Abstract

Intoduction: Tuberculosis is an old disease that is still the most killer among infectious diseases, Pulmonary Tuberculosis (TB) will have a direct impact on sufferers, namely physical weakness, continuous cough, shortness of breath, chest pain, decreased appetite, weight loss, night sweats and high heat while the impact on families is untreated Pulmonary TB sufferers will transmit TB germs to their families, and it will be very difficult if TB sufferers live in one house with many people. The purpose of this study was to understand and apply nursing care Effective Cough Techniques in Pulmonary Tb Patients with the Application of Florance Nightingale Theory. This study uses a method that is a nursing process approach based on the chosen nursing theory, the techniques used in data collection are interviews, observations, physical examinations and conducting nursing care. The source of data obtained or used is primary obtained directly from patients and secondary data obtained from family, health workers and documentation from other examination results to carry out nursing care, while literature study is to study source books related to nursing care given to patients. Nightingale views nursing as a health science and elaborates nursing as directing towards the improvement and management of the physical environment so that nature will heal patients. Therefore, nursing activities include providing education on hygiene in the household and environment to help women create or create a healthy environment for their families and communities that basically aims to prevent disease.Where the purpose of nursing action is to maintain, prevent infection and injury, recover from illness, conduct health education and control the environment. The reason for nursing according to Florence Nightingale is to put humans in the best condition naturally to heal or improve health and prevent disease and injury

Abstract

Intoduction: Hypertension is a systemic blood pressure in which systolic pressure>140 mmHg and dystolic >90 mmHg. High blood pressure or hypertension is a medical condition in which there is a chronic increase in blood pressure (over a long period of time). People who have at least three blood pressure readings that exceed 140/90 mmHg at rest are thought to have high blood conditions. Always high blood pressure is one of the risk factors for stroke, heart attack, heart failure and arterial aneurysm, and is a leading cause of chronic heart failure. The general purpose of this study is to apply the application techniques of Jean Watson's theory to the application of slow deep breating to patients. This nursing concept model is used in determining the nursing practice model that will be applied according to the conditions and situations where the nurse works. Given that the nursing practice model contains basic components such as the beliefs and values that underlie a model, the existence of practice goals to be achieved in providing nursing services or care to the needs of all patients, and the knowledge and skills needed by nurses in achieving goals set according to patient needs. This case study research method uses a nursing process approach based on the chosen nursing theory, the techniques used in data collection are interviews, observations, physical examinations and conducting nursing care. The source of data obtained or used is primary obtained directly from patients and secondary data obtained from family, health workers and documentation from other examination results to carry out nursing care, while literature study is to study source books related to nursing care given to patients. The result of the application of slow deep breating in hypertensive patients is that patients feel happy and the nursing process is derived from the system and adapted to patients who have dedicated their articulation to nurses in using equipment for good practice, education, and research.

Progressive muscle relaxation techniques are done by relaxing or resting the muscles, mind and mental and aim to reduce anxiety.Jean watson's theory can be applied and applied well in the treatment of focusing on cases of hypertension with progressive muscle relaxation actions. Advice for patients and families to maintain good health both physical, psychological and dietary health to prevent complications due to high blood pressure

Abstract

Intoduction: Hernia is a protrusion of the abdominal wall or from the abdominal cavity to other body cavities (hip or pelvis, chest or thorax) lined with protruding abdominal wall membranes (peritoneum), through weak parts of the abdominal wall that can contain intestines, intestinal hangers, or other abdominal organs, nursing problems that often arise in patients postoperative hernioraphy is acute pain associated with tissue discountuality due to surgery, Nutritional imbalances less than the body needs are associated with nausea and vomiting, impaired discomfort, risk of bleeding, and risk of infectionDeep breathing exercises or slow deep breating is one of the breathing relaxation techniques that can be done in people with hypertension. Slow deep breathing exercises consist of abdominal breathing (diaphragm) and purse lip breathingUsing the method is a nursing process approach based on the chosen nursing theory, the techniques used in data collection are interviews, observations, physical examinations and conducting nursing care. Data sources obtained or used are primary obtained directly from patients and secondary data obtained from family, health workers and documentation from other examination results to carry out nursing care, while literature study is studying source books related to nursing care given to patients.Slow deep breathing exercises can reduce lactic acid production in the muscles by increasing oxygen supply while oxygen demand in the brain decreases so that oxygen balance occurs in the oto. Deep and slow breathing stimulates autonomic nerves which has an effect on decreasing sympathetic nerve response and increasing body activity while sympathetic nerve response will increase body activity while parasympathetic nerve response tends to decrease body activity so that the body experiences relaxation and decreases metabolic activity. The goals of slow deep breathing exercises include maintaining gas exchange, improving alveoli ventilation, preventing pulmonary anteelectasis, helping to increase cough efficiency and reducing physical and psychological stress

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is a chronic, recurrent infectious disease that usually affects the lungs, even though the organs are not affected. Caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, M. tuberculosis is a small, relatively slow-growing and rapidly acidic rod-shaped organism with a waxy outer capsule, which increases its resistance to destruction. Although the lungs are usually affected, and TB can involve other organs as well. Transmitted by droplet nuclei, airborne droplets are produced when an infected person coughs, sneezes, talks, or sings. Once small droplets can circulate in the air for several hours. Infection can occur when susceptible hosts breathing in air containing droplets, nuclei, and contaminated particles evade the normal defenses of the upper airway to reach the alvroli.Nightingale's concept of placing the environment as the focus of nursing care and the concern where nurses do not need to understand the entire disease process was an early attempt to separate the nursing and medical professions. Nightingale does not look at nurses narrowly who are only busy with the issue of administering medicine and medication, but is more oriented towards the delivery of air, lights, environmental comfort, hygiene, tranquility and nutrition. In this study, the method used is to use a method, namely a nursing process approach based on the chosen nursing theory, the techniques used in data collection, namely by interview, observation, physical examination and conducting nursing care. Data sources obtained or used are primary obtained directly from patients and secondary data obtained from family, health workers and documentation from other examination results to carry out nursing care, while literature study is studying source books related to nursing care given to patients. The purpose of Florance Nightingale's theory in pulmonary TB patients is to improve health services that have a great ability to improve their condition in dealing with disease professionally and aims to bring / deliver individuals to the best condition to be able to carry out activities through basic efforts to influence the environment.

Always high blood pressure is one of the risk factors for stroke, heart attack, heart failure and arterial aneurysm, and is a major cause of chronic heart failure. This finger-gripping technique comes from an ancient healing practice that originated in Japan known as Jin Shin Jyutsu. Master Jiro Murai was a Japanese healer and philosopher who rediscovered the ancient healing practice of Jin Shin Jyutsu in the early 20th century. A practitioner of Jin Shin Jyutsu uses both hands to hold the combination (SEL). There are about 26 SEL (Safety Energy Locks) points along the energy pathway. As pathways become obstructed, energy becomes stagnant. This initially affects areas of stagnation but has the potential to create imbalances along the entire path.In this study, the method used is to use a method, namely a nursing process approach based on the chosen nursing theory, the techniques used in data collection, namely by interview, observation, physical examination and conducting nursing care. Data sources obtained or used are primary obtained directly from patients and secondary data obtained from family, health workers and documentation from other examination results to carry out nursing care, while literature study is studying source books related to nursing care given to patients. The main purpose of nursing using Jean Watson's theory by using finger grip techniques in hypertensive patients by implementing evidance-based practice in nursing practice is to improve the quality of care and provide the best results from the nursing care provided. In addition, with the maximization of the quality of care, the patient's recovery rate can be faster and the length of treatment can be shorter and the cost of treatment can be reduced.
