Abstract

Medical gas installation is an important aspect in which gas availability must always be maintained and guaranteed. One of the monitored gases is N2O gas. The medical gas monitoring system must always be carried out regularly, but sometimes in conditions in the field there are still many medical gas monitoring systems that still use analog manometers so that the results obtained are sometimes inaccurate so that it can cause a condition that is dangerous for the patient. Then a digital monitoring system was created that could display in real time using the SKU237545 sensor and the ESP32 microcontroller as the center of the system that processes data. The test results from the tool that has been made get the largest error of 0.08% at a pressure of 2 Bar and the smallest error of 0.01% at a pressure of 4, 5 and 6 Bar and the purity of N2O gas is not affected by the size of the pressure. Thus this tool is feasible to use because the work system is in accordance with the conditions and conditions of the existing tools in the field.

Abstract

Asset management is a key aspect in maintaining organizational competitiveness in an era of continuously developing business. This research aims to investigate how innovative approaches and the use of the latest technology can improve asset management efficiency in various organizational contexts. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection through analysis of documents and related literature. The research results reveal that innovative approaches to asset management involve changes in organizational culture, including greater awareness of asset value and improved interunit collaboration. Recent technologies, such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and Big Data Analytics, have enabled real-time monitoring and analysis of assets, leading to faster and more accurate decision making. This research provides a deeper understanding of how innovative approaches and the latest technology can change the paradigm in asset management. The practical implication of this research is that organizations should invest in the latest innovations and technologies to achieve better efficiency in their asset management. These findings can also provide guidance for organizational leaders in designing more effective asset management strategies in the digital era.

Abstract

In a agency, aspects of work morale, interpersonal communication and physical work environment will be found. This study aims to determine the role of work enthusiasm, interpersonal communication and physical work environment on employee perfomance at SMPN 1 Plemahan. This study uses quantitative methods, sampling in this study using saturated samples totaling 62 employees. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple liniear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that 1) partially work enthusiasm has a positive and significant effect on employee perrfomance. 2) partially interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee perrfomance. 3) partially the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee perrfomance. 4) simultaneously work enthusiasm, interpersonal communication and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee perrfomance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to design an audio archive metadata application using Microsoft Access for the rock music collection at the Indonesian Music Museum, Malang City. The type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, where the data used in the research is primary data, namely the results of interviews with the management of the Indonesian Music Museum to obtain data about the number, type and variety of rock music collections in audio form with CD and vinyl storage media. Secondary data was also used in this research, namely in the form of documents and reports that were successfully stored to add information to the primary data. The result of carrying out this research is the design of an audio archive storage system for music collections with the rock genre at the Indonesian Music Museum. The design of this storage system begins by producing a rock music collection classification list, where the function of this classification list is to provide code and make it easier to input data in Microsoft Access. The design that has been successfully created makes it easy for the management of the Indonesian Music Museum to store music collections, especially those in the rock genre, if this collection experiences additions at a later date and makes it easier to retrieve information if information is needed.

Abstract

This research is conducted due to lack of communication connectivity between forklift operator and material hangar. Aircraft maintenance works continuously. When the hangar technician completely removed an aircraft component then the component shall be sent to the specialize shop by forklift. Unfortunately the forklift is usually not in place and its location is unknown. This will delay the maintenance process and affect the next process. Thus these research is for the communication between two parties, able to do the work coordination, able to track the forklift realtime by software. Hopefully it will speed up the aircraft maintenance process. The components are Arduino Mega 2560 WiFi Built-in, GPS Neo 7M Modul and a server.

Abstract

This research is to test whether there is a difference in share prices in telecommunications companies before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method in the form of a comparative descriptive study to compare share prices of telecommunications companies before and during the Covid 19 pandemic (2017-2021). The population in this research is all telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a total of 19 companies, with the observation period before Covid being 2019 and during the pandemic in 2020 with. The results of this study show that there is no significant difference in stock prices before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, this is indicated by a significance value of 0.535 which is greater than 0.05.

Abstract

A very important asset for business growth is cash. Since it is the most liquid asset, cash is essential. Companies are required to build an internal control system over cash from the time it is received until it is deposited into the bank to protect it from theft and misuse. In an effort to encourage financial improvement initiatives, our business offers quite good and ideal services at the PT Accounting Services Office. Eriadi Fatkhur Rokhman, a private organization. Cash transactions are always involved in carrying out operational activities. Therefore, the business world must implement an internal control mechanism for cash receipts and payments. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the Accounting Services Office's internal control system for cash receipts and disbursements. PT. Eriadi Rokhman Fatkhur A qualitative analysis approach was used in the research strategy. In contrast to internal cash disbursement control, the test results show that the cash receipt system is effective. Meanwhile, the internal control system for cash disbursements has not been effective because various internal business control initiatives, such as placing the treasurer or person in charge of finances in the same room with other employees, have not been implemented properly, and there is no insurance, there is cash in hand as well as the treasurer.

Abstract

This study intends to ascertain the impact of public servant performance on community services provided by the Langkat Regent's Office. In this study, data were gathered through interviews using a qualitative methodology. The belief that professional human resources are the foundation for the government's success as a defender of society through the transformation of skills from manual systems to Android and digital systems is crucial for policymakers to share in order to improve communication and make it professional. in volunteer work. In this way, the Langkat Regency Government faces significant challenges. However, at this time both the Regional Government and Village Government are working harder to implement the E-Gov model, beginning with giving officials the skills they need to use more specialized apps through technical support or training. The questions are not all fully addressed by this, though. The interview's findings confirmed that the General and Administrative Section at the Langkat Regent's Office had performed well, and that the Regional Government had implemented its responsibilities and functions by delivering high-quality and efficient public services.

Abstract

Choosing a concentration in student academic activities is not an easy thing because it depends on interests, talents and desires, therefore careful consideration is needed so that students do not make a mistake in choosing the desired concentration. This often happens when final semester students do their final assignment but it does not match their field of ability. Choosing a concentration haphazardly without careful consideration can have a negative impact on students, namely difficulty in absorbing lecture material. Therefore, a special method is needed that students can use to determine student concentration. One of the methods used is the K-Means method. The K-Means algorithm is a non-hierarchical method that initially takes a number of population components to become the initial cluster center. At this stage the cluster center is selected randomly from a set of data populations. Next, K-Means tests each component in the data population and marks the component to one of the cluster centers that has been defined depending on the minimum distance between components and each cluster. with a total of 100 data records, using cluster centers C1 70, 82.5, 85, C2 70, 75, 80 and C3 80, 85, 80 produces 6 iterations with the results of Cluster 1. Students are recommended to enter the Expert Systems Concentration. In the calculation above, there are 3 students who are included in cluster 1. Cluster 2 Students are recommended to enter the multimedia programming concentration. In the calculation above, there are 20 students included in cluster 2. Cluster 3 Students are recommended to enter the Cisci and Network Concentration. In the calculation above, there are 34 students included in cluster 3. From validation testing it is obtained: initial and final centroid of the first attribute: 5.83%, second attribute: 31.44%, third attribute: 35.89%. It is hoped to develop concentration clustering for Information Systems majors using other methods, not only the K-Means method, and determining concentration majors using variables other than academic grades, such as non-academic achievement scores which are linear with the study program. In the future, the concentration determination system will be carried out in the information systems study program.

Abstract

I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport is one of the airports that is the entry point for tourists or foreign tourists who want to visit Bali, because of its diverse tourist destinations. The AOLT or Airport Operation Land Side and Terminal unit is one of the units in charge of services at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali. The task of the AOLT unit is to supervise all operational activities, especially on the land side, which includes all passenger arrival and departure activities, facilities and infrastructure in the airport terminal, including in the baggage claim area, namely the allocation of the baggage conveyor belt so that it can operate smoothly in accordance with the Decree. Directors of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) regarding Terminal Operational Standards at Airports managed by PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero). Based on the author's observations when carrying out OJT in September 2022 at the Airport Operation Land Side unit and I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Terminal, Bali, there was a problem of damage to the baggage conveyor belt at the international terminal, resulting in a buildup of baggage in the baggage claim area at the international terminal at Airport I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of Airport Operation Land Side and Terminal in allocating baggage conveyor belts at the international terminal of I Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali and to find out how to deal with baggage accumulation at the international terminal of I Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali. This study uses a qualitative method. This research was conducted at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali, which was carried out in August 2023. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data analysis, and conclusions. The data validity technique used is source triangulation.Research results based on the role of the AOLT unit in the MOS (manual of standards) show that: (1) In allocating conveyor belts, the AOLT Unit must consider various factors such as flight schedules, aircraft type, country of origin airport, and facility readiness. The AOLT unit interacts with airlines, airport managers and technical units. (2) The solution if baggage piles up at the I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport Terminal in Bali is to update the arrival schedule and allocate conveyor belts regularly. The AOLT Unit can coordinate with other units such as AMC, Menikal and AOCH to provide comfortable services to passengers. , and improve facilities and infrastructure in the terminal and land side areas.
