Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of bureaucratic reform on employee performance at the Situbondo Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. This research paradigm is quantitative with descriptive type and uses survey methods. The population and sample in the study were 34 employees in the Population and Civil Disability Office of Situbondo Regency. The variables to be examined are the independent variable is Bureaucratic Reform (X) and the dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y). The analytical method used is Validity Test, Reliability Test, Simple Regression Analysis, Partial Test (t-test) and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between bureaucratic reform on employee performance by 15% and the remaining 85% influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Service Information Transparency in Department of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) of Situbondo Regency. The research method of this research was qualitative method. This research carried out descriptively in order to know and to describe the reality of the event. The data analysis had been done respectively starting with examining all available data from various sources; from interviews, from observations that had been written in field notes, from documents an drawing conclusions. The results of the study concluded that the transparency of information on business permit services in Department of Investment and Integrated One-Stop Services (DPMPTSP) of Situbondo Regency was not yet transparent in providing services to the customers. This could be seen from the management of public service that had not been published. The costs and time of service had not been transparent. The responsibilities were low such as discipline in terms of service time, promises that had not been fulfilled to customers. The service standards had not been published in the office rooms because the room was not adequate to serve the customers.

Abstract

This study raises the issue of Accountability for Management of Village Fund Allocation in Alasmalang Village, Panarukan Subdistrict, Situbondo Regency in 2019; Based on Law Number 32 Year 2004 article 1 point 5, Regional Autonomy is the right, authority, and obligation of autonomous regions to regulate and manage their own government affairs and the interests of the local community in accordance with the laws and regulations. In this case the government provides rights, authority and obligations to each region to be able to manage what is owned by the area to achieve public welfare. The government then issued Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 43 of 2014 concerning Implementation Regulation of Law Number 6 Year 2014 concerning villages. Local governments have broader authority in managing their regions. One form of government concern for rural area development is that the government allocates Village Funds in the state budget for income and expenditure every year for villages that are transferred through the district / city regional income and expenditure budget for rural area development, namely in the form of Village Fund Allocation ( ADD). In this study, conducted in Situbondo Regency, Panarukan Subdistrict, Alasmalang Village, was based on the lack of potential natural resources, low levels of education, knowledge and skills, limited facilities and infrastructure which could disrupt social and economic development activities. The researcher was interested in exploring the application of the principles of participation and transparency starting from planning, implementing and evaluating the accountability of village fund allocation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of performance appraisal on employee work performance in the Social Service of Situbondo Regency. The design of the research carried out in this study is quantitative design. A sample of 45 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. Partially the Performance Assessment variable has a significant and positive effect on the variable Employee Work Performance (Y) on employees at the Social Service of Situbondo Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the Implementation of Regional Initiative and Executive Regulations and describe the factors that become supporters and inhibitors of the Implementation of Initiative and Executive Local Regulations in Situbondo Regency. This research approach uses qualitative research conducted through observation and interviews. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques, so that there are key informants and supporting informants. There is a distinction in the process of drafting until the implementation between the Regulatory Initiative and the Regional Regulations proposed by the Regent. Several factors were the causes of the different process of drafting the Regional Regulation in Situbondo District

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction in Situbondo District, Situbondo Regency. This study uses quantitative design. Saturated samples were 31 respondents. The analytical method used is Validity Test, Reliability Test, Simple Regression Analysis, Partial Test (t-test) and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The results showed that there was a significant and positive influence between the work environment on employee job satisfaction, with a significant level of 0,000 smaller than the alpha probability level of 0.05, so that partially the work environment variable had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
