Abstract

Abstract The 21st century is also known as the age of knowledge (knowledge age), in this era, all alternative efforts to meet the needs of life in various contexts are more knowledge based. In taxonomy, students' knowledge and skills can be measured by cognitive domains which include mental activities ranging from the lowest to the highest processes. Likewise, the National Physics exam questions are designed with high order thinking skill question models. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct an analysis of physics National Examination questions that have been designed with a high order thinking skill question model in SMA Negeri 10 Bengkulu city by looking at the results of evaluating student learning with the type of High Order thinking skill questions. In this study using the Research Method of physics questions by collecting data on national exam questions in the last three years. Based on research conducted the level of success of students completing national exam questions based on HOTS is still very low, it can be seen from the data we get that in SMAN 10 Bengkulu City the value of the physics national exam in 2018 has decreased from the previous year with the weight of LOW questions in 2017 totaling 11 pieces and in 2019 there were 18 questions.

Abstract

Anak usia dini pun periu diberi stimulasi dalam proses tumbuh kembang yang memadai untuk meningkatkan kreativitas pada anak diberi berbagai macam kegiatan seperti: kegiatan musik, menyanyi, bermain media alam (natural), tiga dimensi, baik visual maupuri audivisual, seni rupa dan lain-lainHasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) kreativitas anak yang diberi alat permainan edukatif buatan lebih tinggi daripada anak yang diberi alat permainan edukatif pabrik.Gambaran ini dapat dikatakan  bahwa  untuk  meningkatkan  kreativitas  anak  usia  dini  dapat digunakan alat permainan edukatif buatan; (2) Terdapat interaksi antara alat permainan edukatif dan motivasi belajar terhadap kreativitas anak usia dini, (3) Kreativitas anak yang diberi alat permainan edukatif buatan pada kelompok siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi lebih tinggi daripada kelompok siswa yang diberi alat permainan edukatif pabrik. Dengan demikian untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia dini yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi dapat menggunakan alat permainan edukatif buatan; (4) Kreativitas anak yang diberi alat permainan edukatif pabrik pada kelompok siswa motivasi belajar rendah lebih tinggi daripada kelompok siswa yang diberi alat permainan edukatif buatan. Dengan demikian untuk meningkatkan kreativitas anak usia dini yang memiliki motivasi belajar rendah dapat digunakan alat permainan edukatif pabrik.

Abstract

Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang sangat besar bagi dunia pendidikan, dimana pembelajaran yang awalnya tatap muka menjadi  dilakukan secara daring. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa di SD. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 65 orang yang terdiri dari guru dan siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran daring sangat berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar pada konsep dasar matematika siswa. Selama pembelajaran daring siswa kurang efektif dalam belajar dan siswa kurang memahami materi yang diberikan oleh guru. Hasil belajar siswa pun kurang stabil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak, kelemahan dan kelebihan pembelajaran daring yang dialami oleh guru dan siswa selama pandemi Covid-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses pembelajaran selama pandemi berubah yaitu dengan menggunakan jaringan jarak jauh. Hal ini memberikan dampak pada guru karena kurang maksimal dalam memberikan materi pembelajaran dan terganggunya proses pembelajaran yang menyebabkan materi tidak tuntas.

Abstract

Organizations and their human resources must navigate through the harsh impacts of the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19). The external crisis required the dynamism of the HR system to address the growing concerns of all sectors around the world and in particular, Indonesia's formal sector and its employees. The HR department serves as a liaison between organizations and their human resources. Therefore, HR Officers need to ensure a balance between the benefits of the parties in the employment contract. Since the employer aims to maximize profits, the employee aims to maximize job satisfaction. In an effort to ensure that both parties are well served after the COVID-19 crisis period, there is a need to reintegrate existing human resource practices and procedures. Getting past crises will require learning, innovation, and adaptation. HR practices need to be modified, rebuilt, and put into practice. In this article, we discuss the challenges employers and employees face in dealing with the pandemic and how these challenges can be mitigated through readjustment of HR practices taking into account the local Indonesian context. Such evidence requires a rapid response for the HR department to adapt HR practices to align with the crisis. We recommend empirical research in this area to assist long-term HR policy.

Abstract

This article intended to address a research vacuum by identifying the elements that impact MSMEs' financial performance, including the importance of access to finance, and establishing a conceptual framework that explains the link between these factors. The author proposed a building conceptual framework of MSMEs finance classic phenomena. A qualitative analysis approach may be used to establish and construct conceptual frameworks. This paper has combined knowledge from various relevant and reputable literature sources to build a conceptual model. If empirically verified, the suggested framework might be a viable option for supporting MSME owners in more successfully growing their businesses.

Abstract

Empowering women, especially in entrepreneurship, is often faced with limited accessibility, especially in meeting capital through loans at formal financial institutions and structural constraints in their environment. Women's cooperatives are a bridge to overcome the problem of women's entrepreneurial capital to increase their business, because basically woman have potential in its business activities. Social capital that has elements of Trust, Network and norms attached to women's personalities will be a guarantee in obtaining loans with a joint responsibility system. The opportunity to develop a business through social capital and joint responsibility has an impact on opening up opportunities to empower micro, small and medium entreprise (MSMEs) business actors to further increase their business and continue to be in a sustainable entrepreneurial position.Sustainable Entrepreneurship for female entrepreneurs offers women professional development and limited flexibility to balance work and family commitments.

Abstract

The review of this article will discuss how to increase the motivation of human resources in entrepreneurship in the tourism sector. Rural areas can benefit from the entrepreneurial dynamics created by small tourism businesses, especially when linked to the lifestyle of each entrepreneur. Several researchers regarding the contribution of small tourism businesses to improve the rural economy. The potential role of rural communities to increase tourism in rural areas should not be ignored. Related to increasing the motivation of human resources in entrepreneurship in the field of tourism. This study explores the motivations and management practices of tourism entrepreneurship as well as the consequences of community actions, considering the data obtained from several small tourism entrepreneurs, the efficiency and success of entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This literature review focuses on the entire world. Researchers find that working from home increases productivity for roughly two-thirds of employees by making better use of time and travel and meet higher performance standards. The article investigates working from home on employee productivity, focusing on organizations that boost employee productivity. This study examined 30 reports to determine the organizational factor's impact when working from home. Today, working from home is a famous work arrangement with companies and employees using it to perform flexible and automated work. This study examines the impact of employees working from home (Vyas & Butakhieo, 2020). Many public and private organizations provide the option of working from home as an alternative way to carry out their responsibilities. Compared to working in an office, working from home has both advantages and disadvantages for employees (Carillo et al., 2021). A new policy must create based on practical considerations for the organization and its employees so that working from home can provide new knowledge with flexibility in working hours as a policy in the future to function optimally (Xiao et al., 2021).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of training programs and assistance in the preparation of teaching materials for teachers of SMAN 5 Kediri, conducted in April until July 2018. This study used a qualitative approach and type of evaluation research. The instruments of data collection used were interview, observation, document study, and questionnaire. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman (1969). The results showed that overall it can be concluded that the activity of training program and the compilation of teaching materials at SMAN 5 Kediri is effective from 3 measurement variables, namely the participants of training and mentoring; Instructor competence and Scenario training.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk: (1)Memberikan pendidikan dan pelatihan tentang pengembangan bahan ajar (menulis silabus, rpp, buku ajar melaui media kvisoft flipbook maker, lks, modul, hand out) kepada peserta pelatihan (bapak/ibu guru), (2) Meningkatkan motivasi dan sikap mental yang baik, untuk menyusun sendiri bahan ajar. Pengabdian masyarakat  ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 5 Kediri, Jl. Selomangleng, No.2 Sukorame, Mojoroto ,Kediri, Jawa Timur. Mitra pada kegiatan ini yaitu SMA Negeri 5 Kediri.  Metode dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu: (1) Menganalisis situasi dan kebutuhan, (2) Setelah menganalisis siatusi dan kebutuhan maka selanjutnya  adalah menetapkan tujuan PKM, (3) Mendisain model pelatihan, pendampingan dan workshop, (4) Validasi ahli, (5) Implementasi, (6) Evaluasi Hasil pada kegiatan ini meliputi: (1) para peserta memahami dan bisa membuat bahan ajar berupa modul, lks, media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia,  (2) motivasi para peserta untuk membuat bahan ajar sendiri meningkat.
