The purposee of thiss systematicc literature revieww is to summarizeesome of theepublished research on the subject of family work. Conflict professionnFamilyyis an individual role that arises from the pressure of family roles and work role conflictss. This study aims to describe the impact of conflicttbetween jobssanddfamilies using the PRISMA method determined through bibliometriccanalysis. A total of 33 journals and 147 authors participated in screening journal results using the PRISMA method. The outcome variables related to work-family conflict are multi-role conflict, gender and mental health. MSMEs are one of the backbone sectors of the economy in Indonesia. The MSME sector was able to survive the 1998 monetary crisis. The development of MSMEs has increased from year to year. This development occurs throughout Indonesia and including in the City of Tasikmalaya. This has become the government's attention to develop the MSME sector, including in terms of marketing. The increase in MSMEs occurred in all fields, including in the culinary field. One of the culinary fields that is developing is seblak. One of the long standings seblak in Tasikmalaya City is Seblak Ceu Edah. The marketing strategy carried out by Seblak Ceu Edah is a key in maintaining business, including during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach by conducting interviews and observations as primary data and documentation as secondary data. The results showed that there was an alignment of marketing strategies with the 4P method (product, price, place, and promotion) on the sales volume of Seblak Ceu Edah. The implication of the research that has been done is that it is expected to improve marketing strategies to increase sales volume of Seblak Ceu Edah.

The study's goal is to examine how long- and short-term changes in exports, imports, and inflation affect Indonesia's economic growth. Data was compiled from secondary sources including Central Statistics Agency and the World Bank's records from 1995-2020. EViews 10 was used to conduct a regression analysis utilizing an ARDL (Autoregressive Distributed Lag) model. According to the findings of the test of the analysis's short-term relevance, exports have a negative and insignificant influence, but imports and inflation have a positive and insignificant effect. Exports have a positive and major influence in the long run, whereas imports and inflation have a negative and major influence.

The majority of the current rise in DANA users are students whose lives are closely linked to information technology and Fintech. The number of e-wallets that offer attractive services currently raises considerations from consumers to reuse these services by taking into account factors such as perceived usefulness and trust. This research aimed to analyze how the effect of perceived usefulness and trust on the students’ intention to reuse DANA E-Wallet on student in Medan City. The research method used in this research was quantitative associative approach. Students’ user of DANA E-Wallet were the population of this research. The sample were 100 respondents by using purposive sampling technique. Data collecting technique used in this research was primary data which was obtained from google form. The findings showed that Perceived Usefulness had positive significant effect on the user intention with a significant value was 0.014>0.05. Trust also had a positive significant effect on the users’ intention, with a sig value was 0.000<0.05. Besides, all independent variables in the simultaneous test had influenced effect with 47.3% level, whereas 52.7% was influenced by external factors beyond this research model.

Purbalingga Regency has good potential in terms of its metal industry, one of the superior products with this metal base material is exhaust. This automotive component promises an opportunity in developing a business in the exhaust sector, so this research was conducted with the aim of testing the effect of business strategy and managerial capabilities of MSME actors on the performance of MSMEs in the exhaust sector in Purbalingga Regency. This study's sample was drawn from the population of MSME actors in the exhaust industry in Purbalingga Regency. Using the Slovin algorithm to determine the number of samples, 38 responders were gathered. The testing procedure employs multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study reveal that business strategy has no effect on the performance of MSMEs, however managerial skill has a substantial and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in the exhaust sector in Purbalingga Regency. Simultaneously, the results shows that business strategy and managerial ability have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in MSMEs in the exhaust sector in Purbalingga Regency. The results of this study indicate that MSME actors in the exhaust sector have not implemented a business strategy in managing their business. Lack of work experience is a factor in the absence of a set strategy to help the process of running the business. On the other hand, MSME actors have good managerial skills.

The transfer of fuel subsidies of Indonesia’s State Budget (APBN) has been carried out several times with purpose to balance the ability of the government's State Budget in facing the challenges of the global economy. In the middle of Indonesia's economic recovery, the government re-implemented the transfer of fuel subsidies which was triggered by an increase in the price of crude oil commodities due to the geopolitical war between Russia and Ukraine. The limited capacity of the APBN and to improve the distributing of the subsidies, then Rp. 502.4 trillion of the subsidy budget allocation stipulated in Presidential Regulation 98 of 2022 has been diverted. The multiplier effect due to rising fuel prices which has the potential to increase other commodity prices resulting in a significant increase in national inflation and a slowdown in economic growth due to inflation are the main risks of this policy. Utilizing government fiscal instruments, as well as improve collaboration between institutions in the monetary sector (Indonesian Bank), the government of the Republic of Indonesia succeeded in implementing the transfer of fuel subsidies while maintaining the national inflation rate below 6 percent until November 2022 and maintaining the national economic growth rate in the third quarter of 2022.

This study aims to discuss qualitative approaches in marketing research as part of measuring business performance today. This research examines the similarities and differences between three qualitative research methods: phenomenology, grounded theory, and ethnography. Research will be beneficial to the development of theories and will assist in the making of sound business decisions. This study demonstrates that qualitative research methods are now considered appropriate for use in consumer research as well as marketing in general. This article presents a research method that takes a qualitative approach and discusses some of the potential applications of that method in marketing research and the measurement of business success.

The development process of an area cannot run smoothly and optimally if the process does not match its potential. Magelang Regency actually has potential sectors to be developed and is able to make a good contribution to GRDP. This study aims to analyze and identify leading, competitive sectors which are then used as a driver for economic growth and regional development of Magelang Regency. The data used in this research is secondary data. While the research method uses Location Quotient (LQ) analysis and Shift-Share analysis.Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there are several prominent economic sectors in the Magelang Regency, namely 1) the agriculture, forestry and fisheries, 2) the mining and quarrying 3) the clean water supply, waste processing and recycling, 4) the transportation and warehousing sector, 5) accommodation and food and drink provision, 6) information and communication, 7) real estate, 8) government administration, 9) education services and 10) other services. Apart from that it is a non-base sector. Meanwhile, in the calculation of the shift share analysis, there are several sectors that have experienced a shift. One of them is the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors. However, as a whole, all sectors in Magelang regency are related to one another and have a positive influence on the overall regional output growth.

Croffle Eat SME is a snack type business, namely croffle, which is located in Bengkong Laut. This business has been established since 2021, but it seems that there are still many people who don't know the Croffle Eat brand. Therefore, this research was conducted to help partners develop their business through the use of digital marketing such as building brand profiles on social media and advertising to increase consumer interest. As for the things that are done to increase sales turnover at Croffle Eat, namely by implementing the promotion mix strategy. Based on the results of an analysis of the obstacles experienced by partners, it was found that there were obstacles, namely the lack of promotion on social media which caused weak brand awareness in these MSMEs. Therefore, this research was conducted to integrate the implementation of the promotion mix marketing strategy by creating interesting content along with the right consumer targeting and in accordance with the results of a consumer survey to increase partner sales.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the data found on the level of unemployment and inflation as well as the causes of the increase or decrease in the number of unemployment and inflation in the Yogyakarta region. Yogyakarta is a well-known city in Indonesia. The author analyzes using descriptive research methods and quantitative approaches by looking at existing data through the official website of the Yogyakarta Central Bureau of Statistics. Based on the research that has been done, the results obtained are that the highest increase in the number of unemployment increases occurred in 2020 but inflation has decreased in that year, this is due to the pandemic that has hit almost all countries in the world. Therefore, it can be concluded that the unemployment rate can affect inflation.
