Abstract

In the era of globalization, the business world often faces many challenges. Challenges that often occur in companies that consist of individuals with different cultural backgrounds. This diversity, can provide benefits in the form of various perspectives and ideas from each employee of the team. But it can also pose challenges in terms of communication and collaboration. In addition, the increasingly fierce competition between companies encourages teams to innovate in order to survive and excel in the market. To encourage team innovation and creativity, adaptive leadership plays an important role. Writing this article using a literature study (literature review), this method uses previous research that is reviewed. The results of the study of adaptive leadership are leadership that is able and intelligent to deal with situations in a diversity of events by developing creative solutions. leaders with adaptive qualities motivate their followers/subordinates to welcome new things, increase confidence in decision making and face challenging situations. Companies often experience many challenges both internally and externally. To face these challenges, a leader who is able to adapt and motivate his employees to be more confident in their opinions is needed. Through this, companies can increase innovation and creativity in competition between companies and can achieve the desired goals.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of transformational leadership, work environment, and organizational culture on employee loyalty at PT Sucofindo (Persero) Padang Branch. Quantitative methods are used to analyze data collected through questionnaires distributed to company employees. The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee loyalty, with the better the application of these two factors, the higher the level of employee loyalty. However, the effect of organizational culture on employee loyalty is not statistically significant although positive. This research provides important insights for company management in understanding the factors that can increase employee loyalty, in the hope that it can provide a basis for developing more effective management strategies in maintaining a positive relationship between the company and its employees. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan di PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cabang Padang. Metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan perusahaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, dengan semakin baiknya penerapan kedua faktor tersebut, semakin tinggi tingkat loyalitas karyawan. Namun, pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan tidak signifikan secara statistik meskipun positif. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang penting bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam memahami faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan, dengan harapan dapat memberikan dasar bagi pengembangan strategi manajemen yang lebih efektif dalam memelihara hubungan positif antara perusahaan dan karyawannya. Through a comprehensive analysis of empirical data and theoretical frameworks, the study examines the impact of dividend policy decisions on shareholder wealth and market perceptions. Key findings highlight the significance of aligning dividend policies with long-term financial objectives, optimizing payout ratios, and enhancing transparency and communication with investors. The study also explores the role of investor sentiment in shaping market perceptions and the strategic implications for firms in managing dividend policies amidst market uncertainties. Insights from this research provide actionable recommendations for firms and policymakers to optimize dividend policies, enhance shareholder value, and foster a conducive investment environment. Abstrak Penelitian ini menggali hubungan penting antara kebijakan dividen dan nilai perusahaan, menganalisis dinamika yang rumit yang memengaruhi sentimen investor dan manajemen keuangan strategis. Melalui analisis komprehensif data empiris dan kerangka teoritis, penelitian ini mengkaji dampak keputusan kebijakan dividen terhadap kekayaan pemegang saham dan persepsi pasar. Temuan utama menyoroti pentingnya menyelaraskan kebijakan dividen dengan tujuan keuangan jangka panjang, mengoptimalkan rasio pembayaran, dan meningkatkan transparansi dan komunikasi dengan investor. Penelitian ini juga mengeksplorasi peran sentimen investor dalam membentuk persepsi pasar dan implikasi strategis bagi perusahaan dalam mengelola kebijakan dividen di tengah ketidakpastian pasar. Temuan dari penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat dilaksanakan bagi perusahaan dan pembuat kebijakan untuk mengoptimalkan kebijakan dividen, meningkatkan nilai pemegang saham, dan menciptakan lingkungan investasi yang kondusif. Abstract

Sustainability in accomplishing organizational objectives is highly dependent on HRM and organizational planning. Organizations confront more complicated problems in today's corporate world because of globalization, sustainability demands, and fast technological progress. In today's business world, effective organizational planning and human resource management techniques are critical for companies to stay competitive and adaptable. This systematic qualitative evaluation aims to examine different methods and practices in human resource management and organizational planning by reviewing a large body of literature. The major goals of this review are to (1) identify current trends, (2) assess the advantages and disadvantages of these trends and solutions, and (3) assess the effect of these tactics on the performance of businesses across different industries. This review sheds light on the relationship between organizational sustainability, HRM practices, and strategic planning by synthesizing and analyzing pertinent papers using a rigorous and open methodology. The results of this review provide scholars and practitioners with actionable advice to improve the efficiency and longevity of organizations.

Abstract

Organizational skills play an important role in achieving business goals. Organizations with strong capabilities can adapt quickly to changes, produce high-quality products, and build a competitive advantage. This research analyzes the relationship between organizational capabilities and business success. Through a literature review and descriptive analysis, this study identifies organizational competency factors that have a significant impact on business success. The results highlight the importance of investing in employee skills development, an organizational culture that supports learning and innovation, and strategic partnerships with external stakeholders. Understanding organizational capabilities and translating them into business strategy is key to the long-term success of an organization. AbstrakKeterampilan organisasi memainkan peran penting dalam mencapai tujuan bisnis. Organisasi dengan kapabilitas yang kuat dapat beradaptasi dengan cepat terhadap perubahan, menghasilkan produk berkualitas tinggi, dan membangun keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara kapabilitas organisasi dan kesuksesan bisnis. Melalui tinjauan literatur dan analisis deskriptif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kompetensi organisasi yang mempunyai dampak signifikan terhadap keberhasilan bisnis. Hasilnya menyoroti pentingnya berinvestasi dalam pengembangan keterampilan karyawan, budaya organisasi yang mendukung pembelajaran dan inovasi, dan kemitraan strategis dengan pemangku kepentingan eksternal. Memahami kapabilitas organisasi dan menerjemahkannya ke dalam strategi bisnis adalah kunci keberhasilan jangka panjang suatu organisasi.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of ESG Disclosure, Environmental Costs, and Corporate Reputation on Financial Performance. Alareeni's study (2022) shows that ESG disclosure has an impact. This research uses companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022 as the population. The sample that meets the criteria in this study is 34 companies. The data analysis used is panel regression using E-Views 13 Application. The analysis results show the influence of ESG Disclosure, Environmental Cost, and Corporate Reputation variables simultaneously on the Company's Financial Performance. However, individually, only the Environmental Disclosure variable has a significant negative impact on the Company's Financial Performance variable.

Abstract

In industrial competition, obtaining maximum profits is a company goal, so that in this increasingly hot competition all companies are competing and fighting to be able to improve their company's performance, increasing company performance can help maintain making industry players try to improve their performance in order to maintain the company's life in the future as well as able to compete optimally. However, companies sometimes do not think about the consequences of the company's production process on the environment. This research uses the Meta Analysis method which was carried out on several international articles and journals. This meta-analysis research is a method used to analyze and combine several existing studies to obtain new findings and obtain general conclusions from these studies. Based on research on several existing studies, it can be concluded that green accounting can be useful, because it can improve company performance. Green accounting used in companies can help achieve business goals, because green accounting can help management find out whether the company is able to carry out its obligations or responsibilities towards sustainable development.

Abstract

Company performance is not limited to financial ratio analysis alone but also includes the company's impact on the environment and the well-being of the surrounding community. This study aims to update sustainability principles into business practices that are not only beneficial for the environment and society but can also lead to good company performance and financial governance. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method focusing on literature related to the implementation of ESG principles in the context of accounting. A total of 48 articles were analyzed in this study. Data collection was carried out using the Publish or Perish (PoP) application, which accesses journals from Google Scholar. Bibliometric analysis was conducted using Vosviewer software. Several challenges in implementing ESG principles in accounting practices include difficulties in measuring and disclosing relevant ESG aspects, a lack of consistent reporting standards, and internal company resistance to change. However, despite these challenges, implementing ESG principles also provides benefits for companies, including helping achieve corporate objectives. Abstrak Kinerja perusahaan tidak terbatas pada analisis rasio keuangan semata, melainkan juga mencakup dampak perusahaan terhadap lingkungan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbarui prinsip-prinsip keberlanjutan ke dalam praktik bisnis bukan hanya baik untuk lingkungan dan masyarakat tetapi juga dapat mengarah pada kinerja perusahaan dan tata Kelola keuangan yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus pada literatur terkait penerapan prinsip ESG dalam konteks akuntansi. Total terdapat 48 artikel yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini. Pencarian data dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish (PoP)I yang mengakses jurnal dari Google Scholar. Analisis bibliometrik dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak Vosviewer. Beberapa tantangan dalam penerapan prinsip ESG dalam praktik akuntansi mencakup kesulitan dalam pengukuran dan pengungkapan aspek ESG yang relevan, kekurangan standar pelaporan yang konsisten, dan resistensi internal perusahaan terhadap perubahan. Namun, meskipun tantangan tersebut, penerapan prinsip ESG juga memberikan manfaat bagi perusahaan, termasuk membantu mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Abstract

The pervasive influence of digital technology in the 21st century has fundamentally reshaped the global educational landscape, compelling Islamic educational institutions to navigate a critical juncture between tradition and modernity. This study employs a comprehensive five-year (2020-2024) bibliometric analysis to map the intellectual structure and research trends of the digital transformation in Islamic education, with a specific focus on online pedagogical shifts in urban and rural madrasahs across Indonesia, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, and Palestine. Data from 247 Scopus-indexed documents were analyzed using co-citation and bibliographic coupling techniques in VOSviewer. The findings reveal seven major thematic clusters, highlighting a significant urban-rural dichotomy in digital readiness, the convergence of pedagogical frameworks and technology, and the critical roles of leadership, self-efficacy, and educational resilience. The analysis further identifies a predominant focus on technological efficacy while underscoring gaps in context-specific pedagogical models for Islamic values and strategies to bridge the digital divide. This study concludes by proposing a strategic future research agenda focused on equitable access, value-based digital pedagogy, teacher professional development, and sustainable leadership models. The findings offer valuable insights for policymakers, educators, and researchers in strategizing an inclusive and effective digital future for Islamic education globally.
