Perilaku kewirausahaan: teori kontemporer pengambilan keputusan kewirausahaan - neoklasik, dan Austria. Perdagangan internasional: Kebijakan dan teori perdagangan internasional, rezim perdagangan multilateral Ekonomi pertanian: mencakup ekonomi pertanian dalam arti luas, mulai dari konsumsi pangan dan nutrisi hingga tata guna lahan dan lingkungan, pada setiap skala analisis dari rumah tangga hingga pasar dan ekonomi makro ekonomi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in student learning outcomes using cooperative learning model NHT with conventional learning in the high school class X Adabiah 2 Padang. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The instrument used in this study is the achievement test. Form of test used is an objective form. Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of the tourism sector rearrangement (X1) and social media promotion (X2) on the resident’s economy (X3) in supporting the concept of halal tourism in West Sumatra. From the research that has been done shows that a significant difference between the rearrangement of the tourism sector on the resident’s economy by  59.0% and contained a less significant influence between social media promotion and population to influence the economy by 27.7%, while there are significant  together is rearrangement of the tourism sector (X1) and social media promotion (X2) on the resident’s economy  (X3) with f calculated at 79.8255.

Abstract

AbstrakMenurut United Nations transisi demografi yang terjadi pada beberapa dekade terakhir di Indonesia akan membuka peluang bagi Indonesia untuk menikmati bonus demografi pada periode tahun 2020-2030. Pada saat  tersebut penduduk usia produktif berjumlah dua kali lipat dari penduduk non-produktif.  Peluang ini harus dimanfaatkan sebaik-baiknya karena hanya akan terjadi satu kali dan itu dapat terjadi apabila penduduk usia produktif benar-benar bisa berkarya dan berkiprah secara produktif.  Sehingga diharapkan bonus demografi ini benar-benar dapat mendorong perekonomian Indonesia dimasa mendatang. Namun di sisi lain  Indonesia saat ini menghadapi permasalahan serius ketenagakerjaan yakni masih besarnya angka pengangguran terdidik. Jumlah pengangguran terdidik setiap tahunnya dikhawatirkan akan terus bertambah karena jumlah lulusan perguruan tinggi juga terus bertambah, akan tetapi tidak semua lulusan perguruan tinggi dapat tertampung di dunia kerja, akibatnya akan mendorong terjadinya peningkatan jumlah pengangguran terdidik. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika pengangguran terdidik di Indonesia  dan langkah-langkah yang perlu dilakukan oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat Indonesia dalam rangka menghadapi  era bonus bonus demografi agar  era ini tidak menjadi gelombang pengangguran massal, khususnya pengangguran terdidik  di Indonesia.

Abstract

 This paper investigates corporate social responsibility disclosure in Indonesia. Specifically, we examine whether profitability and leverage affect the CSR disclosure of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis. By examining the 129 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, we find that there is bothpositive impact of profitability and negative impact of leverage on CSR disclosure significantly. The findings are consistent across one measures of a firm’s profitability (ROA, ROE, and ROI) and one proxies of leverage (DAR and DER). We have successfully contributed to the determinants of CSR disclosure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang iklim sekolah dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas XI IPS SMA N 1 Pariangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara iklim sekolah terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA N 1 Pariangan, ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,244 dengan nilai  thitung  sebesar 4,184 > ttabel  1,99045. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA N 1 Pariangan, ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,163 dengan nilai  thitung  sebesar 2,371 > ttabel  1,99045.

Abstract

The primary purpose of the research is to explore the determinant of financial literacy from the demography perspective in Indonesia. The research will study the demography variable that determine the usage of financial products. The research will be focused on seven primary financial products. The research will be based on a survey of 320 respondents from all of Indonesia's main islands, such as Jawa, Sumatera, Sulawesi, Kalimantan, and Papua. In this research, we used a binary logit regression technique with SPSS Software to test the research model. The research is qualitative research method. The empirical results show that the primary determinant for a person to have a financial product, such as saving account, credit card, e-money, e-wallet, investment in stock, and insurance is their income level. Saving to income ratio is also a determinant for saving, credit card, e-money, and stock investment. Education level is a determinant for the usage of credit card, e-wallet, stock investment, and social insurance. Ownership of car and house is a determinant for credit card usage, e-money, e-wallet, and stock investment. Domicile is a determinant for the e-wallet and insurance usage. All variables are significant at a <10%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to analyze the effect of product quality, consumer attitudes, consumer confidence in the decision of purchase of motorcycles honda beat CV. West Pasaman biological branch. The results showed that: (1) There is a significant relationship between the quality of the product to the purchasing decision of motorcycles honda beat CV. Conservation Branch West Pasaman with path coefficient of 0.394 and 5.321 tcount (2) There is a significant relationship between consumer attitudes towards purchasing decisions motorcycle honda beat CV. Conservation Branch West Pasaman with keofisien tcount track of 0.272 and 2.678 tcount. (3) There is a significant relationship between the quality of the product to the purchasing decision of motorcycles honda beat CV. Conservation Branch West Pasaman with path coefficient of 0.314 and 2.994 tcount. (4) There is a significant relationship between the quality of the product to the consumer confidence motorcycle honda beat CV. Conservation Branch West Pasaman with path coefficient of 0.252 and tcount amounted to 3,519. (5) There is a significant relationship between consumer attitudes towards consumer confidence motorcycle honda beat CV. Conservation Branch West Pasaman with path coefficient of 0.707 and 9.884 tcount value. The amount of influence product quality, consumer attitudes and consumer confidence in purchasing decisions of motorcycles honda beat CV. Conservation West Pasaman branch is 86% and the remaining 14% are influenced by other factors not included in this penelelitian. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the payment system model of environmental services as upstream-downstream transfer mechanism in the management of water resources and land in the watershed and Batang Batang Anai Kuranji. This study is the economic perspective of water resources have been developed by economists who joined the stream of new institutional economics (new instituional economics).Analysis using the new institutional economics approaches in the analysis that emphasizes two perspectives namely joint action theory in collective choice theory and games theory. Analytical equipment used is econometric analysis, dynamic analysis and efficiency analysis. This study found that 1) West Sumatra has the potential water resources are more than sufficient to meet the need for the use of water for irrigation, drinking water and for industrial use and use for power generation. 2) In the Batang Anai watershed areas, water resource use is dominated by irrigation water users, especially in Pariaman District, while the use of the water is not there. 3) water in Batang Anai River Basin has not been streamed to users who value efficient that water usage not in accordance with the principle of efficiency. 4) The total area of watershed Batang Anai has decreased from year to year, which affects the availability of water is declining. 5) The competent authorities in managing the watershed Batang Anai is PSDA West Sumatra province of Sumatra and Central River Region V and Watershed Management Board Agam-Kuantan. 6) In making the benefits of water resources in the watershed currently Batang Anai, industrial users are not there, which is the dominant irrigation and household water users. 7) Number of total water use of population catchment area totaling 6,439,233 Batang Anai is 6,439,233 m3/tahun/person, this only amounted to 5.04% of the existing availability of water in the watershed Batang Anai that amounted in 2011 was 127, 38 million m3/year. Batang Anai River Basin water users the greatest population in the district was 1,332,183 m3/year Means Batang Anai River Basin water use for household purposes is still quite small. 8) Use Batang Anai River Basin water for irrigation purposes with irrigated area reached 13,604 ha, with the need for the flow of water is equal to 10.15 m3, the water requirements for wetland that will be irrigated by water is much Batang Anai 16324.8 m3/ha. The number is certainly very small compared to the availability of water in the watershed Batang Anai. That is, the availability of water for irrigation purposes is still considerable potential, it flows off to the sea is still very large

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of the influence Phisycal Enveronment and trust on customer commitment at Bank Nagari Sijunjung Branch. The sample in this study were customers at Bank Nagari Sijunjung Branch in Sijunjung as many as 100 research samples. This study used incidental sampling as  the sampling technique. The results of the t-test statistics used to draw conclusions in this study is where phisycal environment has positive and significant effect on customer commitment. For the trust variable have a positive and significant effect on customer commitmnet. F statistic test results where the variables of phisycal enveronment and trust together influence the customer commitment at bank Nagari Sijunjung Branch. The results of determination test magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 68,7%.

Abstract

AbstrakDalam manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia terdapat beberapa fungsi pokok.Fungsi evaluasi merupakan  salah  satu  diantaranya,  selain  perencanaan,  pengorganisasian  dan pelaksanaan.  Program  Pelatihan  sebagai  salah  strategi  pengembangan  Sumber Daya Manusia memerlukan fungsi evaluasi untuk mengetahui efektivitas ProgramPelatihan.Program Pelatihan bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan memimpin, kompetensi kerja dan kinerja. Dalam penelitian ini, program pelatihan yang dimaksud ialah Diklat Kepemimpinan Tingkat III. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur hubungan Program Pelatihan terhadap peningkatan Kompetensi.Responden terdiri dari 96 orang lulusan Diklat Kepemimpinan Tingkat III yang saat ini memegang jabatan stuktural Eselon III pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Agam (leader).Pendekatan yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke semua responden.Metode evaluasi Program Pelatihan menggunakan metode Kirkpatrick & Kirkpatrick.Analisa yang digunakan ialah korelasi sederhana dengan melihat nilai signifikasi antar variabel.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Program Pelatihan berkorelasi signifikan terhadap peningkatan Kompetensi. Artinya setiap kenaikan nilai variabel Program Pelatihan akan diikuti dengan kenaikan nilai variabel Kompetensi. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulan bahwa penyelenggara program pelatihan dipandang perlu untuk melakukan Analisa Kebutuhan Pelatihan secara mendalam.
