Tadulako International Journal of Applied Management with registered number ISSN 2684-9089 (Print) and 2987-1271 (electronic) is published by the Master of Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Tadulako University. It is published thrice a year in April, August, and December. Publish papers in applied management that contribute to the development of management science and management practices. We accept primarily research-based articles related to applied management science. Abstract

This research intends to determine and to analyze the direct effect of work satisfaction on turn over intention and organizational commitment and its impact on the performance of employees at PT. Central Sulawesi Bank. The population consists of 87 people who are employees at Head Office PT. Bank Sulteng taken from all levels of employees. Data analysis in this research used Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of the analysis using the SmartPLS ver 3.0 statistical tool reveals that work satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on tur nover intention. Work satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Work satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Turn over intention has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance through turn over intention as an intervening variable. Work satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. Abstract

This research aims at determining the influence of ownership structure on company value of property and real estate industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was quantitative research using panel data regression analysis. The object of this research was property and real estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2019. The results indicate that the ownership structure consisting of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and foreign ownership together have a significant influence on company value. Managerial ownership partially has no effect on company value. Partial institutional ownership has a significant negative influence on company value. Abstract

This research analyzes the management conditions, constraints, material requirements, and training methods for managing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) in Donggala District. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods (mix methods), the quantitative method used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis in mapping the capacity of 10 Village-Owned Enterprises, and qualitative methods are used to describe the factual conditions of Village-Owned Enterprises management by selecting 12 informants consisting of village government officials, administrators of Village-Owned Enterprises, and Village Facilitators. The results indicate that performance is still low. However, the importance is high, namely (1) The managerial process of Village-Owned Enterprises, (2) Marketing methods and strategies, (3) Human Resources recruitment and qualification process, (4) Management knowledge, ( 5) Skills in managing a business, and (6) Strengthening the capacity of Village-Owned Enterprises management. At the research location, only Boya Paramba Mandiri Village-Owned Enterprises in Nupabomba Village, one of whose business activities can contribute to the economic improvement of the coffee farming community in Nupabomba Village. Constraints faced in managing Village-Owned Enterprises, namely related to the system and institutional support, personnel in the organization have not carried out their duties and functions optimally, and human resource factors in managing business management. Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of Regulation and Information Systems on Asset Management. This research applied multiple regression analysis method where sampling technique used systematic sampling with purposive sampling. Based on the results of statistical tests, regulations and information systems have an influence on asset management at the UPT Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring, Directorate-General of Posts and Informatics Resources. The regulation partially has an influence on asset management at the UPT Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring, Directorate-General of Posts and Informatics Resources. The information system partially has an influence on asset management at the UPT Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring, Directorate-General of Posts and Informatics Resources. Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of price, service, and promotion simultaneously and partially on decision to repurchase the product of water refills of Metro Palu. The population in this research were all customers of the Metro Palu refill water refills station. The number of samples in this research were 123 respondents. This research applied a descriptive causal with data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. Data were analyzed through SPSS application. The results show that the variables of price, service and promotion simultaneously have a positive effect on repurchase decisions, the significant value of F is 0.000 < (0.05). Moreover, the partial test result obtains that the price variable has a significant value of t = 0.006 < (0.05). It can be concluded that the price variable positively and significantly affects on repurchase decision. Furthermore, the service variable has a significant value of t = 0.006 < (0.05) so it can be concluded that the service variable has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decision. The results of the partial test show that the promotion variable has a significant value of t = 0.000 < (0.05). Thus, so it can be concluded that the promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decision. Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of professionalism, organizational culture and competence on the performance of Navy soldiers at Lanal Palu. This research applied verification type of research with a research population of 108 navy soldiers at the Palu Navy Base where all soldiers are used as research samples through census method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results show that the variables of professionalism, organizational culture, and competence simultaneously have positive and significant influence on the performance of soldiers, partially the variables of professionalism, organizational culture, and competence also have positive and significant influence on the performance of the Indonesian Navy soldiers of Palu. The value of the correlation coefficient (R) shows that the close relationship (correlation) of the variables of professionalism, organizational culture, and competence with the performance of Indonesian Navy soldiers of Palu is 93.2% (very strong) with a determinant coefficient value (Adjusted R-Square) of 0.864, meaning that the variable of Soldier performance can be explained by variables of professionalism, organizational culture, and competence of 86.4%. Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of product knowledge, product experience and product benefits have significant effect on customers’ satisfaction and its impact on the E-Wom of MS Glow Cosmetics customers in Palu City. The research population were MS Glow Cosmetics customers in Palu City. The sample in this research were 80 respondents. This is causal descriptive research with the data analysis technique used is partial least square (PLS). The data analysis technique used a smart software program (PLS) 3.0. The results reveal that the product knowledge variable have positive and significant influence on customers’ satisfaction with MS Glow Cosmetics in Palu City with a Sig-t value of 0.003. Furthermore, the product knowledge variable has positive and significant influence on the E-Wom of MS Glow Cosmetic customers in Palu City with a Sig-t value of 0.002. The product experience variable has positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction with MS Glow Cosmetics in Palu City with a Sig-t value of 0.000. The product experience variable has an influence, but is not significant on the E-WOM of MS Glow Cosmetics customers in Palu City with a Sig-t value of 0.176. Furthermore, the product benefit variable has an influence, but is not significant on customer satisfaction with MS Glow Cosmetics in Palu City with a Sig-t value of 0.095. The product benefit variable has a positive and significant influence on the E-Wom of MS Glow Cosmetics customers in Palu City with a Sig-t value of 0.049. And finally, the customer satisfaction variable has a positive and significant influence on the E-WOM of MS Glow Cosmetics customers in Palu City with a Sig-t value of 0.010.
