This research is an effort to overcome bullying by students of MTS Kaliwining Rambipuji. The background of this research is the occurrence of cases of verbal and non-verbal bullying that can harm students and the efforts of accompanying teachers to deal with conflicts with the REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy) approach. This research was conducted to find out how big the level of bullying that occurred at MTS Kaliwining Rambipuji. This qualitative descriptive research is used as a theory of development that has been built from data obtained in the field or research location. The informants in the study were accompanying teachers and 6 students who were victims of bullying at MTS Kaliwining Rambipuji. Data collection techniques used observation and interviews, while the research results obtained were bullying caused by student backgrounds and toxic friendships. The handling efforts carried out by the accompanying teacher are by giving reprimands, coaching, calling parents.

This study aims to describe the effect of divorce on children's mental health. Where this research was conducted on children in Wringin Bondowoso Village through a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Methods of data collection carried out by means of observation and interviews. From the results of the study, the following data were obtained: (1) divorce is the breaking of the marriage bond due to the decision of both parties, which religiously and legally no longer binds as a husband and wife (2) divorce is caused by several causes, such as financial problems and not fulfilling economic needs (3) parental divorce greatly impacts children, especially on children's mental health.

Family is an initial need in the period of growth and development of children, the most important thing in the child's growth period is that there must be supervision from parents. Children who in their growth period do not have the role of family or parents can be a trigger for children to become naughty, in order to get attention from others. This study aims to find out the application of conflict management in reducing delinquency as well as minimizing and resolving juvenile delinquency conflicts at SMK Negeri 1 Glagah, Banyuwangi. The research method used is descriptive qualitative which is a research stage that can produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people as well as observable behavior, and the approach of this research is directed at the background and individuals holistically (Abdussamad, n.d. ). Research that has been conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Glagah shows that parents have an important role in the growth and development of children, both physically and psychologically. This study also found that a broken home can be a trigger factor for juvenile delinquency in schools. Therefore, the application of conflict management in terms of reducing delinquency that occurs certainly has a very positive contribution, because by applying good communication a conflict can be resolved without any misunderstandings.

Ketidak matangan emosi yang dialami oleh pasangan yang menikah dini cenderung menimbulkan konflik dalam rumah tangga mereka terutama pada wanita. Maka dari itu pentingnya memahami manajemen konflik dalam penyelesaian pada pernikahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kematangan emosi wanita yang menikah di usia muda dalam manajemen konflik rumah tangga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan pengambilam sample menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria Wanita yang menikah di kecamatan Sempu, kabupaten Banyuwangi Telah menikah maksimal 1 tahun, Berusia maksimal 20 tahun. Sehingga didapat lima partisipan yang telah memenuhi kriteria tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dalam manajemen konflik rumah tangga wanita yang menikah di usia muda, terdapat tiga jenis yang umum terjadi, yaitu akomodasi, kolaborasi, dan menghindari konflik. Kematangan emosi berperan penting dalam manajemen konflik yang efektif. Wanita yang menikah di usia muda dapat menunjukkan kematangan emosi yang baik jika dapat mengatasi masalah dengan baik dan memiliki lingkungan yang mendukung.

K-pop has become a global phenomenon in recent years, with a wide following around the world. However, the popularity of K-pop has raised some concerns about its impact on adolescent self-control. This study aims to evaluate the impact of k-pop fans' adolescent self-control in Jember District. This study used a qualitative approach, specifically focusing on descriptive qualitative research methods using observation and interviews to collect and obtain data from young k-pop fans in Jember Regency. Respondents will be asked to answer a number of questions which will include the impact of the kpop world on teenagers, self-control behavior, the impact that affects adolescent self-control, and the relationship between management and self-control. The results of this study are expected to provide an overview of the impact of self-control among adolescent k-pop fans in Jember Regency. This can help the community and parents understand the impact of self-control on youth K-pop fans, so that it can increase efforts to develop appropriate educational and supervision programs to help adolescents develop good self-control.

The character of discipline is crucial in supporting the process of education. However, some students at SMK Darul Mukhlisin still do not exhibit disciplined behavior, which can have negative effects on themselves, such as punishment. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of learning discipline among 12th-grade students at SMK in Jember Regency, using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection techniques used were interviews with the head of the SMK school, the homeroom teacher of the 12th grade at SMK, and 6 students from the 12th grade at SMK, as well as observation and documentation. Based on the research results, some students show a lack of undisciplined behavior. However, the undisciplined students are aware of their mistakes. This study highlights several aspects of learning discipline, such as student attendance in class, where there are still students who frequently absent or are absent without clear reasons or explanations. In addition, some students also pay less attention to their attire, such as school uniform, which gives the impression that they are not neat when wearing clothes at school. Among the 6 respondents, their conflict resolution style can be seen from the conflict management approach. Four respondents belong to the fox style, while two respondents belong to the owl style.

This study aims to find out what are the factors that cause children to become victims of same-sex abuse in Bone Bolango and how the law protects victims of same-sex abuse by the PPA unit of the Bone Bolango Police. This study uses empirical legal research methods which are conducted by collecting data through observation and interviews. The results of the study show that children are vulnerable to becoming victims of crime. Children are often considered to be sexual objects by adults in society, so children are seen as victims who are weak and easy to be controlled by adults, especially in committing crimes. Factors that cause children to become victims of sexual abuse are due to internal factors: personality, faith; and external factors: family supervision, community environment, technology and mass media. The legal protection provided by the PPA Unit of the Bone Bolango Police to children as victims of same-sex abuse is in the form of protection for the victim's safety, providing psychosocial rehabilitation medical assistance and counseling services, providing legal assistance, providing information in terms of the convict being released, and outreach. However, the provision of legal protection is still not optimal for victims so that victims do not feel safe and recover from their trauma. Counseling and outreach provided by the police and P2TP2A should be carried out in a comprehensive manner, on target and able to utilize existing technology, this is to prevent victims of criminal acts of same-sex obscenity underage, and can increase the understanding and legal awareness of the community towards human rights. -the rights of victims and guarantees of legal protection for victims of criminal acts of same-sex obscenity to minors. Every member of society, especially parents and adolescents, needs to be given adequate understanding of the risks and consequences of crimes of sexual abuse against children. In addition, parents/families are expected to be able to be actively involved in supervising the activities of their children when they are outside the home, and to provide extra supervision to family members wisely so that they do not become perpetrators or victims of same-sex obscenity crimes.

Marriage is a promise binding ceremony that is celebrated or carried out by two people with the intention of formalizing the marriage bond according to religious norms, legal norms, and social norms. Early marriage is carried out by someone who has a relatively young age, so that can be said to be early marriage. The relatively young age referred to is the age of puberty, namely the age between 10-19 years. In this study, researchers used quantitative research methods. The results of the data obtained resulted in a calculation of 0.001 which means significant data, which indicates that the variables in this study can be tested and there is a link between the influence of juvenile delinquency on the increase in early marriage.

This study aims to explain how conflict management strategies affect the development of soft skills and hard skills for grade seven students at SMP Science Qur'an Al-Irsyad Jember. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Data and data sources in this study were obtained from interviews with student teachers and six students. In addition, data were also obtained from observations and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the conflicts that impede the ability of students' soft skills and hard skills are lazy to study, bored in learning, differences in IQ, lazy to read and write, and lazy to participate in other mandatory activities. As for the several efforts that have been made to resolve conflicts and to develop hard skills and soft skills, SMP Science Qur'an Al-Irsyad educational institutions have their own strategies. Conflict management strategies in developing soft skills use classroom development methods such as tutoring, public speaking exercises such as speeches and becoming Uswatun Hasanah, while conflict management strategies in developing hard skills, use additional hour methods such as extra curricular archery, coding (IT), writing scientific, scout, and tahfidzul qur'an.

Conflict management which is a way or strategy of individuals who behave with other people in a conflict. An individual's way of determining attitudes and behavior in dealing with interpersonal conflict so that the conflict that occurs has a positive impact. A conflict can occur between friends, whether it's in the school, home, or community environment. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a conflict management style between friends in resolving a conflict. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Qualitative descriptive research is a research technique that produces descriptive data in the form of spoken words and the behavior of a person being observed. In this study, data analysis was obtained through a qualitative descriptive method which was carried out by analyzing the data model of Miles and Huberman.
