Abstract

Salmonas is an abbreviation of National Online Samsat, a technologically advanced application that allows paying and approving annual vehicle taxes online. The aim of the national online service carried out by Samsat is a good step to provide simplicity in taxpayer activities for the taxpayers, namely the public. The aim of this research is to improve national online Samsat services so that the public can receive effective services at the South Medan Samsat UPT facilities. The method used in this research uses descriptive research combined with qualitative data analysis. Based on the results obtained, the Salmonas Service (National Online Samsat) at the South Medan Samsat is useful for building efficiency in community services at the Samsat office in South Medan, but some people may not yet know about the National Online Samsat because public awareness has not increased with the vehicle tax payment system by online.

Abstract

Children as a generation of the nation come from various levels of society, rich, poor, and some are orphans or orphans. This condition also gives rise to social and anti-social behavior towards children. From this we can see that the role of guardians or institutions that act as guardians to realize Law No. 35 of 2014 is very important and one of them is an orphanage which serves as guardian for orphaned, neglected and underprivileged children. The aim of this research is to explore the pattern of fostering foster children at the Al Madinah Orphanage, from the perspective of Islamic law and the Child Protection Law. The research method we use is a qualitative descriptive method. The location of the research is the Al Madinah Orphanage. Researchers found that there were four coaching patterns used in the spiritual coaching pattern which is closely related to religion, the second is the moral coaching pattern which is related to the social life of foster children, the third is the mental coaching pattern and the fourth is the physical coaching pattern.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the characteristics of Youtube content as an object of collateral for debts at banks, the ratification of Government Regulation Number 24 of 2022 concerning Implementing Regulations of Law Number 24 of 2019 concerning the Creative Economy, Youtube content as another form of copyright in accordance with Article 40. Law Number 28 of 2014 can be used as an object of fiduciary guarantee. However, there are no specific regulations governing Youtube content or copyright as an object of fiduciary guarantee, so the main basis for the object of fiduciary guarantee is Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Guarantees, making financial institutions doubtful about providing credit. with Youtube content objects as collateral due to the lack of clarity in regulations, both in terms of valuation and execution. This research uses Normative Legal Research with a statutory, comparative and conceptual approach. This research seeks to provide an explanation and understanding of the characteristics of Youtube content intended by law as an object of collateral in banks.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan bahwa literasi yang dilakukan oleh Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Blauran Surabaya menjadi salah satu strategi dalam menarik minat masyarakat menabung emas. Tabungan Emas menjadi salah satu produk yang diminati karena emas memiliki harga beli dan harga jual yang kompetitif. Nasabah menabung mulai dari Rp. 10.000,00 dan dapat melakukan penjualan logam mulai dari 1 gram. Semua proses dapat dilakukan dengan mudah karena menggunakan aplikasi (digital), dan dikelola secara profesional dan transparan. Adapun Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan dua sumber data. Sumber data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan pihak Pegadaian Syaraiah Cabang Blauran Surabaya, data sekunder yang diperoleh dari literatur buku-buku, jurnal, internet dan penelitian terdahulu. Dalam analisis data, penulis di sini menggunakan cara berfikir induktif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Literasi menjadi salah satu strategi pemasaran Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Blauran Surabaya untuk menarik minat masyarakat menabung emas. Kegiatan literasi yang dilakukan ini, bekerjasama dengan berbagai Instansi, Sekolah-sekolah, kampus dan masyarakat sekitar melalui pemerintah desa atau kelompok-kelompok kajian.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the practice of managing savings funds for Eid packages in Sumber Pandan Village, Grujugan District, Bondowoso Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is in the form of field research. The location of this research is in Sumber Pandan Village, Grujugan District, Bondowoso Regency. Determination of informants using purposive. Data collection techniques use observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation. The data analysis uses descriptive data. Meanwhile, the validity of the data uses Validity, Reliability, Extended Observations, Triangulation, and Reference Materials. The results of the research show that the practice of managing savings funds for Eid packages in Sumber Pandan Village, Grujugan District, Bondowoso Regency, is that the management of savings funds is clearly carried out in matters related to good transactions and is managed by taking into account the profits that will be obtained later. Some savers believe that they don't know directly what their savings are used for. Most of them don't feel comfortable asking this because it is sensitive and private. Judging from sharia economic law, the implementation of Eid savings fund management according to Wahbah Zuhaili is halal for the manager (service provider) and according to Imam Abu Hanifah, he believes that the profit is shodaqoh. From this opinion, the researcher concluded that the Eid savings fund management transaction was permissible because the essence of Eid savings fund management was appropriate and fulfilled the elements of the wadiah yad dhamanah contract.

Abstract

In the practice of buying and selling, people sometimes ignore things that could be detrimental to each other. The loss is related to the object or to the property. This loss is due to ignorance or obscurity of the sale and purchase. Buying and selling fish in Tamanan District, Bondowoso Regency, namely buying and selling that contains elements of ambiguity (gharar) for objects that have been traded. Neither the seller nor the buyer can confirm the form of the object being traded based on the purpose of the contract, namely the sale and purchase of fish using the "fishing line" system. There are two issues studied in this thesis, namely (1) How is the Practice of Buying and Selling Fish with a Fishing System in Tamanan District, Bondowoso Regency. (2) What is the Review of Sharia Economic Law on the Sale and Purchase of Fish with a Fishing System in Tamanan District, Bondowoso Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out the Practice of Buying and Selling Fish with a Fishing System in Tamanan District, Bondowoso Regency, and to find out the Review of Sharia Economic Law on the Buying and Selling of Fish with a Fishing System. The author uses field research (field research). This research is a qualitative research then the data is described. This research is a research that describes objects systematically. Data and data sources used in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that (1) the practice of buying and selling fish using a fishing rod system which pays in advance at a price determined by the pond owner, (2) in terms of Sharia Economic Law on buying and selling fish with an illegal fishing system , there is an element of Gharar (unclear) in the object and subject of the pillars of sale and purchase so that it has the potential to cause harm to one of the parties.

Abstract

The need for humans to remain intertwined with other humans to meet their needs, which cannot be fulfilled alone, is why cooperation in the agricultural sector is held. Production sharing cooperation in the management of rice fields in Sumberpakem Village has existed for a long time. However, the implementation is still not in accordance with sharia law. The purpose of this research is to find out the practice of profit sharing with the bettonan system in terms of sharia economic law. the method used in this research uses qualitative research with descriptive qualitative research. data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation, with data analysis using the Milles and Hubberman method. the results of this study show that the process of managing rice fields in Suberpakem Village, Sumberjambe District, Jember Regency consists of two types, paroan and bettonan, which in Islamic law is included in the muzara'ah contract. The management of rice fields with the bettonan system is that the landowner gives his rice fields to the tenant farmers by providing seeds, fertilizers, and plowing tools, and the management process is borne by the tenant farmers, but in practice the owner of the rice fields does not determine the period of management and in the division of the results the owners of the rice fields vary in determining the division of the harvest with the bettonan system there are those who use 4: 1, 5: 1 and some set aside first then the results are divided 5: 1.
