Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

Marketing has a role to recognize the needs and desires of consumers, and ensure consumers get good service from the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of service quality and price on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction. The population in this study were consumers of the Lakustore.NH Online Store in Situbondo. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application showed that Service quality had a significant positive effect on Customer satisfaction, Price had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, Service quality had a significant positive effect on customer loyalty, Price had a significant positive effect on Customer loyalty, Consumer satisfaction had a significant positive effect on Customer loyalty. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test showed that the Service quality variable on Consumer loyalty through Customer satisfaction had a significant positive effect, Price on consumer loyalty through Customer satisfaction had a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Investment decisions among students are the most important element to avoid consumptive behavior from the funds obtained. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test financial literacy and financial behavior that influence investment decisions through financial management as an intervening variable in students receiving KIP at Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo University. The sample used was 72 KIP recipient students at Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo University class of 2020. The sampling technique was determined by Purposive Sampling . Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Wquation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Financial literacy has a significant positive effect on Financial management, Financial behavior has a significant positive effect on Financial management, Financial literacy has a positive but not significant effect on Investment decisions, Financial behavior has a significant positive effect on Investment decisions, Financial management has a significant positif effect on Investmen decisions. The result of the indirect hypothesis test show that Financial literacy has a significant positive effect on investment decisions through Financial management, Financial behavior has a positive but not significant effect on Investmen decision through Financial management.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to analyze Education and Work Discipline on the Performance of Village Officials with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable (Case Study at the Kilensari Village Office, WringinAnom Village, SumberKolak Village. Panarukan District, Situbondo Regency). The sampling technique used in this research was a saturated sample with a sample size of 40 village officials. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that education has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, education has a positive but not significant effect on performance, education has a positive but not significant effect on performance, satisfaction work has a significant positive effect on performance, education has a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Marketing plays a crucial role in company management and is an essential factor as it directly impacts the success of the company in achieving its business objectives. This study aims to analyze the relationship between service quality and cafe ambience with customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable, at Anak Pantai Cafe in Bondowoso. The sampling method is determined using quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study are conducted using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). From the results of hypothesis testing using Smart PLS 3.0 application, it was found that service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, as well as cafe ambience, which also has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, service quality also has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, as well as cafe ambience, which has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction itself also has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Additionally, service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, and the same is observed for Cafe ambience, showing a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Marketing is an important element in a company to determine whether a business is successful or not, for that the company must apply the understanding of marketing with a large amount in order to survive. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product diversity on consumer satisfaction. the population in this study is all Consumers who dated to The jaya baru Store. the method of random sampling (simple probability sampling) tampa pays attention to stara in the population in this study conducted. In taking this saampel using a presentation level of 10%. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in the study using the Structural-partial Least squere (PLS-SEM) equation model. The results of the hypothesis test directly affect using the SMART PLS 3.0 application, show that product diversity Jaya Baru a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Location Jaya Baru a significant positive effect on consumersatisfaction. Product diversity Jaya Baru a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Location Jaya Baru a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction Jaya Baru a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application showed that price had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, price had a positive effect but not significant on consumer satisfaction, service quality had a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, purchasing decisions had a positive effect but not significant on consumer satisfaction. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test showed that the price variable had a positive effect but not significant on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions , service quality had a positive effect but not significant on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Liquidity and Leverage on Company Value with Profitability as an intervening variable in Food and Beverage Sector Manufacturing Companies listed on the IDX 2019-2021. The population in this study were all Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sector listed on the IDX in 2019-2021, which amounted to 30 companies. This research sampling technique used purposive sampling so that 12 samples were obtained, which were used for data analysis. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Smart PLS 3.0 APPLICATION. The results of this study indicate that Liquidity and Leverage have a negative but insignificant effect on Profitability. Liquidity, and Leverage has a negative but insignificant effect on company value; Profitability has a negative but insignificant effect on the company value. Liquidity has a negative but insignificant effect on company value through Profitability. At the same time, Leverage has a positive but not significant on company value through Profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Product Quality and Product Diversity on Consumer Satisfaction with Consumer Loyalty as an Intervening Variable at “Lva Boutique “Clothing Store in Asembagus, Situbondo. with Consumer Loyalty as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all visitors to the Lva Boutique AsembagusSitubondo Clothing Store. The sampling method is random (simple probability sampling) without regard to the strata in the population in this research. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in research using the Structural equation model-partial Least square (PLS-SEM). The results of testing the hypothesis of direct influence using the smart PLS 3.0 application show that product quality significantly affects consumer loyalty. Product diversity has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty. Product quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Diversity has a positive but insignificant effect on consumer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Product quality has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Product diversity has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through customer loyalty.

Abstract

Marketing has a significant influence on consumer purchases of the products or services offered, for marketing success, both in terms of product and service marketing. The purpose of this research is to analyze and test the effect of price and product variety in determining consumer satisfaction with purchase decision as a variable. intervene. The population in this study are consumers of trust shops in Situbondo. The sampling method was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, product variety has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has no significant effect on consumer satisfaction, product variety has no significant effect on customer satisfaction, purchasing decisions have a significant effect positive on consumer satisfaction. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis show that the price variable on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect, product variety on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions does not have a significant effect.

Abstract

The era of globalization has made the economy very high in society; this development has changed financial services. People are used to digital trading in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the companies providing financial services for economic growth today is the Bank. The purpose of this research is to analyze and test the effect of non-performing loans (NPL) and loan to deposit ratio (LDR) on company value through profitability in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. The populations in this study are banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 periods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Non-Performing Loans (X₁) have a significant effect on Profitability (Y1), Loan To Deposit Ratio (X2) have a significant effect on Profitability (Y1), Non-Performing Loans (X1) have been proven does not have a significant effect on company value (Y2), Loan To Deposit Ratio has a significant effect on company value (Y2), Profitability (Y1) has a significant effect on company value (Y2), Non-Performing Loans (X1) has a significant positive effect on company value (Y2 ) through Profitability (Y), Non-Performing Loans (X1) has no significant negative effect on company value (Y2) through Profitability (Y1).
