Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of flexible work arrangements, emotional intelligence, and work competence on employee performance at the Tourism and Creative Economy Office of DKI Jakarta Province. Changes in work patterns and increasing performance demands in the public sector require organizations to manage human resources in a more adaptive and professional manner. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 75 employees as research respondents. The research instruments were developed using a Likert scale to measure each research variable. The collected data were analyzed using statistical techniques to examine the relationships and effects among variables. The results indicate that flexible work arrangements have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, suggesting that work flexibility enhances employee effectiveness and productivity. Furthermore, emotional intelligence and work competence were also found to have positive and significant influences on employee performance. These findings emphasize that the implementation of flexible work systems, supported by strong emotional intelligence and adequate work competence, plays a crucial role in improving employee performance in the public sector, particularly within the Tourism and Creative Economy Office of DKI Jakarta Province.

Abstract

In a business environment, increasing sales is a priority for companies to maintain profitability and competitiveness. Adaptation and innovation are essential for success. Sales growth requires an understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends. Implementing an effective marketing strategy is key, involving analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Market research and analysis help companies identify opportunities to boost sales. Jerome McCarthy introduced the 4P marketing mix consisting of product, price, place, and promotion. Kotler and Keller later expanded it to 8P, adding people, process, physical evidence, and productivity. Other factors such as word of mouth, social media, and influencer. This study examines these 11 factors to analyze determining factors in marketing strategy that impact sales and to identify relevant factors to increase sales. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 130 respondents using random sampling. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS. The result indicate that price has t-value of 2.377 > t-table of 1.98, with a significance level of .019. Physical evidence has t-value of 2.384 > t-table of 1.98, with a significance level of .019. price has t-value of 2.279 > t-table of 1.98, with a significance level of .024

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of information technology mastery, competence, and work motivation on the performance of agricultural extension workers in Karawang Regency. The increasing demand for professionalism and the integration of digital technology in the agricultural sector position extension workers as strategic actors in supporting regional agricultural productivity and innovation. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The sample consisted of 128 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula from a population of 177 agricultural extension workers. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, along with classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity tests. Multiple linear regression analysis was applied to examine both partial and simultaneous effects among variables. The results indicate that information technology mastery, competence, and work motivation each have a positive and significant effect on the performance of agricultural extension workers. Simultaneously, these three independent variables explain 85.9% of the variance in extension workers’ performance, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening technological utilization, enhancing professional competence, and providing sustained motivational support to improve the performance of agricultural extension workers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of human resources in employee performance with emotional intelligence as a mediating variable in the Bureau of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of Indonesia. A quantitative approach with an explanatory research design was employed, using a census method involving bureau employees. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using mediation regression analysis. The findings reveal that human resource quality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Human resources also significantly influence emotional intelligence, while emotional intelligence demonstrates a positive effect on employee performance. Mediation analysis confirms that emotional intelligence partially mediates the relationship between human resources and employee performance. These results indicate that employee performance improvement is not solely driven by technical competence and work attitudes, but also by the ability to manage emotions effectively in the workplace. This study highlights the importance of integrating emotional intelligence development into human resource management strategies to enhance performance effectiveness within public sector organizations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the digital innovation-based competitive marketing strategy implemented by PT Amara Tujuh Perjuangan in facing competition within Indonesia’s exhibition industry. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design, the research focuses on the application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and digital transformation strategy as the main frameworks for understanding modern marketing dynamics. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving company management, marketing staff, and key customers. The findings indicate that the integration of BMC with digital innovation strengthens the company’s competitive advantage by enhancing operational efficiency, personalizing services, and improving customer relationships. The digital platform Auto360 plays a crucial role in expanding market reach, optimizing promotional costs, and increasing customer engagement. However, challenges remain in digital literacy and customer analytics integration. Conceptually, this study emphasizes the importance of synergy between technological innovation, customer orientation, and internal resource management in creating adaptive and sustainable marketing strategies in the era of industrial digitalization.
