Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze influence of Size, Gross Profit Margin (GPM) and Institusional Ownership to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Disclosure. Sample of this research are annual report for manufacture companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2016. Sample were selected using purposive sampling method and 11 sample were able to fullfill the criteria used as sample. This research uses multiple regression data analysis techniques . The result of the research showns that size and gross profit margin has positive effect on the corporate social responsibility , meanwhile Institutional ownership has negative effect on the corporate social responsibility. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the influence of profitability and age, to the leverage. The type of data used was quantitative data taken from the company's annual financial statements and the company’s annual report summary. The population is all companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the last periods 2017. The sample collection technique has been carried out by using purposive sampling, 96 companies have been selected as samples. The data of the financial statement of the companies has been obtained from the official website of IDX. We tested the relationships between the profitability and firm age to leverage with the statistical method used is regression analysis in panel data. The result of the research shows, with partial test profitability and firm age, has a negative significant influence to the leverage. And then, estimation results show the r-square value of 91,76% which means the profitability and age of the company have the ability to explain leverage of 91,76% and while remaining 8,24% is explained by other variables which are not studied. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Kedaung Tabletop Plaza Pekanbaru Jl. Arengka no 38 Tangkerang Barat Kec. Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Kedaung Tabletop Plaza pekanbaru. Berdasarkan pembahasan dengan regresi linear sederhana, maka diperoleh persamaan regresi yang dihasilkan adalah Y = 14,162 + 0,538 X. Hasil t hitung (5,160) > t tabel (2,016) dan signifikansi (0,000) < 0,05. Dengan demikian maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Kedaung Tabletop Plaza Pekanbaru. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,382. Pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Kedaung Tabletop Plaza Pekanbaru adalah sebesar 38,2%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 61,8% dipengaruhhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model ini. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Situasional, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of human capital, entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on competitive advantage in the hospitality or hotel service industry in Central Java. The method of data collection is done through a questionnaire. The population in this study are all lodging or hotel service business people in Central Java. there were 150 respondents involved in this study which resulted from random sampling. Data analysis was done by multiple regression. The results obtained in this study are human capital, entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation influence the competitive advantage in the hospitality or hotel service industry in Central Java. Abstract

Era industri 4.0 yang terjadi memiliki dampak umum pada semua aktivitas kerja manusia, termasuk dunia pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan dan menganalisis kepuasan belajar dengan kesiapan belajar online dengan budaya belajar dan kekuatan karakter sebagai variabel anteseden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner online untuk semua mahasiswa Universitas Putra Indonesia yang menghadiri kuliah elearning pada tahun akademik 2018-2019, dengan total 320 siswa. Temuan analisis data dengan pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS, menunjukkan bahwa budaya belajar, kekuatan karakter dan kepuasan belajar dapat menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap kesiapan belajar online. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini juga menyimpulkan bahwa budaya belajar dan kekuatan karakter mampu menjelaskan kepuasan belajar pembelajaran online. Selain itu, temuan penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan belajar tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh budaya belajar dan kekuatan karakter pada kesiapan belajar online. Abstract

Perencanaan pegawai, terutama Pegawai Tidak Tetap (PTT), diperlukan agar jumlah pegawai sesuai dengan beban kerja dan tidak memberatkan anggaran sebuah organisasi. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk perencanaan pegawai berdasarkan analisis beban kerja adalah dengan menggunakan metode Full Time Equivalent (FTE), yaitu dengan memperkirakan perhitungan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan tugas-tugas suatu jabatan. Metode ini dipakai untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pegawai pada Dinas Perumahan Rakyat, Kawasan Pemukiman dan Pertanahan pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Banyuasin. Sumber data berasal dari interview informan yang mewakili setiap bidang untuk mengidentifikasi dan menentukan aktivitas-aktivitas dalam suatu tugas dan waktu yang digunakan untuk tugas tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa jumlah PTT terlalu banyak dan jumlahnyapun tidak terdistribusi dengan baik disetiap bidang. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pimpinan untuk mengambil keputusan terhadap jumlah pegawai tidak tetap di organisasi ini.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Team Orientation, Creating Change and Customer Focus on Innovation and Employee Performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III Banjarmasin. The sampling method used proportional stratified random sampling, which sample was as many as 145 people. The research data used a questionnaires which were distributed online using links that can be clicked from e-mail and also social media whatsapp with smartphones and laptops / PCs. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is a method of data analysis used in this research. The results of this research indicated that Team Orientation affects Innovation, Creating Change affects Innovation, Customer Focus affects Innovation, Team Orientation affects Employee Performance, Creating Change affects Employee Performance, Customer Focus has no effect on Employee Performance and Innovation affects Employee Performance.
