Abstract

This study is very helpful aerobic exercise against blood pressure in people with hypertension. This study used pre group and post randomized block design. The number of samples in this study were 30 respondents. Pre test performed before aerobic exercise. Intervention was administered for 10 weeks and then performed post test. Data were analyzed by using Wilcoxon test. The result showed that the average systolic blood pressure dropped after 10 weeks aerobic exercise was 10,71% with mean of sistol blood pressure drop 17 mmHg with p value = 0.000 <0,05, mean the decrease of diastole blood pressure equal to 9,31% With mean diastole blood pressure 9 mmHg with p value = 0.000 <0,05. Aerobic exercise can lower blood pressure sistole and diastole in people with hypertension done regularly. Keywords: exercise, hypertension

Abstract

Cases of sentinel hospital often occur because of ineffective communication. Effective communication is the key for nurses to make patient safety based on the standard of patient safety in hospitals. This study aimed to analyze the factors that affect nurses in implementing effective communication in inpatient hospitals AW. Sjahranie Samarinda. The study was observational analytic with cross-sectional approach. The study was conducted in April and May 2016. The samples included 71 nurses drawn randomly. Instrument data collection using questionnaires and observation sheets. Data were analyzed with chi-square test and multivariate multiple logistic regression prediction models The results showed a significant difference between employment status, duration of work, ethics, language barriers and the preparation of communication with the implementation of effective communication. Long work and ethics is the most variable part of the implementation of effective communication with p <0.05. Conclusion: Long work and ethics are the factors that most influence the nurse in implementing effective communication in inpatient hospitals AW.Sjahranie. Abstract

Growth and development in childhood is a crucial period that affect later development, such as language skills, crearivity, social awareness and emotional (Soetjiningsih, 2003). According to Sigmund Freud cit Sunaryo (2004), in theory that child enters the toddler stage marked by anal satisfaction (kateksis) and dissaticfaction (antikateksis) atound the function of elimination. In a study published by the Journal of Pediatrics (2002) says more than 50 percent of American children aged over 36 month are not sucsessful toilet traning, it caused a lot of Urology reported that the failure og toilet training increases the risk of bladder problem. A recent study Johnson (2010), mentions an increased risk of urinary inkontensia in childern aged over 36 month.This study uses a quantitative research with descriptive design with cross sectional analytic. The sample in this study is the mother and child in early childhood education and early childhood Baitul Izzah Ababil Bengkulu city bumbering 81 people. The collection of data by using a questionnaire sheet. The data analysis was conducted quantitative univariate and bivariat using Chi Square.The result of this study, the no relation between eduction and the mother with the success of implementing toilet training in childern in early childhood Ababil Izzah Bengkulu City 2016 p:0,663), there is a realitionship attitude to the success of implementing Toilet Training on their childern in early childhood Ababil and Baitul Izzah Bengkulu city 2016 (p:0,016) no relitionship Physical Readiness to implement successful Toilet Traning in Childern in early childhood educarion and Baitul Izzah Bengkulu city in 2016 (p:0,001).Expected early childhood teaching team can implement Toilet Taning activities on childern in eraly childhood education dropped off to improve gross motor development of childern so tahat childern still do development Keywords: toilet training, child aged 3 years

Abstract

The Influence of Education, Training and Work Experience of the Competency Achievement Midwives in Normal Delivery Care in the Delivery Room Unit dr. H. Slamet Martodirdjo Pamekasan. This research was conducted in dr. Slamet Martodirdjo Pamekasan with a total sample of 35 people. The purpos is determine the effect of simultaneous, partial and dominant influence of independent variables consisting of: education, training and work experience to the dependent variable is the competence of midwives. The results showed that simultaneous, independent variables include: education, training and work experience have a significant effect on the competence of midwives, is evidenced by the value of F arithmetic amounted to 6,501 with significance level of 0.002 (less than 0.05). Partially, education, training and work experience have a significant effect on the competence of midwives, is evidenced by the t value of each independent variable, namely: education T value of 2.340 with a significance level of 0.003, training with t value of 1.950 with a degree of the significance of 0004 and work experience counted for 3,718 t with a significance level of 0001 (less than 0.05). Thus it can be said that all independent variables partially have a significant influence on the Competency Achievement Midwives in Normal Delivery Care in the Delivery Room Unit in dr. H. Slamet Martodirdjo Pamekasan; variable work experience has dominant influence on the Competency Achievement Midwives in Normal Delivery Care in the Delivery Room Unit in dr. H. Abstract

This study aims to know the (1) an overview assessment of the quality of student services, (2) the influence of service quality dimensions include tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy to the satisfaction of students, (3) the influence of student satisfaction to student loyalty. The research was carried out inProdi D-III Nursing Class Balikpapan Poltekkes Kemenkes Kaltim. The method used in this study is correlational survey. Sampling was done randomly from the three departements in Prodi D-III Nursing Class Balikpapan Poltekkes Kemenkes Kaltim. Data ware analyzed uusing statistical analysis, descriptive analysis using the importance performance analysis. This analysis is followed by the mapping into the Cartesian diagram to see the position oof each quality attribute, folloowed by regression analysis. The results of this study indicate student asessment of quality of service in Prodi D-III Nursing Class Balikpapan Poltekkes Kemenkes Kaltim still perceived to be belaow expectations because there is a gap for student 19,30%, Service quality has a positive effect on student satisfaction of D-III Nursing Program of Balikpapan Poltekkes Kemenkes Kaltim.
