Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneur
Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

This study aimedat describing the effects of brand image and product quality on consumer satisfaction with Honda motorcycle users in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo with purchase decision as the intervening variable. The sampling technique used in this study was proportional stratified random sampling using the Slovin formula, with a tolerable error rate of 10%. The number of samples in this study were 87 students. Analysisdata and hypothesis testing in this study employed the Structural-Partial Equation ModelLeast Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has apositive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effecton consumer satisfaction, and product quality has a negative and not significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, purchase decisions have a positive and significant effect on satisfactionconsumers, brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction through purchase decisions, and product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfactionthrough purchasing decisions.

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of leadership on job satisfaction (2) to determine the effect of the work environment on job satisfaction (3) to determine the effect of leadership on work performance (4) to determine the effect of work environment on work performance (5) to determine the effect of job satisfaction on work performance (6) to determine the effect of leadership on work performance through job satisfaction (7) to determine the effect of the work environment on work performance through job satisfaction. This research was analyzed through the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The results showed that the leadership variable had a significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment had a significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership had no significant effect on work performance, work environment had a significant effect on work performance, job satisfaction had a significant effect on work performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the variable Leadership on work performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect, work environment on work performance through job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect.

Human resources are one of the important factors in a company to achieve its goals and objectives, because human resources are one of the determining factors for the success or failure of a company in achieving its goals. One that must be considered in managing human resources is regarding the placement of employees. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, work motivation and transformational leadership style on ASN job satisfaction and ASN performance in the Livestock and Fisheries Service of Situbondo District. the population in this study were all ASN employees of the Situbondo District Livestock and Fisheries Service. Random sampling method (simple probability sampling) without regard to strata in the population in this study. In taking this sample using saturated sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population are sampled. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural-partial Least square equation model (PLS-SEM). The results of the hypothesis test have a direct effect using the smart PLS 3.0 application, indicating that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Transformational leadership style has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on performance. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on performance. Transformational leadership style has no significant positive effect on performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance. Organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction has no significant positive effect. Work motivation on performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect. Transformational leadership style on performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect.

The aim of the study is to determine the effect of sales promotion and service quality on repurchase intention mediated by consumer satisfaction at the AsembagusSitubondo Yamaha Surya Inti Putra Dealer. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling with the Slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 10% for 96 consumers. Technological developments The change in business world and the revolution of entrepreneurship have changed because of technological development. Companies now focus not only on profit, but also on appreciation. Technology has facilitated the transformation of small businesses into global businesses. This study aims at is analyzing and testing the effects of Firm size and Growth opportunity on Firm value through Cash holding as an intervening variable in food and beverage companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2018-2021. The population in this study were 21 food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the 2018 – 2021 period. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study use Structural Equation – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application shows that Firm size has a negative significant effect on Cash holding, Growth opportunity has a positive but not significant effect on Cash holding, Firm size has a negative but not significant effect on Firm value, Growth opportunity has a negative but not significant effect on Firm value and Cash holding have a negative but not significant effect on the Firm value. Meanwhile, the results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show the firm size variable has a positive but not significant effect on Firm value through Cash holding and Growth opportunity have a negative but not significant effect on Firm value through Cash holding.

Marketing activities are actions taken by companies with the aim of communicating and offering goods or services to consumers. The company's success in achieving its targets is largely determined by an effective marketing strategy. this study aims to analyze and examine the impact of service quality, location, and consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty at Akbar Futsal Situbondo. This study used a simple random sampling technique in taking the sample. The collected data were analyzed and the hypotheses were tested through the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) approach. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, it was found that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality and location on customer satisfaction. In addition, service quality and location also have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Apart from the direct effect, there is also an indirect effect between service quality and location on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction. The indirect effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect, while the indirect effect of Location on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction also has a positive effect, but it is not statistically significant.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the variables Role of Leadership and Work Experience on ASN Performance at the Ministry of Religion of Situbondo Regency with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable by using the Partial Least Square (PLS) structural equation model. The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. Leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction (H1 is accepted), work experience has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction (H2 is accepted), leadership has a significant positive effect on ASN performance (H3 is accepted), work experience has a positive but not significant effect on ASN performance (H4 is rejected ), Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on ASN performance (H5 is accepted), Leadership has a significant positive effect on ASN performance through job satisfaction (H6 is accepted), and work experience has a positive but not significant effect on ASN performance through job satisfaction (H7 is rejected).

Company value in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with Profitability as an Intervening variable. Companies with good performance will continue to experience growth well in the future. Company size is considered capable of affecting company value. The company's goal is to increase prosperity and profits for shareholders in the company. This study aimed to determine the significance of the effect of Leverage and company size on company value through Profitability. This research uses descriptive and quantitative research. The population in this study are 47 mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2019-2021. The sampling technique in this study used Purposive Sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study. This study uses the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Leverage has a negative but insignificant effect on Profitability, Company size has a negative but insignificant effect on Profitability, Leverage has a negative but insignificant effect on Company value, Company size has a significant positive effect on company value, Profitability has a positive but insignificant effect on company value. The indirect effect hypothesis test results show that the variable Leverage on Company value through Profitability has a negative but insignificant effect, and company size on Company value through Profitability has a negative but insignificant effect.

Humans Regional Revenue Office of Banyuwangi is an organization of government apparatus with a good reputation as implementing element in government, community and development sectors led by the head of department who is responsible to Regent through Regional Secretary. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work environment and work discipline on performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable at Regional Revenue Office of Banyuwangi by using Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of direct effect hypothesis testing using Smart PLS 3.0 application show that work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction (H1 is accepted), work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction (H2 is accepted), work environment has a significant positive effect on performance (H3 is accepted), work discipline has a negative and not significant effect on performance (H4 is rejected), job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance (H5 is accepted), work environment has a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction (H6 is accepted), work discipline has a positive but not significant effect on performance through satisfaction Work (H7 is rejected).
