Abstract

With increasing product and consumption patterns, more and more garbage is being produced every day. Reducing the amount of waste at its source by empowering communities is one of the strategies for tackling increased waste production. One of the underlying elements of the law applicable to the management of garbage in RT.01 Kelurahan Kedung Baruk is the participation of the public in the waste management. Data collection techniques include interviews and observations using qualitative descriptive techniques. The objective of this research is to describe and implement forms of public participation in the management of garbage in Kelurahan Kedung Baruk, how to deal with the accumulation of waste as a form of caring for the environment as well as to provide socialization of the importance of keeping the environment and managing the trash well and correctly for common well-being.

Abstract

Village development must be carried out in a planned manner and touch the real needs of the village community in the form of BUMDES, this is because the community is the one who knows more about the problems and potential of the village so that in this case the community is central to the village development process itself. The type of research is qualitative. Data collection methods include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research are that this BUMDes activity has clearly helped the people of Buluh Telang to further improve their welfare because seen from the programs implemented there is nothing that is detrimental to the community but instead increases or increases the community's income and the income of Buluh Telang village, the community can also enjoy it in the form of facilities. as well as infrastructure, from the BUMDes Buluh Telang activity program. Buluh Telang BUMDes is indeed in accordance with the Islamic economic outlook. This is because BUMDes in Batetangga Village are very relevant to the principles of Islamic economics, namely work, compensation, efficiency, professionalism and sufficiency. Apart from that, BUMDes activities also do not take too much interest and on average the community does not complain about interest on loan repayments so it can it is said that there is no element.

Abstract

Education is an effort to prepare students through guidance, teaching, teaching, and changing the attitude of a child's behaviour in an effort to mature. Through education a human being can control himself and can develop his personality towards a better life. The SAS (Sekolahane Arek Suroboyo) programme campaigns traditional games to students of SDN V Ploso Surabaya. This research aims to overcome overidigitalitation that can damage a child's personality because in modern times now many students can use mobile phones to play online games that cause students to become addicted and forget the lessons at school. The problem here is that teachers are required to The problems raised are based on the lack of learning media, so teachers are required to be creative in choosing the right learning media for students so that they are not bored in class. The method used in this research is Qualitative Method to see how children who do traditional games with those who do modern games and the effect on child development both motor and cognitive. The result is that children who do traditional games are much more developed in their abilities and character. The population in this study is all third grade students of SDN Ploso V Surabaya to see how children who play traditional games in the modern era and the effects on children's development both motor and cognitive.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the form of implementation of the PUSPAGA (Family Learning Center) program as an effort to improve parents' parenting patterns. in children in Embong Kaliasin Village. The existence of this research is due to the background related to the problem of parenting patterns in children which tend to still have many errors in the Embong Kaliasin sub-district community. The implementation theory applied in this research is the theory put forward by George C. Edward III with four variables, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The research method applied is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. This research applies data collection techniques through observation, documentation and notes. The data analysis techniques applied in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of the PUSPAGA program has referred to the theory by George C. Edward III which has four variables, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure.

Abstract

Parents occupy the main position and take full responsibility in Parenting Children and Families. Generally the family as the first environment present in every Individual who has been born in the world, the Family Environment includes Father, Mother and Child itself. The relationship between parents and their children is one of the relationships that are present intertwined. Parenting is an interaction between children and parents which not only includes physical or psychological, but also established norms that will apply in community life so that life becomes in harmony with the surrounding environment (Gunarsa, 2000). However, the situation of parenting patterns that exist between parents and children is still concerning, such as the lack of understanding of parents in educating and paying attention to children's growth and development, this makes it difficult for children to know the outside world and becomes a barrier to the survival and growth of children's lives. PUSPAGA (Family Learning Center) plays a leading role in prevention and parenting among the community. This study uses a qualitative approach method with a descriptive type of research, the purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Puspaga program in realizing childcare patterns in Genting Kalianak Village, Asemrowo District, Surabaya City, the data collection process uses interviews, observation, documentation and the internet. The results showed that in the early stages where there were problems in parenting patterns. In child care as referred to in paragraph (1), it is carried out through continuous guidance, maintenance, care, and education activities, as well as by providing financial assistance and/or other facilities, to ensure optimal child growth and development, both physically, mentally, spiritually and socially, without affecting the child's religion (PP 44, 2017).

Abstract

Violence in children is a problem that often occurs in units of education. To solve this problem, the government made new policies, namely the Children's Friendly School policy. The policy aims to protect all the rights of children in Indonesia created by the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Child-Friendly School Program (SRA) at SDN Kedungdoro V Surabaya by focusing on the creation of a free school environment from physical violence and bullying. In the context of Indonesia's education, SRA implementation is considered important to ensure children's rights that are guaranteed and protected, and are protected from the discriminatory situation of violence and treatment. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with primary data from interviews and observation results. The results suggested that the SDN Kedungdoro V Surabaya had implemented SRA with reference to the Minister of PPPA Regulation Number 8 of 2014. However, obstacles arise regarding resources, especially in terms of financial resources and time. Although there is a positive increase in the behavior of teachers and students, the incidence of bullying is still happening. The results of this study indicate that resource variables still need improvement in their management. In the coordination variables between the implementing agency have been running well, but it is necessary to improve in terms of optimal time allocation. However, the SRA program in the school has had a positive impact on the school environment and student active participation.

Abstract

The learning process which is still teacher-centered causes students to be less active and less enthusiastic in the learning process, students are more silent and only listen to the explanations given by the teacher. The result is low student learning outcomes in Fiqh subjects and passive and inactive learning. Critical thinking is very important for student learning progress, especially in learning jurisprudence. Basically, fiqh lessons are fun learning, because they teach many things about everyday life based on concrete examples and how students can solve the problems they face. The importance of critical thinking for everyday life. This research uses the classroom action research (PTK) method. The subjects of this research are 19 students in class VIII of MTs Private Nurul Islam Paluh Dungun. Application of the probing promting learning model in Fiqh lessons about Prostration of Gratitude and Prostration of Tilawah for class VIII students at MTs Private Nurul Islam Paluh Dungun. Classroom action research carried out in Cycle I and Cycle II to apply the probing learning model in Fiqh lessons was proven to have improved students' critical thinking patterns and student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the results of the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes in Cycle I, which was 63.15% and increased in Cycle II, namely 84.2%. So it can be concluded that the application of the probing learning model can improve students' critical thinking patterns in Fiqh lessons in class VIII MTs Private Nurul Islam Paluh Dungun.

Abstract

Diagnostic assessment is a process for measuring students' abilities or skills so that they can provide important information to teachers so that teachers can determine and provide learning that is appropriate to students' learning models and increase students' enthusiasm and academic achievement. Research on the influence of assessment on students' enthusiasm for learning is very necessary. This is an urgency in the world of education. The reason the researchers made MI Maarif Ketegan Sidoarjo the object of research was because MI Maarif Ketegan was one of the 5 MIs that had a decree to implement the independent curriculum. Apart from that, researchers also saw that the facilities and infrastructure, educational staff and other supports were very good. This research is correlation research with a quantitative approach. In this research, researchers did not take action to prove the effectiveness of a strategy, method, or media. However, researchers used an alternative that contained several questions aimed at students. The questions included are questions with yes/no answers with a total of 10 questions. Based on research conducted on June 9 2023, researchers found that with a percentage of 94% of students having a final learning score in the "very high" interpretation, there was a fairly high increase. with an initial assessment value of 53% in the "low" interpretation. have enthusiasm for learning with a percentage of 93% of students having enthusiasm for learning in the "good" interpretation. There is an influence in implementing diagnostic assessment (x) on enthusiasm for learning (y) with a coefficient of 0.519 at a significance level of 5%. The application of diagnostic assessments in an effort to increase enthusiasm for learning among class IV students at MI Maarif Ketegan Sidoarjo is included in the quite strong category in the range of 0.400 – 0.700.

Abstract

The creation of this final work aims to realize a rich inspired by the shape of the buffalo head which is made as a decorative lamp, and to make a work that characterizes minangkabau that can represent the work is a typical minangkabau work and in addition with minangkabau ornamentation that adds to the aesthetic value of the work. The method applied in the creation of this final work is to use the art consortium method through five stages of work, namely (1). preparation, (2). elaboration, (3). synthesis, (4). concept realization, (5). completion. The results of the discussion are related to the beauty value of the buffalo head shape, as a symbol of the Minangkabau people. The work that the author makes is an ornamental lamp by taking the shape of a pattern from a buffalo head, and giving additional ornaments to add to the aesthetic value of the work. So that seven works are realized which are titled: " (1). Buffalo Head Table Decoration, (2).Buffalo Head Lapiah Duo Motif, (3).Pointed Buffalo Head, (4).Buffalo head and gonjoang, (5).Buffalo Head Nail Carving, (6).Three Buffalo Heads in a Row, (7).Two Buffalo Heads.
