Abstract

This research aims to determine the path influence of variable analysis of service price, service quality, comfort and customer satisfaction. And know the most dominant variables in influencing the workshop business Delta Motor located in the area Cemengkalang Sidoarjo. The approach in this study used Expalnatory research with data collection methods and questionnaires with simple randomized sample research techniques there were 50 respondents. One data collection technique with questionnaires, surveys, polls, and observations, while the data captured is primary data and skunder data, while data analysis techniques using the Analysis Path (path analysis). The results showed that: 1) the influence of the service price variable to the comfort variable is 7.10. 2) The influence of service quality variables against the convenience satisfaction variable is 8.42. 3) The influence of price variables against customer satisfaction variables is 6.75. 4) The influence of variable comfort to consumer satisfaction is 20.91. 5) The influence of service quality variables to consumer satisfaction is 2.90.

Abstract

In this era of rapid globalization, the management of the area's financesgreatly affects the development of the area to determine the level of financialachievement of the area. Therefore, the management of regional finance should be doneeconomically efficiently and effectively or meet value for money as well astransparency, accountability, fairness and community participation in order toencourage economic growth that can further reduce the amount of budgeting andreduce the level of poverty. This research is intended to allow other villages to knowthat there is a simple stimulus that can be developed between the regional financial selfreliance ratio (X1), and the ratio of effectiveness PAD (X2) to community Welfare (Y) inSidoarjo. The high value of the ratio is not necessarily determining the prosperity of thecommunity so the opposite low ratio value is not necessarily determine the low welfareof society. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach, which is a researchthat is related to hypothesis testing with analytic tools for the method of collectingobservation data, interviews and documentation. The test equipment used was a doubleregression analysis technique with Windows SPSS 22. Thus obtained the value of thevariable regression coefficient of the financial self-reliance area 0.452, variable ratio ofeffectiveness pad to 0.434. And the F test value of Fcalculate > Ftabel (3.509 > 3.20)with a significant rate of 0.015 < 0.05 which means the regional financial self-relianceratio variable and PAD's effectiveness ratio simultaneously affects the welfare of thecommunity. T-test result of regional financial independence ratio of Thitung > This(3.465 > 2.011) has a significant value of 0.014 < 0.05, and PAD effectiveness ratio ofThitung > This (3.959 > 2.011) has a significant value of 0.022 < 0.05, which meansthe variable ratio of regional financial independence and the ratio of effectiveness ofthe pad affects community welfare partially

Abstract

This study aims to determine the personal, social, and cultural influences partially and simultaneously on the decision to choose Sharia pension financing. The research sample was 78 respondents, namely pension financing customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Office Sumberrejo. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and partial hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS version 22 software. The results show that personal and cultural variables have a significant effect on the decision to choose retirement financing, social variables do not have a significant effect on the decision to choose pension financing, and personal variables have the most dominant influence on the decision to choose Islamic pension financing. The implication of the research result is that it recommends that Bank Syariah Mandiri should maintain and maintain the element of sharia which differentiates it from conventional banks in marketing to retirees. As well as for the Sales Force so as not only to socialize the sharia pension program to employees or employees, but also to entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence between sales levels and profit attainment on employee income. This analysis is a descriptive quantitative that uses independent variables that are the level of sales and profit achievement. The dependent variable is employee income. Data collection was conducted by questionnaire shared with 36 respondents, the sample taken in this study was an employee of PT. Trackerindo Anugerah Sejahtera. In this study used multiple linear analysis methods with testing validity, reliability, classic assumptions and normality. The results of this study show that the level of sales and the achievement of profit affects employee income, the achievement of profit is very influential to the employee's income, but the level of sales does not have a significant effect on the employee's income.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that influence entrepreneurial decisions in graduates of the Cendekia School of Economics. The research sample was 46 graduates who had become entrepreneurs or started businesses. Data were collected using a questionnaire that was distributed to respondents online and direct interviews. Data analysis using multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that innovation and risk preference had a positive effect on the decision to become an entrepreneur. The motivation for achievement has a negative effect on the decision to become an entrepreneur. Meanwhile, entrepreneurship education and creativity do not affect the decision to become an entrepreneur.

Abstract

In line with the rapid development of the economy, more and more products are offered in the market to meet the needs of consumers. Thus the quality of the product or the good quality of service will every consumer will love the product with the best quality, performance, and innovative complement. Based on this, it can be said that marketing is the spearhead of the company's overall operations. The products offered by manufacturers and purchased by consumers are to meet the expected needs. Therefore, consumers will be interested in choosing or buying goods that can meet their expectations. Buying interest is a fully planned desire by consumers to make real purchases. Briefly the purchase interest can be interpreted as a purchase plan. Each company is expected to be able to develop its products to be more quality, have competitive prices, good distribution channels and other advantages so that the products offered are truly products that meet the needs that consumers want. This research aims to find out the Effect of Product Quality On Product Attractiveness, Product Attributes On the Attractiveness of Converse Shoe Products.The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to consumers who visit and are interested in buying at Converse outlets in Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Test results show that Product Quality has a positive influence on product attractiveness. Product Attributes have a positive influence on product attractiveness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Administrative Ability of Village Apparatus in Providing Public Services in Mentor Village, Probolinggo Regency. The main problem of this research is How is the Administrative Capability of Village Apparatus in Providing Public Services in Mentor Village, Probolinggo Regency. In this study, researchers looked for data related to the performance of the officials through direct interviews with the community in Mentor Village, Probolinggo Regency. In addition, researchers also collected data from print and electronic media related to the analysis of the ability of officials in Mentor Village, Probolinggo Regency. the activities of the process of selecting, sorting, focusing and simplifying the raw data in all forms of notes and field documents. Activities to reduce data that have been carried out in this study include: recording the results of interviews, observations and documentation both successfully recorded through a recorder and field notes and the results of collecting documents related to the research focus. In this study, the data obtained were then selected and selected, and focused on matters relating to the assessment and performance results of the apparatus of the Mentor Village, Probolinggo Regency. The results showed that the Technical Skill (Technical Ability) of the Mentor Village apparatus carried out their duties using techniques and supporting tools and procedures in accordance with the abilities of a Village official through ONLINE. Human Skill (humane ability) of the Village apparatus of Mentor if viewed from the perspective of the ability of the Village apparatus to motivate each other in carrying out tasks between Village officials is carried out fairly without differentiating social status. Increasing the capacity of Mentor Village officials in the implementation of Village government administration duties which include a) Employee discipline development, b) Education and training, c) Work motivation, d) Career development.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence the adoption of Islamic banking in general in Indonesia. By using primary data collected from a number of 276 respondents using a structured questionnaire. The empirical data were analyzed using Smart-PLS software and partial least squares structural equation (PLS-SEM) model. The results of the analysis show that consumer attitudes, knowledge, perceived benefits, and perceived religious effects of Islamic banking are important determinants of bank customer interest in adopting Islamic banking services, while perceived innovation has no effect on interest in adopting Islamic banking services. The limitation of this study is that it is only limited to bank customers in Bojonegoro Regency. Future research should expand the study to various other city countries to increase the generalization of the findings of the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of work motivation and ability variables simultaneously on the work performance of employees in the compilation of the Probolinggo district secretariat program, to determine the effect of work motivation and ability variables partially on employee work performance in the regional secretariat programming division of Probolinggo district, to find out which of the variables motivation and ability that have a dominant influence on employee work performance in the regional secretariat programming section of Probolinggo district. The type of research used is the survey method which aims to provide an explanation of the phenomenon under study and the relationship between variables, or in other words it can also be stated that this research is an explanatory study. Hypothesis test 2, namely motivation and ability partially affect the work performance of employees in the preparation of the regional secretariat program of Probolinggo district. The results of the X1 motivation test resulted in a regression coefficient level of b1 = 0.157 with the requirements for the value of tcount> ttable with a value of 1.378> 1.022, and a significance level of α <5% with a result of a significance level of α of 0.018, so partially the motivation variable (X1) had a significant effect. Regarding the work performance of the employees of the regional secretariat programming division of Probolinggo district (Y), the hypothesis can be accepted. The results of the test on the variable X2, the ability to produce a regression coefficient level of b2 = 0.484 with the requirements for the value of tcount> ttable with a value of 3.469> 1022, and a significance level of α <5% with a significance level of α of 0.001, then partially the variable Job Satisfaction (X2 ) has an effect on the work performance of employees in the compilation of the Probolinggo district secretariat program (Y), the hypothesis is acceptable. Hypothesis 3 test, namely the ability to have a dominant effect on employee work performance in the preparation of the Probolinggo district secretariat program is acceptable, this is indicated by the analysis of each variable showing the standardized regression coefficient (β) with the results of the coefficient β2 Ability (X2) is the regression coefficient (β2). = 0.497) the greater the motivation regression coefficient β1 = 0.197 or β2 = 0.497> β1 = 0.197.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product development on sales volume in the chip company "BUDI JAYA" PROBOLINGGO. In this study using a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at the "BUDI JAYA" PROBOLINGGO chips company located on Jl. Sunan Giri No.48 Probolinggo tries to draw some conclusions that based on the results of the calculation, it is found that the product development that has been carried out by the company has a significant effect on sales volume. This is evidenced after testing using the t test, it turns out that the t test results are 17.40> t table (1.638), then H0 is rejected. Ha is accepted, which means that product development has a significant effect on sales volume. The relationship between product development variables (X) is very influential on sales volume, this is evidenced by r2 = 67.4% of sales volume is influenced by product development variables and the remaining 32.6% is influenced by other things that are not included in the research variables.
