Motivation is an important factor in determining the student's College of their choosing, so does the perception because it is someone's opinion or judgment about an object. This research aims to find out whether the motivation and perception have influence in the students decisions of choosing STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro as their colleges.This research is quantitative research, data obtained by the natural setting is done with observation, questionnaire, and study the documentation. The population in this research is all the students of STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro in 2013/2014. With the number of samples taken as many as 110, with sampling using stratified random sampling.Based on the results of analysis using Structural Equation Modeling can be inferred that motivation has a significant influence on the decision of choosing. Similarly, the perception has a significant influence on the decision of the choosing.

This study examined the relationship of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and intention to leave. We use correlational research methods andregression analysis. The technique of collecting data through questionnaires and using a Likert scale. The results showed job satisfaction only have a relationship with affective commitment. Affective commitment has relationship with intention to leave. The negative relationship of job satisfaction and affective commitment, it’s means that the higher the job satisfaction and affective commitment of employees, hence the smaller intention to leave organizations.

Along with the development of technology especially the internet, more and more social media are popping up so as to encourage the emergence of Electronic Word Of Mouth (e-WOM). Studio Omahphoto is one studio that offers his services to utilize Electronic Word Of Mouth (e-WOM) through social media Instagram. The objectives to be achieved in this research is to find out how the magnitude of the influence of the Electronic Word Of Mouth (e-WOM) against the interests of consumers using service Studio Omahphoto Bojonegoro. This research is quantitative research using Survey Method. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling. Data collection was done by disseminating a questionnaire to the 65 respondents with criteria already use the service Studio Omahphoto Bojonegoro and the interpretation of data using Multiple Linear regression analysis. The results showed that the influence of dimensions of Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) against the interests of consumers using service Studio Omahphoto Bojonegoro of 0.722 or 72.2% meaning that effect is very powerful, because it set the value of R is approaching the number one.

This study aims to determine the personal, social, and cultural influences partially and simultaneously on the decision to choose Sharia pension financing. The research sample was 78 respondents, namely pension financing customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Office Sumberrejo. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and partial hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS version 22 software. The results show that personal and cultural variables have a significant effect on the decision to choose retirement financing, social variables do not have a significant effect on the decision to choose pension financing, and personal variables have the most dominant influence on the decision to choose Islamic pension financing. The implication of the research result is that it recommends that Bank Syariah Mandiri should maintain and maintain the element of sharia which differentiates it from conventional banks in marketing to retirees. As well as for the Sales Force so as not only to socialize the sharia pension program to employees or employees, but also to entrepreneurs.

With the Covid-19 pandemic, all students must adapt to the online learning environment, without meeting face to face in class. These online activities are increasingly saturated with students because learning is considered less than optimal. The purpose of this study was to find out how the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the learning process at PEM Akamigas Cepu. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The samples of this research were 2 employees, 2 lecturers, and 20 students. The data analysis technique in this study is the analysis of Miles and Huberman. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the learning process at PEM Akamigas Cepu caused positive and negative phenomena, namely 1) changes in the form of face-to-face learning to online learning, 2) online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic increased the use of technology in learning, and 3) online learning during the Covid-19 emergency fosters student learning independence. While the negative phenomena include 1) Learning becomes less effective and 2) The level of student understanding of the material is reduced.

Pokdarwis didesa bendo merupakan unsur penggerak mendukung terciptanya lingkungan wisata yang kondusif dan memelihara kebersihan dari lingkungan wisata waduk grobogan yang dibawah unit dari Bumdes Makmur desa Bendo. Dalam pengelolaanya akuntabilitas maupun transparasi keuangan sangat penting dilakukan sehingga dapat memberikan peran dan ruang lingkup kegiatanya secara optimal. Namun berdasarkan hasil observasi pencatatan laporan keuangan yang dilakukan masih bersifat manual dan sederhana, dikarenakan pengelola tidak mempunyai latar belakang pendidikan di bidang kompetensi akuntansi, sehingga belum mampu menyajikan laporan keuangan yang transparan dan akuntabel sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pendampingan terkait penyusunan laporan keuangan. Metode yang dilakukan adalah melakukan survey lapangan, observasi dan analisis solusi, pelaksanaan pendampingan, dan monitoring dan evaluasi. Dan hasilnya adalah pengelola pokdarwis mampu memiliki pengetahuan dasar dalam menganalisis dan mencatat transaksi keuangan, serta menyajikanya dalam laporan keuangan sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan.

The main purpose of this study is to conduct a comprehensive review of previous research on university reputation, which currently lacks coherence. The study aims to address the gaps in the existing literature by providing a systematic discussion of the contributions made and highlighting the main issues found in previous research regarding the various aspects that influence university reputation, as well as its causes and effects. The approach used in this paper involves tracking all studies related to university reputation published between 2012 and 2021. After examining sources such as Scopus, Science Direct, and Web of Science, a total of 47 studies out of 295 were included in the analysis. The findings of this study demonstrate that university reputation is a multifaceted concept with diverse definitions and dimensions. The main purpose of this study is to conduct a comprehensive review of previous research on university reputation, which currently lacks coherence. The study aims to address the gaps in the existing literature by providing a systematic discussion of the contributions made and highlighting the main issues found in previous research regarding the various aspects that influence university reputation, as well as its causes and effects. ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â This research aims to analyze the factors which influence the low interest of muslim traders in the use of services Bank Mandiri Syariah KCSumberrejo. Those factors are product knowledge, promotion, Religiosity, and perception. This research was conducted in Bank Mandiri Syariah (BSM) Sumberrejo Branch because it is the only Islamic Bank in the Sumberrejo Sub-district in this research is still classified as low devotees namely muslim traders in the market Sumberrejo as the target. This research is quantitative research using Survey Method. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling. Data collection was done by disseminating a questionnaire to 71 respondents with muslim traders who haven't criteria using Bank Mandiri Syariah KC Sumberrejo and interpretation of data using Multiple Linear regression analysis.Based on the results of the test T (partial test) can be inferred variable promotion and perception of the partially positive and significant effect against the low interest in muslim traders using services Bank Mandiri Syariah KC Sumberrejo, with value significance under the value alpha (ÃƒÆ’Ã…Â½Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â± = 0.05), whereas the variable product knowledge and Religiosity partially do not affect significantly to low interest in muslim traders using Bank Mandiri Syariah KC Sumberrejo, with value the significance of the above values of alpha (ÃƒÆ’Ã…Â½Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â± = 0.05). The most influential factor obtained the dominant factors in perception, i.e. it is based on the value t calculate the factor of perception (5.808) is greater than count, the t factor of knowledge products (0.070), promotion (2.388) factors, and religiosity (1.622-) so that It is evident that the dominant perception more influential factor when compared to the factor of knowledge products, promotions, and religiosity.ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â Keyword: Low Interest, knowledge products, promotions, Religiosity, and perception.DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3474598

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work-Life Balance (WLB) dan Modal Intelektual (MI) terhadap Produktivitas Mahasiswa di era digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan teknik purposive sampling, melibatkan 130 mahasiswa aktif dari perguruan tinggi di Bojonegoro yang memiliki pengalaman belajar daring dan aktif dalam kegiatan non-akademik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner tertutup menggunakan skala Likert, dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa WLB dan MI berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap produktivitas mahasiswa. Nilai R² sebesar 0.392 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel menjelaskan 39,2% variabilitas produktivitas. MI memiliki pengaruh dominan dibanding WLB. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya keseimbangan hidup dan pengembangan kapasitas intelektual untuk mendukung efektivitas pembelajaran mahasiswa di tengah tantangan digital. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi institusi pendidikan untuk merancang kebijakan yang mendukung kesejahteraan dan pengembangan mahasiswa secara holistik.
