transparency in personnel management in the company. With this system, PT Navia Persada Abadi can increase operational productivity and provide better service to employees.

Abstract

Company XYZ is a distributor of motorbike spare parts that faces challenges in utilizing transaction data to improve marketing strategies. This research aims to apply the Apriori algorithm in analyzing transaction data to find product purchasing patterns that often occur simultaneously. The Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) method is used for the analysis process, starting from understanding data, data transformation, to pattern discovery and evaluation. The interactive dashboard was designed using Python to present analysis results in an easy-to-understand visual form. The research results show that the application of the Apriori algorithm can identify significant association patterns between products, help companies improve sales strategies and optimize stock management. Thus, this research contributes to data-based decision making to support company business growth.

Abstract

This research utilizes data mining with the Apriori and FP-Growth algorithms to generate product package recommendations for Planty Burger based on sales transaction data. Through data mining-based analysis, Planty Burger can identify consumer preference patterns and provide more relevant recommendations. The research methodology includes Data Collection, Data Preprocessing, Algorithm Implementation, Analysis and Result Evaluation, and Software Development. The use of both algorithms allows for a comparison of results to ensure the validity of the identified patterns. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that if a customer purchases Matcha Greentea, there is a high probability (75% confidence) that they will also purchase a BBQ Steak Burger. The analysis results are expected to enhance customer satisfaction and sales by providing appropriate product package recommendations.

Abstract

PT Permata Medika Center is a company engaged in the retail trade of goods and pharmaceutical drugs in pharmacies. Based on interviews, it was found that PT Permata Medika Center faces issues in managing employee data due to data redundancy. To address this problem, a solution in the form of a human resources information system was proposed to assist staff in managing employee data. The resulting human resources information system provides various features, including managing new employee recruitment, job vacancies, attendance, employee data, leave, rewards, punishments, divisions, and resignations. This research resulted in a human resources information system that helps make the recruitment and selection of prospective employees more efficient and aligned with the company's needs. Additionally, it facilitates the recapitulation of attendance data and employee administration, making reporting and decision-making easier and faster.

Abstract

PT Anugerah Alam Konstruksi faces challenges in employee attendance recording, which is still done manually, where field workers submit photos via WhatsApp, while office staff attendance is recorded directly by the admin. This method results in disorganized attendance data and requires more time for processing. To address this issue, an Android and web-based Employee Attendance Information System was designed and developed. This study employs an iterative method, allowing system development to be carried out in stages through multiple cycles. The stages include requirements analysis, system design using an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), implementation using Dart for the Android application and PHP for the web administration, as well as system testing and evaluation. The Android application enables employees to clock in based on predefined time and location, while the web-based system facilitates admins in managing, verifying, and compiling attendance reports. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance operational efficiency and company productivity through more accurate and organized attendance recording.

Abstract

PT Bumi Kaya Kuliner is a company operating in the culinary sector which every day stores a lot of transaction data in Excel format containing sales of food and beverage products. The company wants to utilize the stored transaction data to provide future strategy suggestions. So data mining analysis can be carried out using an a priori algorithm using the CRISP-DM method. The results obtained from this research are in the form of menu combinations that are often ordered simultaneously and the output of this research is also in the form of a dashboard application which is implemented using Visual Studio code and the Python programming language with the aim of being able to be used by companies to see calculation results directly.

Abstract

This research examines the strategic planning of Information Systems and Information Technology (IS/IT) at the Housing and Settlement Area Office (PERKIM) of South Sumatra Province using the Ward and Peppard methodology. Although several information systems such as SIPD and SIPPERA PERKIM have been implemented, there are still challenges, such as the lack of system integration and limited digital public services. The research uses Value Chain, PEST, SWOT, and Critical Success Factor (CSF) analysis methods to identify the organization's strategic needs. The analysis results indicate the need for system integration development based on cloud computing and API, as well as the implementation of digital public services using AI chatbots. Strategic recommendations include a 2024-2026 implementation roadmap covering system integration, digital service development, and HR competency enhancement. The implementation of these strategies is expected to improve PERKIM's operational efficiency and public service quality.
