IGM Al Ihsaniyah Palembang Modern Islamic Boarding School Strategy in building an entrepreneurial ecosystem. This study seeks to uncover the entrepreneurial strategy used by the Islamic Boarding School IGM Al Ihsaniyah Palembang, this research uses field research, with primary data sources and secondary data sources, while data analysis in this study uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive qualitative, for the purpose of this research is the entrepreneurial strategy at the IGM Al Ihsaniyah Palembang Islamic Boarding School and the inhibiting factors for entrepreneurship at the IGM Al Ihsaniyah Islamic Boarding School Palembang. The results of this study are that the entrepreneurial strategy used by the IGM Al Ihsaniyah Islamic Boarding School, Palembang, is divided into 4, namely the disciplinary approach strategy, socialization strategy, cooperative strategy, and marketing strategy which are 5P namely price, product, promotion, place, resources man. While there are 5 obstacles to entrepreneurship, namely lack of discipline, guardian of students, lack of time sharing, human resources, and money control.

This research is entitled "Implementation of Islamic-Based Individual Counseling in Overcoming Gamophobia (Case Study of Client "W" in Kepala Siring Village, Tanjung Sakti Pumu District)". Gamophobia is a phobia experienced by someone who has an excessive fear of making a commitment to a partner and getting married. This study aims to find out the description of gamophobia experienced by client "W" in the village of Chief Siring before the implementation of Islamic-based individual counseling, to find out how the application of Islamic-based individual counseling to client "W" who experienced gamophobia and also to find out how gamophobia is depicted experienced by client "W" after the implementation of Islamic-based individual counseling. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research method. The research subject is the client "W". Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are pattern matchmaking, making explanations, and strategic time series analysis. The results of this study indicate that before carrying out the counseling process it is still at a high level where there are several aspects that make clients experience excessive anxiety, cannot control their own thoughts, have feelings of irritability, do not want to have relationships with the opposite sex, are depressed when mentioned about marriage. The implementation of Islamic-based individual counseling was carried out in six meetings with three stages, namely the initial stage, the middle stage (work stage), and the final stage. The image of gamophobia after individual counseling based on Islam has decreased where client "W" no longer experiences excessive anxiety, is able to control himself, is able to receive input or advice from people around him.

Abstract: This research is entitled Habib Husein Ja'far Al-Hadar's Digital Da'wah Strategy by discussing the strategies used by Habib Jafar in preaching among young people. Habib Jafar came up with a da'wah that made young people as associates with a da'wah that was not monotonous and seemed more interesting. What da'wah strategy did Habib Husein Ja'far Al-Hadar use? ABSTRACT: The thesis is entitled "Ustaza Lasminora's Method of Da'wah towards Religious Understanding in the Al-Fatah Mosque Congregational Regular Recitation". The type of research used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation with data analysis techniques including data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The research results of Ustaza Lasminora's da'wah method on religious understanding at Al-Fatah Mosque Congregational Regular Recitations are by using the Al-Hikmah da'wah method: in which the congregation gets many lessons about life, one of which is by gaining an understanding of religious knowledge on an understanding that has been confused so far. Da'wah Mau'idzatatil Hasanah: carried out by providing religious knowledge that is beneficial to the congregation as well as Ustadza Lasminora including trustworthy leaders, increasing patience, perseverance and inviting the right path by guiding the congregation to discuss with each other or just exchanging ideas becomes a very important thing where things This can strengthen the ties of friendship and sympathy, and obtain happiness in this world and the hereafter. And da'wah mujaddalah: namely honesty and truth. Then da'wah is presented in a simple, simple and down-to-earth way that is close to the reality of the daily life of the congregation, so that in this way it can really be practiced in everyday life in understanding the issues of aqidah, sharia and morals.

The conclusion is that the Strategic Management used by the management of the PII Palembang City organization is Pre-Batra Indonesian Islamic Students, Cadre Follow Up Activities and approaches taken between organizational management and prospective members.

The increasing number of motorized vehicles every year which is not matched by road facilities and human negligence often results in traffic accidents. A traffic accident where the perpetrator is irresponsible, by leaving the victim alone without stopping the vehicle, and not providing assistance is called a hit and run. The crime of hit and run is a problem that needs to be addressed because it is an immoral act and harms other people. This study aims to find out and analyze what are the factors that cause a lot of hit-and-runs in Gorontalo City and the efforts of the police in enforcing the law against the perpetrators of hit-and-run crimes in Gorontalo City. The type of research used is empirical juridical. This research is descriptive in nature. The location of this research is the police who have the authority to enforce the law against hit-and-run crimes, namely the Gorontalo City Police Traffic Unit Accident Unit. There are 2 factors causing hit-and-run crimes in the City Region of Gorontalo City, namely individual / personal factors caused by the negligence of the vehicle driver accompanied by a lack of legal awareness of the person himself. Furthermore, situational factors/conditions due to quiet road conditions, not many witnesses, so that it is possible for the perpetrators to escape from their responsibilities and forced circumstances which can threaten the safety of the perpetrators from the tantrums of the masses and the condition of the driver who is powerless to provide assistance.

Marriage is something that is sacred and contains the value of worship, in line with the greatness and how high the value of marriage is, in the hadith it is stated; "a person who does marriage is the same as doing half worship". However, even though Islam has provided clear rules regarding marriage, in reality there are still many different implementations or practices of marriage. This happens because the background is the plurality of Muslims with their customs and culture which are so patterned and varied. In addition, the logic of Indonesian Muslims between one region and tribe is also quite different, this condition can lead to differences, both in terms of implementation, use of names or terms. The legal position of elopement according to the Marriage Law in Indonesia is that basically elopement is actually still in the category of unregistered marriage because the implementation is carried out in secret or in secret, it's just that the guardian of the marriage in this case is an illegitimate guardian, as well as witnesses and registrars the legal consequences of elopement according to the Marriage Law in Indonesia are legal actions and have legal consequences because elopement always encounters problems in state administration not obtaining a marriage book from the KUA and the state does not recognize elopement. The pawning of agricultural land is basically a transaction regarding land that is used as an object in collateral for debt between the land owner or the mortgagee and the pawn recipient with the aim of obtaining capital by not selling the land that is used as the object in the mortgage of the agricultural land, so the mortgage on agricultural land has the right redeem to get agricultural land that has been mortgaged to the recipient of the pawned agricultural land. The purpose of this study was to examine the implementation of the pawn agreement in Pilohayanga Village, Telaga District, Goronntalo Regency and the legal consequences of the pawn agreement on agricultural land after the pawn period ended based on Perpu no.56 of 1960 and the obstacles in implementing the pawn agreement on agricultural land in Pilohayanga Village, Telaga District, Gorontalo Regency The research conducted was empirical normative legal research with a sociological juridical approach taken from primary data by conducting interviews and secondary data by processing data from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials. This happens because the people in Pilohayanga Village, who are generally village people, more often use customary law or verbal agreements in implementing agricultural land mortgage agreements because they are considered more efficient and easier to implement. So that the role of the government and the community is needed so that land pawn regulations can be effectively applied, especially in Pilohayanga Village.

Crime can spread to all ages, especially if it is a crime committed at a young age. The juvenile criminal justice system is of particular concern to law enforcement officials, bearing in mind that children in national and international human rights are positioned as a vulnerable group and are given special treatment, and all countries are obliged and have the responsibility to ensure the fulfillment of these special rights is obtained by every child. In connection with this discussion, regarding the guarantee of the right to access education for children in conflict with the law (ABH). As we know, education for every child, including children who are in conflict with the law or living in a correctional institution, is an important thing or can be said to be an investment for children to prepare them for their future. In compiling this paper the author uses the literature study method by examining 21 sources, which include journals, books, and web sites related to the topic of education rights for children in conflict with the law. This paper is intended so that every child, especially for children who are in conflict with the law, gets guarantees for their rights because they have been regulated and are based on clear laws, both national and international laws.
