Abstract

Konsumen merupakan objek utama jalannya sebuah usaha. Segala kegiatan pemasaran yang diterapkan berdasarkan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Persaingan usaha didasarkan kepada bagaimana menunjukkan kualitas produk kepada konsumen. Setiap individu tentunya memiliki keinginan yang berbeda. Menjalankan sebuah usaha atau bisnis perlu mendapatkan kepuasan konsumen sebagai bentuk penilaian konsumen terhadap usaha yang dijalankan. penilaian konsumen mengenai kualitas pelayanan yang diterapkan rumah makan Marini, 4 indikator yang ditanyakan berada pada kategori sangat baik. Rumah makan Marini telah menerapkan kualitas pelayanan dengan baik sehingga dapat menarik minat konsumen. rumah makan Marini mendapatkan loyalitas konsumen dengan sangat baik hal ini dilihat dari 4 indikator yang menjadi penilaian responden memberikan nilai sangat baik sebagai bentuk dampak dari kualitas pelayanan yang memberikan kepuasan konsumen berjalan lurus dengan loyalitas konsumen. Meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen bertujuan agar konsumen tidak berpindah ke rumah makan lain.

Abstract

Ekonomi kreatif telah menjadi fokus penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia sejak diperkenalkan pada tahun 2006. Sektor ini telah mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan, terbukti dari sumbangan terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), penyerapan tenaga kerja, dan ekspor produk kreatif. Meskipun demikian, dengan perkembangan teknologi dan globalisasi, subsektor digital seperti aplikasi dan permainan telah menguasai panorama ekonomi kreatif. Kendati begitu, masih ada tantangan yang dihadapi sektor ini, seperti kekurangan infrastruktur pendukung, akses pembiayaan yang terbatas, dan rendahnya tingkat pendidikan kreatif. Untuk memaksimalkan potensi ekonomi kreatif di masa depan, diperlukan strategi yang menyeluruh dan kerjasama antara pemerintah, industri, dan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan mengevaluasi perkembangan serta peran ekonomi kreatif di Indonesia, mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang yang ada, serta menyusun rekomendasi kebijakan untuk pengembangan sektor ini ke depan.

Abstract

Abstract. This study analyzes the factors determining customers' choices regarding wadiah savings in Islamic banks. Islamic banks, as financial institutions operating based on Islamic principles, offer wadiah savings products that are free from interest, speculation, and uncertainty, making them an attractive option for individuals who wish to accumulate savings in accordance with sharia. Using qualitative methods and a literature study approach, it was found that the determinants of customers choosing wadiah savings are influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors include personality, religiosity, knowledge, and family influence. External factors include occupation, social interaction, service quality, and other factors such as economic conditions, technology, regulation, and promotion. Understanding these factors is crucial for Islamic banks in designing effective marketing strategies. These strategies can enhance customer satisfaction, attract new customers, and strengthen the position of Islamic banks in a competitive market. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menentukan pilihan nasabah terhadap tabungan wadiah di bank syariah. Bank syariah, sebagai lembaga keuangan yang beroperasi berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip Islam, menyediakan produk tabungan wadiah yang bebas dari unsur bunga, spekulasi, dan ketidakpastian, menjadikannya pilihan menarik bagi individu yang ingin mengakumulasi tabungan sesuai dengan syariah. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan studi literatur, ditemukan bahwa penentu nasabah dalam memilih tabungan wadiah dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi kepribadian, religiusitas, pengetahuan, dan pengaruh keluarga. Faktor eksternal termasuk pekerjaan, interaksi sosial, kualitas pelayanan, dan faktor lainnya seperti kondisi ekonomi, teknologi, regulasi, dan promosi. Pemahaman terhadap faktor-faktor ini penting bagi bank syariah dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Strategi ini dapat meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah, menarik nasabah baru, dan memperkuat posisi bank syariah di pasar yang kompetitif. Abstract

Abstract. During the pandemic, there were many people who suffered big losses and had an impact on the economy, so this caused people who experienced a downturn in the economy to be particularly encouraged to apply for loans via the internet. Especially online loan transactions are very supportive because they are very easy to reach. So, people don't need to leave the house to carry out this transaction. The research being carried out has the aim of discussing the rise of online loans during the pandemic and a review of sharia economic law on online loans during the pandemic and an evaluation of sharia economic law on online lending practices is the main focus of this research. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with a literary nature because it analyzes and discusses to conclude the legal status regarding online loans. Keywords: Online Loans, Islamic Economic Law, Pandemic Abstrak. Selama pandemi, masyarakat banyak sekali orang-orang yang merugi besar dan berpengaruh dalam perekonomian, sehingga pada hal ini menyebabkan masyarakat yang mengalami penurunan dalam perekonomian terdorong terutama untuk mengajukan pinjaman melalui internet. Terutama transaksi pinjaman online ini sangat mendukung karena sangat mudah dijangkau. Jadi, masyarakat tidak perlu meninggalkan rumah untuk melakukan transaksi ini. Pada penelitian yang sedang dilakukan ini memiliki tujuan yang dapat membahas tentang marakya pinjaman online selama pandemi dan tinjauan hukum ekonomi syariah pada pinjaman daring selama pandemi dan evaluasi hukum ekonomi syariah terhadap praktik pinjaman daring ini adalah fokus utama penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan sifatnya yang bersifat kepustakaan karena menganalisis dan mendiskusikan untuk menyimpulkan status hukum mengenai pinjaman daring. Abstract

Abstract. Online shopping is a new technique in the world of trade in the lives of people in the modern era. Online shopping is also considered practical because online marketing utilizes the internet as a potential source of information to facilitate the life system. With global technological advancements of transactions that continues to develop, many opportunities for convenience are open for people in shopping activities. One of them is through online buying and selling known as e-commerce. This phenomenon shows that e-commerce platforms such as Tiktok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, and Bukalapak have become the main choice for people in making shopping transactions today. This reflects the widespread adoption of the concept of online shopping as a practical and efficient alternative to meet consumer needs. This development also marks the transformation of the traditional way of shopping towards a more modern model that is integrated with technology. In carrying out this transaction, various types of contracts are used, such as the istishna contract. This istishna contract can be used for online purchases and sales can be established in a more structured manner and in accordance with sharia principles. Through this contract, buyers and sellers can carry out transactions clearly and fairly, and ensure that the goods or services ordered are suitable with the requirements and anticipations of the buyer. This research makes use of a descriptive qualitative approach involving reading theory, which includes methods of collecting and analyzing data from a variaty of sources including books, scientific notebooks, references, & additional literature partinent to the study topic. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of the isttishna contract for online purchases and sales made under the cash on delivery (COD) method with the hope of producing a through comprehension of the idea of the isttishna contract in Islamic economics and the ways in which these ideas might be used in cash on delivery (COD) transactions. Keywords: Contract istishna, cash on delivery (COD), buy and sell online Abstrak. Penjualan online adalah pola perdagangan yang telah merevolusi cara hidup masyarakat umum pada zaman sekarang. Penjualan online menjadi lebih umum karena penjualan ini menggunakan internet untuk menyediakan pengetahuan yang berpotensi berguna untuk memperlancar pola hidup. Dengan kemajuan teknologi dalam dunia transaksi yang terus berkembang, terbuka banyak peluang kemudahan bagi masyarakat dalam kegiatan berbelanja. Salah satunya adalah melalui jual beli online yang dikenal sebagai e-commerce. Fenomena ini menunjukkan bahwa platform penjulaan online contohnya Tiktok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, serta Bukalapak telah menjadi pilihan utama masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi belanja saat ini. Hal ini mencerminkan adopsi yang luas terhadap konsep belanja online sebagai alternatif yang praktis dan efisien dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Perkembangan ini juga menandai transformasi cara tradisional berbelanja menuju model yang lebih modern dan terintegrasi dengan teknologi. Dalam pelaksanaan transaksi ini, digunakan berbagai jenis akad seperti akad istishna. Dengan menggunakan akad istishna, transaksi jual beli online dapat terjalin dengan lebih terstruktur dan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Melalui akad ini, pembeli dan penjual dapat menjalankan transaksi dengan jelas dan adil, juga memverifikasi bagian atau item tersebut yang dikirim sebanding dengan keperluan dan harapan pembeli. Penelitian ini meggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dimana melibatkan teori kepustakaan, yang mencakup metode pengumpulan dan analisis data melalui beragam referensi misalnya buku, jurnal akademik, referensi, serta rujukan lain yang berhubungan terkait pokok penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar mengetahui penerapan akad isttishna dalam sistem cash on delivery (COD) pada transaksi jual beli online dengan harapan menghasilkan pemahaman mendalam tentang konsep akad istishna dalam ekonomi syariah serta bagaimana prinsip-prinsip ini dapat diterapkan dalam transaksi cash on delivery (COD). Abstract

Islamic banking, with principles based on Islamic law, has developed rapidly and become an important part of the global financial system. In the last few decades, Islamic banking has not only been seen as an alternative to conventional banking, but also as an instrument that can make a significant contribution to sustainable economic development. Sharia principles such as the prohibition of riba (interest), maisir (speculation), and gharar (uncertainty) as well as a commitment to social justice and general welfare provide a strong foundation for promoting a sustainable and inclusive economy. This research describes the challenges and opportunities of Islamic banking in realizing sustainable economic development in the form of writing based on literature studies carried out by finding secondary data obtained from literature studies carried out. In expressing the challenges and opportunities of sharia banking in realizing sustainable economic development, it is carried out using the concept of sustainable economic development by looking at three aspects, namely social aspects, economic aspects and environmental aspects.

Abstract

Corruption is still a big challenge in Indonesia, so it requires the introduction of anti-corruption education from an early age. The community service team from STIE Indonesia Banking School initiated a comprehensive outreach program at SMA Negeri 55 Jakarta which aims to instill anti-corruption values ​​and foster ethical awareness among students. The program uses a combination of lectures and interactive discussions, involving not only students but also teachers and school staff. The results show increased knowledge that students, through active participation in extracurricular activities, classroom learning, and daily social interactions, play an important role in developing anti-corruption character and ethical awareness. In addition, teachers and school staff play an important role in modeling and reinforcing the principles of integrity, responsibility, and honesty, thereby guiding students in embracing these core values. This initiative highlights the collective efforts required to foster a culture of integrity in educational settings.

Abstract

Human resources are the main asset for a company. Resources that have intellect, feelings, desires, abilities, and skills. All potential human resources greatly affect efforts to achieve the goals of an organization. So that between the organization and the individual in it is an unusual talent to be separated. Because the role of human resources is very important for an organization. Discussing cultural issues itself is essential for an organization or company, because it will always be related to the life in the organization. Organizational culture is a philosophy, ideology, values, assumptions, beliefs, hopes, attitudes and norms that are shared and binding in a certain community. Why is organizational culture important, because it is the habits that occur in the organizational hierarchy that represent the norms of behavior that are followed by the members of the organization. A productive culture is one that can make an organization strong and the company's goals can be accommodated.This study aims to find out the Improvement of Employee Performance through Organizational Culture and Employee Work Discipline at PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya, Cilegon City.The method used in this study is the method of causal associative and by using a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires, with a population of 93 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique where all members of the population are sampled.The results of this study show that based on the results of the T test of Organizational Culture that obtained a value of tcount greater than ttable (3.148 > 1.986) with a significance value of less than 0.05 Partially, there is an influence of organizational culture on employee performance. So H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. Work discipline value tcount greater than ttable (3,480 > 1,986) with a significance value of less than 0.05. So there is a partial Influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. So H0 rejected and Ha Accepted. Grade Fcount of 9.775 this result was then compared to Ftable. With a significant level (α) of 0.000, and df: n-k-1 = 93-2-1 = 90, the value f can be obtainedtable by 3.10. Because of the F gradecount 9.775 greater than ftable 3.10, then Ha is accepted.The conclusion in this study is that Organizational Culture and Work Discipline partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Suralaya, Cilegon City.

Abstract

PBB is a tax whose revenue and arrange are carried out by the local government. The PBB revenue that does not even reach the target is currently a concern for the Serang Regency Government. This study aims to determine the effect of tax knowledge, online payment systems and income levels on tax revenues. And then to determine the moderating effect between tax knowledge, online payment systems and income levels on PBB revenues. The method used quantitative with a causal associative approach. The population are taxpayers who get SPPT as many as 410,478. The samples was determined by the Solvin formula as many as 100 respondents. The data analysis method used Moderated Regression Analysis using SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results, the t-value is greater than 1.96 and the significance value of p-values is less than 0.05 so that partially tax knowledge, online payment systems, and income levels have a positive and significant effect on PBB revenue and the role of tax penalties can increase the influence of tax knowledge, online payment systems, and income levels have a significant effect on PBB revenue. So the conclusion is tax knowledge, online payment system, and income level have a significant effect on PBB revenue. Tax penalties are proven to positively moderate the influence of the three independent variables on PBB revenue.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically test the influence of field raids, taxpayer awareness and tax sanctions on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance.The data source used in this research is primary data through the results of distributing questionnaires to motor vehicle taxpayers at the Ambon City Samsat Office. The total sample in this research was 100 taxpayers using a convenience sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and the data analysis used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this research show that field raids have a positive effect on the level of motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Ambon City, taxpayer awareness has a positive effect on the level of motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Ambon City, and tax sanctions have a positive effect on the level of motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in Ambon City.
