Efforts to maintain child survival are carried out from the time the fetus is still in the womb, when it is born, after delivery, and until it is 14 (eighteen) years old. This indicator measures the management capacity of the Mother and Child Health (KIA) program in providing comprehensive neonatal services. Services provided during nconatal visits are examinations according to the Integrated Management of Young Infants (MTBM) standards and newborn care counseling including exclusive breastfeeding and umbilical cord care (Indonesian Health Profile, 2014). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and the success of exclusive breastfeeding for working mothers in the work area of the Panombeian Panei Health Center, Simalungun Regency, in 2017. This type of analytic study uses a cross-sectional approach. The population of this research is all working mothers who have babies aged 7-12 months in the working area of the Panomberan Health Center as many as 45 people as of July 2017. The sample in this research is SCmus 1: working people who have babies aged 7-12 months in the working area of the Puskesmas: There are 45 pots per July 2017. The sampling technique in this study uses total sampling.

Abstract

The decline in the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in recent times illustrates an increase in the quality of life and public health services. The decrease in IMR was partly due to an increase in the coverage of infant immunization, an increase in the coverage of deliveries by health personnel, the placement of midwives in villages and an increase in the proportion of mothers with higher education. According to Ibrahim (2006) said that if basic immunization is carried out in a complete and regular manner, then immunization can reduce the morbidity and mortality of children under five by around 80-95%. Regular means adhering to the immunization schedule and frequency while complete basic immunization is having received all types of basic immunization when the child was less than 11 months old. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the mother's basic immunization status in infants aged 12-24 months in Baringin Raya Village, Working Area of the Pamatang Raya Health Center, Simalungun Regency, in 2016. The research method was carried out quantitatively with a descriptive correlation design with a cross approach. sectional. The subjects of this study were mothers who had babies aged 12-24 months who were recorded in the Baringin Raya Village in the working area of the Pamatang Raya Health Center, as many as 40 respondents. The sampling technique for the mother group was using purposive sampling. Statistical analysis used the chi-sguare test. Statistical results show that there is a relationship between age (p value = 0.001, OR=0.008), education (p value=0.004, OR=7.286), occupation (p=0.001, OR=0.086), number of living children (p value=0.000, OR=0, 014) and knowledge (p=0.00, OR=0.014). It is hoped that it will provide insight and knowledge about the importance of basic immunization in infants.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how InfluenceCompensation, Leadership Style and Work Discipline on the Performance of Hospital Employee In United States. Therefore the author is interested in taking the title "The Influence of Compensation, Leadership Style and Work Discipline on the Performance of Hospital Employee In United States. The results of testing the hypothesis using multiple regression analysis and t test show that: a ttable value of 2.048 is obtained. From this description it can be seen that tcount (2.591) > ttable (2.048), likewise with a significance value of 0.01< 0.05 then it can be concluded hypothesisfirst received, that is Compensation Variable (X1)positive and significant effect on Employee Performance Variable (Y).A ttable value of 2.048 is obtained. From this description it can be seen that tcount (0.016) < ttable (2.048), likewise with a significance value of 0.98> 0.05 it can be concluded hypothesisboth rejected, meaningLeadership Style Variable (X2) has no effect on Employee Performance Variable (Y).A ttable value of 2.048 is obtained. From this description it can be seen that tcount (1.257) < ttable (2.048), and a significance value of 0.22 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is rejected, meaningWork Discipline Variable (X3) has no effecton Employee Performance Variable (Y). The Ftable value of 2.98 is obtained. From this description it can be seen that Fcount (9,470) > Ftable (2.98), and a significance value of 0,00<0.05, it can be concluded that the fourth hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Compensation Variable (X1), Leadership Style Variable (X2) and Work Discipline Variable (X3) have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on Work Discipline Variable (Y)

Abstract

This research was carried out in Sawit Rejo Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, at an altitude of ± 500 m above sea level. The aim of this research was to determine the effectiveness and catchability of several types of attractants and dispenser media on the attraction of fruit fly pests to guava (Psidium guajava L) . This research was carried out in 2 stages. The first stage was a Randomized Block Design with testing of several types of attractants carried out at 9 levels, namely, A1 (Synthetic Methyl Eugenol Attractant 800 g/l), A2 (Pattoouli Oil), A3 (Nutmeg Oil), A4 (Pattoouli Flower Oil) , A5 (Cinnamon Oil), A6 (Ylang Ylang Flower Oil), A7 (Citronella Oil), A8 (Lemon Oil) and A9 (Vutive Root Oil). The second stage was a Factorial Randomized Block Design by testing several types of attractants and dispenser media, with the first factor being the type of attractant with 4 levels, namely A1 (Synthetic Methyl Eugenol Attractant 800 g/l), A2 (Pattoouli Oil), A3 (A1 + Solvent Solution) , A4 (A2 + Solvent Solution). The second factor for media dispensers was carried out at 3 levels, namely K (Cotton Roll Media), B (Wooden Block Media) and P (Plastic Media). The parameters observed were the number of fruit flies trapped in the bottle in the first stage, the number of non-target insects in the first stage, the number of fruit flies trapped in the second stage, the non-target insects in the second stage and. The results of the research showed that treatment in the first stage had a significant effect on the number of fruit flies trapped. Attractant treatment with synthetic methyl eugenol and patchouli oil is the treatment that attracts most fruit flies so they become trapped in the treatment bottles. Meanwhile, in the second stage, the research results showed that treatment A1 (Synthetic Methyl Eugenol Attractant 800 g/l) was the most effective in attracting fruit fly pests , this can be seen from the results of the number of fruit flies trapped in bottles compared to other types of attractants. Meanwhile, the most effective media dispenser is media K (Cotton Roll). This can also be seen from the number of flies trapped in bottles compared to other media. Meanwhile, the treatment interaction between the type of attractant and the dispenser media which had a significant effect was the interaction between A1 (Synthetic Methyl Eugenol Attractant 800 g/l) and the dispenser medium K (Cotton Roll), this can be seen from the results of the number of fruit flies trapped in the bottle compared to other interactions. This second stage of research shows the results of a real influence with a decreasing graph. This is in accordance with research conducted from treatment 1 DSA – 25 DSA, the number of fruit fly catching abilities decreased over time.
