Abstract

Innovation in the management of education finances, facilities and infrastructure is an important step to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the management of educational resources. The use of information technology in budget management and financial reporting is one of the innovations that enables more efficient, accurate and transparent financial management. In addition, innovation is also implemented in the management of educational facilities and infrastructure, using modern technology, better management and efficient use of energy. These innovations provide benefits such as reduced operational costs, increased learning quality, and increased educational accessibility. Good management of educational facilities and infrastructure is also important to ensure the sustainability and relevance of quality education. In this context, school principals have an important role in managing human resources, facilities and infrastructure to optimally achieve educational goals. Therefore, innovation in the management of education finances, facilities and infrastructure is an important step to improve the quality of education as a whole. In this study, a qualitative research approach was used to gain an in-depth understanding of innovation in the management of education finance, facilities and infrastructure. Innovation in financial management, educational facilities and infrastructure has an important role in improving the quality of education. This innovation includes the use of information and communication technology, infrastructure improvements, and improving the quality of learning programs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using village funds in Kampung Kadun Jaya, Wania District, Mimika Regency – Central Papua Province. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data collected using observation and questionnaires. To measure the effectiveness of using village funds in Kampung Kadun Jaya, Wania District, Mimika Regency, Central Papua Province, the concept of respondent analysis was used, with development according to the objectives of this research. The results of this study indicate that the use of village funds in Kampung Kadun Jaya has been running effectively.

Abstract

The policy principles in forming a tax law that is fair and has Indonesian cultural characteristics are described below. First, tax law provisions must be based on material truth, not formal truth. Second, tax law provisions must reduce the administrative burden on public administration, be simple, and easy to implement. Third, tax law provisions must use language that is easily understood and understood by the wider community. Fourth, the provisions of the tax law must quickly adapt to developments in information technology, economy, social and culture of society. Fifth, the provisions of the tax law must accommodate content materials that are the aspirations of the wider community. Sixth, tax law provisions must be in harmony with tax dispute decisions that have permanent legal force. Seventh, the formation of regulations must be carried out by law enforcers with integrity, professionalism, objectivity and independence.

Abstract

This research was compiled by the author to find out what factors influence the absorption of the budget at the Mimika Regency DPRD Secretariat. The number of respondents in this final assignment was 84 people with details of 57 Technical Implementation Officers for Activities, 21 Financial Management Officers/employees, 2 Budget Users. the variables in this final project consist of two variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The independent variables are Planning, Implementation of Procurement of Goods and Services, Administration, Human Resources and Goods and Services Providers while the dependent variable is the Absorption of the Budget at the Secretariat of the DPRD Kab. Mimika for the 2019 fiscal year to the 2022 fiscal year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the income of typical Papuan souvenir traders in Timika City. The research method used is associative, which is a type of research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The associative research method was used in this study to determine the effect of local wisdom, product uniqueness, spiritual values, and historical values on the income of typical Papuan souvenir traders in Timika City. In this study the data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. To find out these factors, the analysis used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of the study of two of the four factors show that there is an influence on the income of typical Papuan souvenir traders in Timika City, these factors include Local Wisdom (X1), Product Uniqueness (X2), Spiritual Value (X3) and Historical/Historical Value (X4) simultaneously influencing positive and significant to the income of typical Papuan souvenir traders in Timika City.

Abstract

Based on the suboptimal role of community empowerment institutions in supporting development in Ajaobaki Village, Mollo Utara Subdistrict, South Central Timor Regency, and the resulting impact on suboptimal development, this study uses a domestic regulation number 5 of 2007 on guidelines for organizing community institutions and the behavioralism approach, as well as Robert Chambers' theory of empowerment to analyze the role of community empowerment institutions in the economic empowerment of Ajaobaki Village. This study adopts a qualitative method and focuses on four main indicators of the role of community empowerment institutions in Ajaobaki Village. The research findings indicate that the Ajaobaki Village Empowerment Institution (LPM) as a facilitator has been optimal, as evidenced by the implementation of several community empowerment programs. However, as a mediator, the LPM's role is considered suboptimal due to traditional and ineffective processes of development information socialization. Additionally, the role of a mediator is not fully realized. The LPM's role as a motivator is also deemed suboptimal, as no active programs are in place. As a dynamic, the LPM's role is not optimal, with the explanation that the Ajaobaki Village LPM lacks performance in energizing empowerment programs. The inhibiting factors identified are institutional factors, namely the LPM itself, due to the inactivity of its members and the lack of specific work programs.

Abstract

Background: The author focuses on the problem of high community mobility caused by the large number of motorists who use road facilities simultaneously during peak hours. If this is not supported by adequate facilities, it will cause new problems, namely congestion. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe Government Coordination in Overcoming Congestion in medan City, Central Java Province, identify and analyze the supporting factors and inhibiting factors ofGovernment Coordination in Overcoming Congestion in Semarang City, Central Java Province,identify and analyze efforts to overcome impediments to Government Coordination. Regions in Overcoming Congestion in the City of Semarang, Central Java Province. Methods: This study uses adescriptive qualitative method with an inductive approach and an analysis of the coordination theory proposed by Taliziduhu Ndraha. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews (7 informants),documentation and observation. Results/Findings: the factor that hinders coordination in overcoming congestion is the shortage of personnel from the transportation agency itself. The transportation agency cannot accept personnel freely due to the available budget, competence and ability of members and other factors. Conclusion: That the coordination carried out by the medanCity Transportation Service with related agencies is good and in accordance with the coordination theory by Taliziduhu Ndraha. The supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the coordination process came from internal and external to the Department of Transportation. Efforts made to overcome the inhibiting factors are optimizing the performance of coordinating implementers with acommitment to sincere work, smart work as well as by making innovations that can be useful for the development of the Department of Transportationin the future.

Abstract

This writing aims to provide an understanding that academic texts are the door or window, the breath, the direction for the formation of regional regulations. For this purpose, the researcher uses the normative legal research method and the sociological legal research method, namely a research based on legal sciences, especially constitutional law, which is not only a normative issue but also includes socio-empirical issues, in accordance with phenomena and realities that developed in Nabire-Central Papuan society. In an effort to collect data researchers based on primary data sources and secondary data sources. Based on these data, the authors analyzed using qualitative methods. Based on the research, the results show that there is a lack of regional regulations that begin with the formation of Academic texts which are a participatory form of the community starting from planning, forming, implementing, monitoring and evaluating so that the community is apathetic and accepts every regional regulation as it is established by the regional government. and the Nabire district parliament. For this reason, it is important for the formation of a regional regulation that an academic text is first formed which is then inseparable from the regional regulation. As a mirror academic texts will be effective for regional regulations in their formation. The effectiveness of the enactment of regional regulations is highly dependent on the degree to which the public accepts the enactment of regional regulations. In order for academic papers to become the basic idea of general merit or shared expectations and to be effective, starting from the planning process, the community must be involved so that it does not become a problem, and is accepted by the community in its implementation in the future.
