Abstract

This research generally discuss about social and economic conditions in Kersik Tuos Village as a Tourism Destination, were Kerinci mountain become favorites choice for montain climber, which one this icons located in Kerinci Seblat National Park area with an altitude of 3805 Masl. Kersik Tuo Village has long been a center of mobility as well as a transit point for tourists, and also the people also provides various kinds of needed for tourists. There are many of social and economic relations that exist in the community, for this reason the people of Kersik Tuo Village do not really see a tourism as a field to advance the community's economy. The purpose of this research is to explain the socio-economic conditions of the Mount Kerinci tourism support community in Kersik Tuo in 2013-2018 and to explain the people's role of Kersik Tuo in Supporting Mount Kerinci Tourism. The research method that used in this research is historical research, that combines Heuristik, critically resources, Interpretation and historiography. The result of this research, Kersik Tuo Village is a village that nearest from Kerinci mountain. The population in Kersik Tuo mostly in agriculture and trade. The tourism have an effect for Social¬ - Economic conditions of the Tersik Tuo society as a support for Mount Kerinci Tourism and always advancement from 2013 until 2018. This is added with people that participating in sector, like a service industry, trademark, etc. The people realize that the tourism is important to developed Kersik Tuo village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional,Kepercayaan Diri, Penguatan Positif, Lingkungan Teman Sebaya, Terhadap Hasil Belajar Ekonomi Siswa Kelas XI IPS  Melalui Motivasi Sebagai  Variabel Intervening Di SMA Negeri 1 Airpura Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMAN 1 Kecamatan Airpura, dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,341. 2) Kepercayaan Diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMAN 1 Kecamatan Airpura, dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,204. 3) Penguatan Positif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMAN 1 Kecamatan Airpura, dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,480. 4) Lingkungan Teman Sebaya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMAN 1 Kecamatan Airpura, dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,187. 5) Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMAN 1Kecamatan Airpura, dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,280. 6) Kepercayaan Diri berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap hasil siswa di SMAN 1 Kecamatan Airpura, dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,204. 7) Penguatan Positif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMAN 1 Kecamatan Airpura, dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,303. 8) Lingkungan Teman Sebaya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMAN 1 Kecamatan Airpura, dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,172. 9) Motivasi Belajar  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMAN 1 Kecamatan Airpura, dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,239.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of partial interest in learning on group learning behavior, 2) the effect of partial self-confidence on group learning behavior, 3) the effect of partial learning discipline on group learning behavior, 4) the effect of partially school environment on behavior group learning, 5) the effect of bullying partially on group learning behavior and 6) the influence of learning interest, self-confidence, learning discipline, school environment and bullying simultaneously on group learning behavior. The results of the study are first, interest in learning greatly influences group learning behavior. Both self-confidence are very influential on group learning behavior. The three learning disciplines are very influential on group learning behavior. The four school environments affect group learning behavior. Fifth, bullying is very influential on group learning behavior. The six learning interests, self-confidence, learning discipline, school environment and bullying affect group learning behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kelengkapan produk, harga, promosi dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Ramayana Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh member Ramayana Padang yang aktif melakukan pembelian di Ramayana dengan sampel sebanyak 96 orang. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif dan induktif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: kelengkapan produk (X1), harga (X2), promosi (X3) dan kepuasan pelanggan (X4)  berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (Y), dimana nilai Fhitung (220,733) > Ftabel (2,47). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan kepada pimpinan perusahaan agar 1) terus memperhatikan kelengkapan jenis produk yang disediakan untuk pelanggan, 2) harga yang ditawarkan harus mampu menjangkau semua kalangan, 3) kegiatan promosi yang telah menarik perhatian pelanggan tersebut hendaknya tetap dipertahankan dan berusaha meningkatkan frekuensi penayangan di media, 4) tetap menjaga nama baik perusahaan dan memperhatikan segala kebutuhan pelanggan yang akan datang. Kata kunci: kelengkapan produk, harga, promosi, kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas                   Pelanggan

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study is set against the background of such problems as the following. Students are less interested in taking lessons. Students have not been able to write the textbook procedure according to the correct writing criteria. The study aims to describe the ability to write text of student procedure before and after using the picture and picture model and the effect the use of the picture and picture model on the ability to write the text of class procedure VII SMP N 6 Pariaman. This type of research is quantitative using experimental methods. The sample in this study were 25 students of class VII. The data in this study is the score of textual ability before using the picture and picture and text capability score of procedure after using the picture and picture class model VII SMP N 6 Pariaman. Based on research results may be summarized as follows. First, the ability to write the text procedure class VII SMP N 6 Pariaman before using a picture and picture model achieves an average of 66,85 with a qualification of more than Enough (LdC). Second, the students' ability to write procedural texts of class VII SMP N 6 Pariaman after using the Picture and Picture model obtained an average score of 76.18 with good qualifications (B). Third, based on the t-test, it is obtained tcount = 3.93> t table = 1.71. The test criteria for t is accepted, t count> t table, in other words H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Thus, the use of the Picture and Picture model has an effect on the ability to write the text of class procedure VII SMP N 6 Pariaman. Keywords:Writing, Procedure Text, Picture and Picture.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of profitability on firm value, 2) the effect of capital structure on firm value, 3) the effect of firm size on firm value, 4) the effect of sales growth on firm value, 5) the effect of the current ratio on firm value, 6) the influence of profitability, capital structure, company size, sales growth and current ratio together affect firm value. ABSTRAK                Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengelolaan kelas, minat belajar siswa, penggunaan handphone, rasa percaya diri dan pola asuh orang tua secara stimultan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Palembayan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengelolaan kelas secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dengan nilai koefisien 0,137, nilai thitung 3,197>ttabel sebesar 1,998; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara minat belajar siswa secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dengan nilai koefisien 0,181, nilai thitung 4,728>ttabel sebesar 1,998; (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan handphone secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dengan nilai koefisien 0,175, nilai thitung 6,089>ttabel sebesar 1,998; (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan rasa percaya diri secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dengan nilai koefisien 0,073 dan nilai thitung sebesar 2,453>ttabel sebesar 1,998; (5) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pola asuh orang tua secara parsial terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dengan nilai koefisien 0,089 dan nilai thitung sebesar 2,204>ttabel sebesar 1,998; (6) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengelolaan kelas, minat belajar siswa, penggunaan handphone, rasa percaya diri dan pola asuh orang tua secara stimultan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dengan Fhitung 44,331>Ftabel2,52.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of classroom management, students' learning interests, mobile phone usage, confidence and parenting patterns stimultan to the learning achievements of grade VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Palembayan. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant influence between partial classroom management on student learning achievement with a coefficient score of 0.137, a thitung score of 3,197>ttabel of 1,998; (2) there is a significant influence between students' partial learning interest in student learning achievement with a coefficient of 0.181, a value of 4,728>ttabel of 1,998; (3) there is a significant influence on the partial use of mobile phones on student learning achievement with a coefficient of 0.175, a value of 6,089>ttabel of 1,998; (4) there is a significant influence of partial confidence on student learning achievement with a coefficient of 0.073 and a thitung score of 2,453>ttabel of 1,998; (5) there is a significant influence of partial parental parenting patterns on student learning achievement with a coefficient score of 0.089 and a thitung score of 2,204>ttabel of 1,998; (6) there is a significant influence between classroom management, student learning interests, mobile phone use, self-confidence and parenting patterns stimultan to student learning achievement with a Tcalculate of 44,331>Ftabel2.52.
