Abstract

Measuring employee performance and productivity is a crucial element in effective human resource management (HRM). HR metrics serve as tools that can be utilized to identify, measure, and manage employee performance and productivity objectively. The objective of this research is to elucidate the importance of using HRM metrics in measuring employee performance and productivity and highlight the implications of employing these metrics within an organizational context. This study is based on a literature review that involves the examination of relevant studies and research on measuring employee performance and productivity using HRM metrics. Articles, books, and other credible sources are utilized to gain a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. The findings of this research indicate that HRM metrics enable organizations to identify relevant and objective performance indicators that can be used to evaluate employees' contributions to organizational goals. These metrics encompass various aspects such as productivity, job quality, efficiency, innovation, and employee attendance. The appropriate use of HRM metrics can assist managers in making better decisions, continuously monitoring performance, developing suitable reward and recognition programs, and planning effective employee development. In measuring employee performance and productivity, the utilization of HRM metrics is of utmost importance. These metrics provide a solid foundation for managing employees in an efficient and effective manner. By leveraging appropriate metrics, organizations can gain a better understanding of individual employees' contributions, identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop relevant development strategies. Therefore, the use of HRM metrics warrants serious attention from HRM practitioners and organizational stakeholders.   ABSTRAK   Mengukur kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan merupakan elemen penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang efektif. Metrik manajemen SDM menjadi alat yang dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengukur, dan mengelola kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan secara objektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pentingnya menggunakan metrik manajemen SDM dalam mengukur kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan serta menyoroti implikasi dari penggunaan metrik ini dalam konteks organisasi. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada tinjauan literatur yang melibatkan studi dan penelitian terkait dengan pengukuran kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan menggunakan metrik manajemen SDM. Artikel, buku, dan sumber-sumber tepercaya lainnya digunakan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang subjek ini. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada tinjauan literatur yang melibatkan studi dan penelitian terkait dengan pengukuran kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan menggunakan metrik manajemen SDM. Artikel, buku, dan sumber-sumber tepercaya lainnya digunakan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang subjek ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metrik manajemen SDM memungkinkan perusahaan untuk mengidentifikasi indikator kinerja yang relevan dan objektif yang dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kontribusi karyawan terhadap tujuan organisasi. Metrik ini mencakup berbagai aspek, seperti produktivitas, kualitas kerja, efisiensi, inovasi, dan kehadiran karyawan. Penggunaan metrik manajemen SDM yang tepat dapat membantu manajer dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik, pemantauan kinerja secara terus-menerus, pengembangan program penghargaan dan pengakuan yang tepat, serta perencanaan pengembangan karyawan yang efektif. Dalam mengukur kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan, penggunaan metrik manajemen SDM menjadi sangat penting. Metrik ini memberikan landasan yang kuat untuk mengelola karyawan dengan cara yang efisien dan efektif. Dengan memanfaatkan metrik yang sesuai, organisasi dapat memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang kontribusi individu karyawan, mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan, serta mengembangkan strategi pengembangan yang relevan. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan metrik manajemen SDM perlu diberikan perhatian serius oleh para praktisi manajemen SDM dan pemangku kepentingan organisasi. Abstract

The background in this research is regarding the implementation of employee work discipline at PT Jasa Kawan Indonesia. This study aims to find outhow work discipline is at PT Jasa Kawan Indonesia because work discipline at the company is very important for the progress and development of the company. If a company has employees who are not disciplined and do not comply with the rules, the company will not develop properly. Through this research, practitioners understand how the work discipline of employees at PT Jasa Kawan Indonesia and how to overcome it so that all employees have good work discipline. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach with interview and documentation data collection tools. The subjects in this study were HRD and employees. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of employee work discipline at PT Jasa Kawan Indonesia is going well and paying attention to timeliness, attendance frequency, following company ABSTRAK Latar belakang pada penelitian ini mengenai implementasi disiplin kerja karyawan pada PT Jasa Kawan Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana disiplin kerja pada PT Jasa Kawan Indonesia karena disiplin kerja pada perusahaan sangat penting bagi kemajuan dan perkembangan perusahaan. Jika sebuah perusahaan memiliki karyawan yang tidak disiplin dan tidak taat aturan maka sebuah perusahaan tidak akan berkembang dengan baik. Melalui penelitian ini praktikan menjadi faham bagaimana disiplin kerja karyawan pada PT Jasa Kawan Indonesia dan bagaimana cara mengatasi agar semua karyawan memiliki disiplin kerja yang baik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan alat pengumpulan data interview. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah HRD dan karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Disiplin Kerja Karyawan pada PT Jasa Kawan Indonesia berjalan dengan baik dan memperhatikan tepat waktu, frekuensi kehadiran, mengikuti SOP perusahaan, sanksi, dan tanggung jawab tinggi.

Abstract

Planning a development program involves determining development objectives, selecting appropriate training methods, and allocating adequate resources. Development programs can include formal training, on-the-job training, mentoring, or participation in special projects. The implementation of a development program involves providing the necessary support and facilitation for employees to participate in the program. Organizational management plays a crucial role in ensuring that employees have sufficient time and resources to participate in the development program. Employee performance evaluation is a crucial step in performance development. Evaluations can be conducted periodically to assess the extent to which the development program has improved employee performance. The results of these evaluations can be used as a basis for improving and developing more effective programs in the future. In conclusion, employee performance development is an important process in enhancing productivity and competency. With accurate needs identification, proper planning, effective implementation, and regular evaluation, organizations can create an environment that supports sustainable employee performance development ABSTRAK Perencanaan program pengembangan melibatkan penentuan tujuan pengembangan, pemilihan metode pelatihan yang sesuai, serta alokasi sumber daya yang memadai. Program pengembangan dapat mencakup pelatihan formal, pelatihan on-the-job, mentoring, atau partisipasi dalam proyek-proyek khusus. Implementasi program pengembangan melibatkan pemberian dukungan dan fasilitasi yang diperlukan bagi karyawan untuk mengikuti program tersebut. Manajemen organisasi memiliki peran penting dalam memastikan bahwa karyawan memiliki waktu dan sumber daya yang cukup untuk berpartisipasi dalam program pengembangan. Evaluasi kinerja karyawan merupakan langkah penting dalam pengembangan kinerja. Evaluasi dapat dilakukan secara periodik untuk menilai sejauh mana program pengembangan telah meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Hasil evaluasi ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk melakukan perbaikan dan pengembangan program yang lebih efektif di masa depan. Dalam kesimpulannya, pengembangan kinerja karyawan adalah suatu proses yang penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan kompetensi karyawan. Dengan identifikasi kebutuhan yang tepat, perencanaan yang baik, implementasi yang efektif, dan evaluasi yang berkala, organisasi dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pengembangan kinerja karyawan secara berkelanjutan. Abstract

Recruitment at PT Jasa Kawan Indonesia is very important to get prospective workers who are in accordance with the qualifications and standards that have been implemented by PT Jasa Kawan Indonesia. The recruitment process has amajor influence on the achievement of the vision and mission of PT Jasa KawanIndonesia. Careless recruitment process can result in decreased company performance. Therefore, PT Jasa Kawan Indonesia conducts employee recruitment with a selection test according to the late set criteria. Primary datais information obtained from primary sources, namely information from informants. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The resultsobtained during the internship were mastering Ms. Excel and its formulas Understand how to manage tax invoices, Gain extraordinary work experience before stepping into the real world of work. Careless recruitment process can result in decreased company performance. Therefore, PT Jasa Kawan Indonesiaconducts employee recruitment with a selection test according to the late set criteria. Abstrak (Bahasa Indonesia) Rekrutmen pada PT Jasa Kawan Indonesia adalah hal yang sangat penting untuk mendapatkan calon pekerja yang sesuai dengan kualifikasi dan standart yang telah diterapkan oleh PT Jasa Kawan Indonesia. Proses rekrutmen berpengaruh besar dalam pencapaian visi-misi dari PT Jasa Kawan Indonesia. Proses rekrutmen yang asal-asalan dapat berakibat menurunnya kinerja perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, PT Jasa Kawan Indonesia melakukan rekrutmen pegawai dengan tes seleksi sesuai kriteria yang telat ditetapkan. Data primer merupakan informasi yang diperoleh dari sumber-sumber primer yaitu informasi dari narasumber. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode data primer dan data sekunder.Hasil yang didapatkan selama kegiatan magang adalah menguasai Ms. Excel dan rumus – rumusnya, memahami bagaimana mengurus faktur pajak, mendapatkan pengalaman kerja yang sangat luar biasa sebelum nantinya menapaki dunia kerja yang sebenarnya. Proses rekrutmen yang sebarang dapat berakibat menurunnya kinerja perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, PT Jasa Kawan Indonesia melakukan rekrutmen pegawai dengan tes seleksi sesuai kriteria yang telat ditetapkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis praktik money laundering dalam konteks kejahatan keuangan serta mengidentifikasi dampaknya terhadap stabilitas pasar keuangan internasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menganalisis tinjauan literatur yang relevan. Melalui pendalaman praktik money laundering, penelitian ini mengungkap strategi dan metode yang digunakan oleh para pelaku kejahatan untuk menyamarkan asal usul dana yang diperoleh secara ilegal. Langkah-langkah dalam proses money laundering, seperti penempatan, pembelokan, dan integrasi dana ilegal, dianalisis secara mendalam untuk memahami taktik yang digunakan. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyoroti dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh money laundering pada stabilitas pasar keuangan internasional. Praktik money laundering dapat mengganggu integritas sistem keuangan global, merusak kepercayaan investor, dan menciptakan ketidakseimbangan dalam perekonomian global. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi upaya pencegahan dan penegakan hukum yang harus dilakukan untuk melawan money laundering serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam mengatasi kejahatan keuangan ini. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang kompleksitas money laundering serta implikasinya pada pasar keuangan internasional. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi sumbangan penting dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanggulangan money laundering, serta meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga integritas sistem keuangan global.

Abstract

This research aims at how the influence that will arise from the disclosure of economic performance, environmental performance and social performance on the companies financial performance. This research uses a type of quantitative research. The population used in this research is Consumer Goods companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2021 – 2022. Samples that can be generated in this research a number of 10 data. The method used in this research is purposive sampling method and using SPSS 22 Analysis tool. The results of this research indicate that the disclosure of economic performance is not a positive and insignificant influence on financial performance, disclosure of environmental performance is not a positive influence on financial performance and disclosure of social performance is a negative influence on financial performance. The implication of this research is that it can be useful to be able to determine the effect of what will happen between the sustainable report and how the company generates profits that are interrelated with the financial performance of Consumer Goods companies.

Abstract

Purchasing power parity (GDP) is an economic concept that relates currency exchange rates to the prices of goods and services in different countries. This concept has important implications in international trade and global finance. This article discusses the importance of purchasing power parity in maintaining the balance of trade between countries and its impact on international finance. In the context of international trade, purchasing power parity serves as an important measuring tool in assessing whether a currency has weakened or strengthened excessively against other currencies. Significant trade imbalances between countries can indicate a violation of purchasing power parity, which can lead to volatile exchange rate fluctuations and global economic instability. In this article, we also analyze the impact of trade imbalances on international finance. A sustainable trade imbalance can lead to a balance of payments deficit or surplus, which has an impact on the country's capital flows and foreign exchange reserves. These implications affect monetary policy, currency stability, and foreign investment in the countries involved. Abstract

The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out that the banking industry's commitment to sustainable finance can lead to a low-carbon economic transition. This article was written using a non-participant observation method. The data taken comes from the Sustainability Report of financial sector institutions on 4 banking industries for the 2022 period. The research design in this article is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. As for how to analyze the data using the steps: Editing, classification, verification, and the last conclusion. The results of the study of scientific articles show that the four banks as a banking industry use energy to carry out business activities, thereby reducing the impact and operational costs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Price Fluctuations and Promotions on Customer Interest in the Gold Installment Product at Bank Syariah Indonesia. This study employs a descriptive quantitative approach using purposive sampling technique. Data collection for this research involved analyzing the marketing division of the gold installment product at Bank Syariah Indonesia, as well as distributing questionnaires through Google Form. The study obtained a sample size of 156 respondents who are Bank Syariah Indonesia customers residing in Sukabumi and are interested in or have already invested in gold. The data processing in this research utilized the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Price Fluctuations and Promotions have a significant influence on Customer Interest in the Gold Installment Product at Bank Syariah Indonesia, specifically at the Ahmad Yani branch in KC Sukabumi. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah fluktuasi harga dan promosi memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli nasabah pada produk cicil emas di Bank Syariah Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui analisis dengan divisi marketing produk cicil emas Bank Syariah Indonesia, serta penyebaran kuesioner melalui Google Form kepada 156 responden yang merupakan nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia yang berdomisili di Sukabumi dan berminat atau sudah melakukan investasi pada emas. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel fluktuasi harga dan promosi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat nasabah pada produk cicil emas, khususnya di Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Sukabumi Ahmad Yani. Abstract

This study examines the influence of social media influencers on attitudes and purchase intentions of consumers in Indonesia. In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, digital marketing strategies and the use of social media are important for business people. One form of strategy that is currently trending among industry players is the use of social media influencers. This study aims to examine the extent to which social media influencers influence consumer attitudes and purchase intentions in Indonesia. This study used a quantitative approach and data was collected from 180 respondents who are active users of social media and have followed social media influencer accounts. The results of the study show that social media influencers have a positive and significant influence on consumer attitudes and purchase intentions. These findings contribute to business people in determining marketing strategies and using social media influencers as social relations assets that can help improve product branding, build community, and develop loyalty. This research also provides insights for researchers and marketing practitioners regarding the importance of understanding the role of social media influencers in influencing consumer behavior in the digital era.
