Abstract

Customer loyalty has received considerable attention from both academics and practitioners. However, the various factors that can explain customer loyalty have not yet been clearly defined. This study examines the role of passenger satisfaction as a mediator between perceived value and loyalty. The population in this study is all passengers using Lion Air in 2024 at Minangkabau International Airport, West Sumatra Province, Indonesia. The total research sample was 150 people. Respondents were obtained by using a sampling technique or purposive sampling. The data analysis used was Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Smart-PLS version 3.2.9. The results showed that perceived value had a positive effect on both passenger satisfaction and passenger loyalty. Passenger satisfaction also has a positive effect on passenger loyalty. Furthermore, passenger satisfaction mediates the relationship between perceived value and passenger loyalty. Keywords : Perceived value, Passenger satisfaction, Customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the obstacles and challenges faced by MSMEs that are members of the Central Java Gayeng MSME program in exporting their products. The main focus of this study is to identify factors that inhibit exports and the strategies implemented to overcome them. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study, with data collection through in-depth interviews with informants who are MSME actors who have participated in the Gayeng MSME program and have export experience. The data analysis methods used include data reduction, categorization, and data display. Conclusions are drawn using a descriptive narrative approach. The results of the study indicate that the main obstacles in exporting Gayeng MSME products include internal constraints such as limited production and managerial capacity, as well as external constraints such as lack of infrastructure and complex regulations. In addition, this study also identifies various strategies implemented by MSMEs to facilitate exports, including increasing branding, production efficiency, and using consultant services. This study contributes to understanding the challenges of MSME exports in Central Java and provides policy recommendations to improve the export performance of the MSME sector in the future. Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of uncertainty due to the Covid-19 pandemic on the financial performance of conventional BPRs in Bali during the period 2016-2023. This research is important because it can provide insight into how strong BPR banks are in facing the crisis. Analysis of NIM, ROA, NPL, and BOPO, can understand the bank's ability to maintain profitability and operational efficiency amid economic uncertainty. Uncertainty is measured through the standard deviation of assets, funding, and loan growth as independent variables, while financial performance is evaluated using the NIM, ROA, NPL, and BOPO ratios as dependent variables. The research method used is quantitative with multiple regression method, the research sample was 66 BPR in Bali and the data analysis technique used multiple regression with SPSS 27.00 software with four equations. The results of the study show that H1, H2, H3, H4, H10, and H11 do not meet the hypothesis, while H5, H6, H7, H8, H9, and H12 meet the hypothesis. In hypotheses H1, H2, H3 and H4, the independent variable, namely the standard deviation of assets, has a significant positive effect on the dependent variables NIM and ROA, and a negative effect on the dependent variables NPL and BOPO. Furthermore, in H10 and H11, the independent variable does not affect the dependent variable, which means that the standard deviation of loan growth does not affect ROA and NPL. In H5, H6, H7, H8, H9, and H12, the hypothesis shows that the standard deviation of funding has a significant negative effect on NIM and ROA, and a significant positive effect on NPL and BOPO. In addition, the standard deviation of loan growth has a significant negative effect on NIM and a significant positive effect on BOPO. Keywords: Uncertainty, Standard Deviation of Assets, Standard Deviation of Funding, Standard Deviation of Loan Growth, NIM, ROA, NPL, BOPO, BPR

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate how Employee Engagement impacts Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Resistance to Change as a moderating factor among DIY POLDA personnel. The study utilizes a quantitative method with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for analysis. Participants were selected through purposive sampling, focusing on Dalmas Ditsamapta DIY POLDA personnel who are at least 18 years old. Data were collected through a Likert scale-based questionnaire and analyzed using WarpPLS version 8. The results showed that: (1) Quality of Work Life (QWL) has a significant effect on OCB, where a comfortable and supportive work environment can increase personnel's voluntary work behavior, including willingness to work overtime. (2) Employee Engagement does not have a significant effect on OCB, which indicates that the company's lack of communication and involvement with personnel leads to low appreciation and work motivation. (3) Resistance to Change is shown to moderate the relationship between QWL, Employee Engagement, and OCB. Personnel facing new regulations often feel anxious and are encouraged to improve skills through collaboration between team members. This research provides a theoretical contribution in enriching the study of OCB, especially in police institutions. Suggestions include the importance of increasing personnel engagement and building a supportive work environment, so as to create more positive work behavior. Further research is expected to use different variables and analysis methods to broaden insights into the factors that influence OCB.

Abstract

Abstract

Financial reporting on the internet is voluntary. There are no specific regulations governing IFR disclosure, so there is a gap in IFR practices between companies. This causes differences in the quality of reporting submitted by companies on their websites. The primary objective of this study is to investigate how the age of a company, effective corporate governance practices, and financial performance impact the extent of Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) disclosure. The data for this study was gathered from www.idx.co.id and company websites. The target population consisted of companies listed in the LQ45 index during August 2019. The sampling method employed was purposive sampling, resulting in 28 out of 45 companies meeting the criteria for inclusion in the study sample.   Multiple regression analysis using SPSS 27 software was utilized to analyze the data. The findings of the study suggest that leverage plays a significant role in determining the level of Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) disclosure, while factors such as company age, Good Corporate Governance practices, and profitability do not seem to have an impact on the extent of IFR disclosure.
