This research was conducted in Dusun Baru Pelokan Kecamatan Mumomuko Utara Kabupaten Mukomuko from July to September 2007 and aimed analysis feasibility the project of social and financial aspect. The research location was selected purposively. The population in this research was the society of Dusun Baru Pelokan are 415 KK, the sample taken by the Proportional Random Sampling Method. The qualitative analysis used of scor to see perception and people knowledge of Shrimp Culture. The quantitative analysis to show number use investment criteria analysis Gross B/C ratio, Net B/C ratio, Net Present Value, Profitability ratio, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Periode and Sensitivity Analysis. This research aimed to know the rate of return credit from costumers of Pagar Agung UPKD and to know the factors which influence the rate of return credit from the costumer of Pagar Agung UPKD by using primary and secondary data. Data was taken from 35 sample of costumers by using “purposive”. The statistic analisis which been used in this research was multiple linier regression by using one tail of t-test with confidence level of 95 % (? = 0,05) and f-test with confidence level 95 % (? = 0,05). The result of research showed that the rate of return credit highly varied according to the costumers ability and willingess The result of research by using multiple linier regression showed that on the confidence level of 95 % the long term to be costumers, household income, amount of family respon sibility, education, level of credit were influential significantly, whereas the variable of, age, consumtion and work status were not influential significantly toward the credit rate ot return. The research was conducted in PTP Nusantara VI Kayu Aro, Regency of Kerinci, Jambi Province on July to August 2006. The respondents are daily fix employees (DFE) of female tea picker, research location was chosen purposively. Aims of the research are: to know the productivity level, income level and contribution level to the family income of tea picker female worker in PTP Nusantara VI Kayu Aro Regenci of Kerinci, Jambi Province. Sampling conducted by Simple Random Sampling, total samples are 102 respondents of 1,011 people population. Statistic analysis used in the research is Rank Spearman (rs) correlation test by reliability level 95% (a/2 = 0.025) and to examine the significance level used two ways t-test. In order to describe the characteristic and income level were used central measurement or score average of whole respondents as categorizing used value rank (interval). Based on result and discussion of the research, average of work productivity of tea picker in PTP Nusantara VI Kayu Aro is 5.55 kg/h and average income of tea picker female worker that gained by picking tea is Rp. 727,637.27/months by contribution of 58.31%. Statistic analysis result by Rank Spearman correlation test has known that factors of responsibility family member, motivation, and perception to income has significant correlation to the productivity level of tea picker female worker in PTP Nusantara VI Kayu Aro. Factors of age, formal education, work experience and perception to company facilities have not significant correlation to the productivity level of female worker of tea picker. The study aimed at identification the factors that connected with the level of farmer’s adoption toward the rice field’s technology in legowo system in Dusun Besar, Gading Cempaka subdistrict Bengkulu town were level education, age, the wider of farm, experience, motivation, activity of the farmer in counseling, farmer’s conception about legowo system and farmer’s cosmopolittness. The study was conducted in Dusun Besar, Gading Cempaka subdistrict Bengkulu town. Total samples were 40 farmers and data collection was observation method, documentation method and method of questionaire. Data were analyzed using Statistic non parametric that is correlation test of rank spearman. The result of this research showed that the level of farmer’s adoption toward technology in legowo system in Kelurahan Dusun Besar, Gading Cempaka subdistrict, Bengkulu Town were high. And also there were correlation between the factor of the level education, motivation, activity of the farmer in counseling, farmer’s conception about legowo system with the level of farmer adoption toward rice field’s technology in legowo system. In otherwise, there was no correlation between age, the wider of farm, experience, and farmer’s cosmopolittness with the level farmer adaption toward the rice field’s technology in legowo system.

The aims of this research are to analyze the market price of fish commodity and to forecast behaviour of fish price. Fish types that are analysed in this research are tongkol. The data consist of weekly data of tongkol in the four main market in Bengkulu for the period of 2002 to 2004 are used. The analysis of weekly prices used table analysis and linear regression model involving seasonal fishing dummies. Long run dynamic price equilibrium is analysed using linear regression model based on Cobweb model are estimated using OLS method while autocorrelation problems is overcome by Cochrane-Orcutt. From the trend analysis price tongkol fish result, it is concluded that the slope in Argamakmur and Curup was positive. Meanwhile, for tenggiri fish there was Bengkulu, Manna and Argamakmur that having a positive slope. Based on price behaviour estimation, it can be concluded that lagged price of tongkol is a signifikan factor in determining the fish price in all markets respectively. Moreover, marketing system analysed result that the price in Bengkulu market as a producer market has a signifikan influance to the price of fish in consumen market.

The object of this research was to identify about the exposure to sources information in water user farmer member group (KP2A), to know relation characteristic farmers group in (KP2A) with sources of information and to know model and communication network in farmers member group of (KP2A) at Seginim District in South Bengkulu Regency. This research was conducted on 5 – 15 Desember 2006 at Seginim District. The research method use multistage random sampling for 60 members of farmers group. Result of this research indicated that five factors of the farmers such at formal education, income, experient in KP2A, motivation of work and perception to information related for the exposure to sourch of information there are on the middle category. The result of study indicated that ekxstention activity conducted with interactive models and all-channels comonity networking.

PT. Pupuk Sriwijya Pemasaran Pusri Daerah (PPD) Bengkulu is one suboffice of PT. Pusri Palembang. It has contribution to local government of Bengkulu in the term of channeling and distribution fertilizer to farmer and plantation companies. As the biggest fertilizer marketing company PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya PPD Bengkulu uses operating funding. Each company has objective to maximize profit and minimize cost. The financial ratio minimize cost depicts the financial performace in exploiting its assets, in other words, shows the financial of company. Main aspect in the assessment of financial performance is represented by good balance attainment between debt and assets. The results show that the financial performace of PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya PPD Bengkulu for 10 year (1997-2006) period in term of liquidity ratio is likuid, , in term of solvability ratio, the ratio above standard or it is solvable, looking at activity ratio, the company experience to continunes improvement every year, Then rentability ratio show the trend improvement every year and it has the high mean improvement. Base on these findings financial performace of PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya PPD Bengkulu shows a healthiness.

The object of this study are : 1) to know the scale of the added value of milking-cow manufacture becomes pasteurize milk and ginger milk instant, 2) to know the kind of marketing channel and margin distribution of milking-cow in Selupu Rejang, Rejang Lebong, Bengkulu Province. This study was done since July until August 2006.The location of this study was determined purposively. The respondents of this study were 23 milking-cow breeder, two collectors in marketing position and two manufacturers. The analysis method of this study is descriptive for general illustration of the location and the kind of marketing channel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : mengetahui : 1) Mengetahui besarnya harga pokok produksi pada industri rumah tangga brem di Desa Gebang, 2) Mengetahui besarnya kontribusi pendapatan usaha pengolahan brem terhadap penerimaan rumah tangga pengolah brem di desa Gebang, 3) Mengetahui bentuk saluran pemasaran dan marjin pemasaran brem di Desa Gebang. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja yaitu di Desa Gebang, penentuan responden dengan metode sensus dimana responden yang diambil sebanyak 20 orang pengolah brem. Sedangkan untuk lembaga pemasaran melalui penelusuran sebanyak 2 orang pedagang pengumpul desa (PPD),2 orang pedagang antar kota (PAK) dan 4 orang pedagang pengecer (PP). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis penentuan harga pokok produksi,analisis kontribusi penerimaan dan analisis pemasaran. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa harga pokok produksi rata-rata pengolahan brem per periode produksi adalah Rp 14.731,77 per kg, kontribusi pendapatan usaha pengolahan brem terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga adalah sebesar 32,28% termasuk kategori tinggi. Sedangkan saluran pemasaran brem di Desa Gebang terdiri dari 3 saluran , yaitu : 1 pengolah menjual brem ke PPD, PPD menjual ke PAK, PAK menjual ke PP, PP menjual ke konsumen. 2) PAK menjual brem ke PPL. 3) PAK menjual brem ke PB di Yogyakarta. Marjin pemasaran yang diterima PPD adalah sebesar Rp 2.000,00 per kg, PAK sebesar Rp 3.000,00 dan PP sebesar Rp 5.000,00
