Abstract

In this study, researchers used respondents' data, such as gender, age and duration of work of respondents to be able to provide information about the characteristics of respondents. Where from the questionnaire distributed questionnaire as many as 50 respondents using census techniques. Data analysis with parametric and non parametric statistics using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) regarding research variables, instrument test, normality test, hypothesis test, and discussion of the results of hypothesis testing and Path Path Analysis. This study uses path analysis (path analysis) to test the pattern of relationships that reveal the influence of variables or a set of variables on other variables, both direct influence and indirect influence.The results of the study are as follows: The effect of the X3 variable on X4 has a P-Values value of 0.004 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X3 and X4 is significant. The effect of the X3 variable on Y has a P-Values value of 0.018> 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X3 on Y is significant. The effect of the X4 variable on Y has a P-Values value of 0.031> 0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X4 on Y is significant. The effect of X1 on X4 has a P-Values value of 0.012 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X1 to X4 is significant. The effect of X1 on Y has a P-Values value of 0.005> 0.05, so it can be stated that the influence between X1 on Y is significant. The effect of the X2 variable on X4 has a P-Values value of 0.035 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X2 on X4 is significant. The effect of X2 on Y has a P-Values value of 0.017 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect between X2 on Y is significant.

Abstract

Dalam penyajian laporan keuangan yang berkualitas, perusahaan dihadapkan oleh pertimbangan yang salah satunya adalah penerapan konservatisme akuntansi. Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris pengaruh leverage, intensitas modal dan risiko litigasi terhadap konservatisme akuntansi dengan kepemilikan manajerial sebagai variabel moderasi. Objek penelitian ini berupa perusahaan manufaktur sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sample dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 140 sampel yang diperoleh dari 28 perusahaan dengan periode selama lima tahun pengamatan 2018-2022. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa metode analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi sofware Eviews. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel leverage, intensitas modal dan risiko litigasi berpengaruh terhadap konservatisme akuntansi.Dan untuk pengujian MRA menunjukkan intensitas modal dan risiko litigasi berpengaruh terhadap konservatisme akuntansi yang dimoderasi kepemilikan manajerial, sedangkan untuk leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap konservatisme akuntansi yang dimoderasi kepemilikan manajerial.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Bulan Ramadhan mempunyai dampak positif terhadap kepedulian social di lingkungan masyarakat. Seorang dosen mempunyai tugas pengajaran, penelitian dan juga pengabdian Masyarakat, dalam Pengabdian masyarakat dituntut dapat menselaraskan dengan kegiatan positif yang tepat sasaran sesuai dengan kepentingan. Sekolah Islam Nabilah Batam, dalam hal ini di bulan Ramadhan mengadakan Kunjungan dan Bakti Sosial ke Muallaf Center Hinterland di bawah Yayasan Batam Cendikia Madani, yang ada di Jambatan III Barelang, Kota Batam, Kepulauan Riau, pada hari Rabu, tanggal 12 April 2023 yang diikuti oleh 1 Direksi Sekolah Islam Nabilah, 10 Pengurus NPS ( Nabilah Peduli Sesama) dan guru serta 5 dosen UNIBA. Bantuan yang diberikan sejumlah 40 paket sembako dan uang Rp 50.000 x 40 orang mualaf di Mualaf Center. Kunjungan ini dengan tujuan membangun silaturahim dan memberikan bantuan sembako dan uang sebagai bentuk kepedulian social. Metode yang dipakai adalah Kunjungan Bakti Sosial ke lokasi. Dengan Kunjungan ini kita dapat meringankan beban pembiayaan hidup dan juga memberikan pengarahan keislaman dari tim Sekolah Islam Nabilah kepada saudara seiman di Muallaf Center, Jembatan III Barelang, Pulau Batam, Kepulauan Riau. Kata Kunci: Bakti Sosial, Kepedulian Sosial, Muallaf Center ABSTRACT The month of Ramadan has a positive impact on social awareness in the community. A lecturer has the duties of teaching, research and also community service. In community service, he is required to be able to align it with positive activities that are right on target according to his interests. Nabilah Batam Islamic School, in this case in the month of Ramadhan, held a Visit and Social Service to the Hinterland Muallaf Center under the Batam Cendikia Madani Foundation, which is at Bridge III Barelang, Batam City, Riau Islands, on Wednesday, April 12 2023 which was attended by 1 Director of the Nabilah Islamic School, 10 NPS (Nabilah Cares for Others) administrators and teachers and 5 UNIBA lecturers. The assistance provided was 40 basic food packages and IDR 50,000 x 40 converts at the Mualaf Center. This visit was aimed at building friendship and providing basic food assistance and money as a form of social concern. The method used is a Social Service Visit to the location. With this visit we can ease the burden of living expenses and also provide Islamic guidance from the Nabilah Islamic School team to fellow believers at the Muallaf Center, Jembatan III Barelang, Batam Island, Riau Islands. Abstract

This study delves into the crucial relationship between dividend policy and firm value, analyzing the intricate dynamics that influence investor sentiment and strategic financial management. Through a comprehensive analysis of empirical data and theoretical frameworks, the study examines the impact of dividend policy decisions on shareholder wealth and market perceptions. Key findings highlight the significance of aligning dividend policies with long-term financial objectives, optimizing payout ratios, and enhancing transparency and communication with investors. The study also explores the role of investor sentiment in shaping market perceptions and the strategic implications for firms in managing dividend policies amidst market uncertainties. Insights from this research provide actionable recommendations for firms and policymakers to optimize dividend policies, enhance shareholder value, and foster a conducive investment environment. Abstrak Penelitian ini menggali hubungan penting antara kebijakan dividen dan nilai perusahaan, menganalisis dinamika yang rumit yang memengaruhi sentimen investor dan manajemen keuangan strategis. Melalui analisis komprehensif data empiris dan kerangka teoritis, penelitian ini mengkaji dampak keputusan kebijakan dividen terhadap kekayaan pemegang saham dan persepsi pasar. Temuan utama menyoroti pentingnya menyelaraskan kebijakan dividen dengan tujuan keuangan jangka panjang, mengoptimalkan rasio pembayaran, dan meningkatkan transparansi dan komunikasi dengan investor. Penelitian ini juga mengeksplorasi peran sentimen investor dalam membentuk persepsi pasar dan implikasi strategis bagi perusahaan dalam mengelola kebijakan dividen di tengah ketidakpastian pasar. Temuan dari penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat dilaksanakan bagi perusahaan dan pembuat kebijakan untuk mengoptimalkan kebijakan dividen, meningkatkan nilai pemegang saham, dan menciptakan lingkungan investasi yang kondusif. Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of Fixed Asset Administration, Human Resource Competency, and Regional Government Accounting Systems on the Quality of Government Financial Reports with the Government's internal control system as a moderator. Research methodology: This study used primary data using a quantitative approach. The primary data collection method was a questionnaire that was measured using a Likert scale. Results: The test results show that Fixed Asset Administration has a significant effect on the Quality of Regional Government Financial Reports with a P-Value of 0.000 < 0.05. Limitations: This study analyzes the limitations of the format used by the Bintan District Government for financial reports and how it impacts their quality. Contributions: This study investigates the factors affecting the quality of financial reports produced by the Bintan district government. By analyzing these factors, this study aims to provide valuable insights that can guide efforts to improve the quality of financial reporting in the district. Practical Implications: The findings of this study can be used by policymakers and practitioners to develop strategies to enhance financial reporting quality in Bintan District. This study can also serve as a guide for other local governments seeking to improve their financial reporting practices and standards. Novelty: This study is unique in its focus on the Bintan district government and its efforts to identify factors that influence financial reporting quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance, environmental performance and company size on firm value with environmental disclosure as an intervening variable in basic and chemical industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The processed data of this study were determined by setting criteria. The amount of data that meets is 70 data and will be tested with panel regression testing. The results of this study explain that for environmental performance variables and firm size have a significant positive effect on firm value. Financial performance variables and environmental disclosure have an insignificant effect on firm value. The firm size variable has a significant positive effect on environmental disclosure. The financial performance variable has a significant negative effect on environmental disclosure and the environmental performance variable has an insignificant effect on environmental disclosure. Financial performance variables, environmental performance and company size have an insignificant effect on firm value through environmental disclosure as mediation.

Abstract

This study shows that the people of Karimun Regency tend to choose neighboring countries or Batam City to obtain better healthcare services. This is due to several factors, such as a decline in the number of patient visits to RSUD Muhammad Sani from January to March 2024. This quantitative research aims to examine the influence of these factors on patient loyalty. The results indicate that service quality has a significant direct effect on patient loyalty, although it does not significantly impact patient satisfaction. Conversely, infrastructure and competence do not have a significant effect on patient loyalty but do show a significant influence on patient satisfaction. Employee competence does not have a significant direct impact on patient loyalty but significantly affects patient satisfaction. Furthermore, the findings reveal that patient satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of service quality, infrastructure, and competence on patient loyalty. Therefore, to improve patient loyalty, RSUD Muhammad Sani needs to directly enhance service quality, while improvements in infrastructure and employee competence have a greater impact on increasing patient satisfaction, which is ultimately expected to contribute to overall patient loyalty. Future research could be expanded by broadening the scope of the study, increasing the sample size, and including variables that could determine loyalty and satisfaction at RSUD Muhammad Sani in Karimun Regency, thereby establishing a state-of-the-art foundation for subsequent research.

Abstract

Purpose: Promotion and marketing methods for Batik Kelembak are currently carried out conventionally and are limited, ineffective, inefficient, and costly. and very limited time. Promotion and marketing based on digital marketing with a website as a promotional and marketing medium for Batik Kelembak is the right solution because promotion and marketing can reach wider locations, is effective, efficient, can reduce costs, is not limited by space and time and can be done anywhere and at any time just take a longer time. Methodology: Community service activities were implemented in November 2024. Community service activities were implemented in Kelembak Village, Nongsa District, Batam City. This community service activity is in the form of socialization and training by providing an understanding of the importance of digital promotions and marketing websites. The implementation method in the Community Service Program includes the survey, website creation, socialization and training, evaluation, mentoring, and reporting program implementation program as a whole. Results: The Kelembak village community can carry out promotions and marketing through future business development by using a web-based digital marketing strategy for their batik products so that it can explore the sale of batik products locally, and national and international answers to the challenges of the global economy. (John, 2022). Limitation: The expansion of market reach is expected to increase the potential sales of more humidity batik products, so that the income earned becomes maximum. When income increases, the people of Kelembak village will be better able to maintain the continuity of their business and help improve the economy in Indonesia. Contribution: Digital marketing can help the Kelembak village community expand the market to promote and market moisture batik products and open the insight of the people of Kelembak village to be more motivated to produce and develop their business with a broader reach.

Abstract

The Karimun Regional Government issued a policy to extend the contracts of 75 contract workers out of the 80 contract workers in BPKAD Karimun Regency. Contrary to this policy, thousands of ASNs in Karimun Regency have only paid their salaries, which has an impact on decreasing employee satisfaction, which results in increasing employee absences without explanation. This quantitative research analyzes the relationship between transactional leadership, organizational commitment, career development, job satisfaction, and work motivation as intervening variables. It was concluded that transactional leadership and work motivation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction significantly impacted work motivation. Organizational commitment and career development do not significantly affect job satisfaction. Organizational commitment does not substantially affect work motivation, while career development has a significant effect. Then transactional leadership and career development have a significant effect on job satisfaction when intervened by work motivation, while organizational commitment does not have a significant impact on job satisfaction when intervened by work motivation. It is recommended that leaders at the Karimun Regency BPKAD agency increase employee liking for the work given, support from colleagues in achieving targets, opportunities for promotion and work monitoring systems by employee and work conditions through, among other things, providing rewards for employee performance, creating and ensuring implementing regulations that can control employee safety and comfort, optimizing the provision of employee human standards, fair treatment at work, increasing employee awareness and understanding of career opportunities in the agency.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline and HR competency on the performance of Bintan Regency Regional Secretariat employees with job satisfaction as mediation. Results/findings: The results of the study showed that there was a significant and positive influence between the leadership style, work discipline on job satisfaction and employee performance. Meanwhile, competence does not affect job satisfaction but affects employee performance. Job satisfaction cannot moderate the influence of leadership style and HR competence on employee performance, but it can moderate work discipline on employee performance.
