Abstract

Penyandang disabilitas akan dihadapkan kepada persoalan bagaimana menyesuaikan diri pembimbing keterampilan Sentra Terpadu Inten Soeweno Bogor dengan upaya membangun motivasi belajar keterampilan yaitu dengan cara mendorong, memotivasi, dan membangkitkan kesadaran akan potensi yang dimiliki serta berupaya untuk mengembangkannya dengan dilandasi proses kemandirian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan pembimbing keterampilan dalam pelatihan untuk  meningkatkan motivasi belajar tuna daksa dan Implementasi pelatihan pada tuna serta Peran pembimbing keterampilan di Sentra Terpadu Inten Soewono (STIS). Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tiga pembimbing keterampilan dan dua Tuna daksa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan adanya peningkatan motivasi pembimbing keterampilan peserta tuna daksa ini yaitu dengan pendekatan khusus yang menumbuhkan chemistry, pembimbing juga harus menjadi keluarga, sahabat peserta tuna daksa. Mendorong peserta tuna daksa dalam pelatihan keterampilan sebagai komunikator yaitu menasihati secara halus dan sabar untuk dapat terus berlatih dengan peserta tuna daksa ini dengan menjaga psikis emotional pesertanya, serta perlu adanya figure orang tua dan figure orang sukses yang memiliki keahlian dan ketrampilan dalam menjalankan fungsional dengan berwirausaha.

Abstract

Election is not only an indicator of democracy, but also an important part of democracy. In implementing this democratic process, the election supervisory institution (Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum - Bawaslu) develops a communication strategy as a preventive effort against potential violations in the election. So, the role of Bawaslu is to design messages to persuade and motivate the public so they  activelyparticipate to create clear and clean election. The aim of this program is, for participants, to understand effective communication strategies and to have effective communication skills. The participants were members of the Public Relations Division of Bawaslu in the area of West Java, totaling 40 people. The program was carried out from 17 November 2022 up to 18 November 2022 in Bogor City, and 15 December 2022 in Bandung District. The development of an effective communication strategy is carried out using lecture, practice and question and answer methods. Overall, these activities, both public relations development and writing press releases training, can be said to be successful. The benefit is they can know, understand and apply better communication techniques and these qualities can be used as points in assessing the quality of Bawaslu.

Abstract

Public speaking is a soft skill of communication science, which provides a primary guidance to be skilled speaking in front of audiences. For students of major in accounting at Perguruan Tinggi Advent Surya Nusantara (PTASN) in Pematang Siantar North Sumatera, this training provides benefits for self-development as well as preparation to impenetrate the realm of workplce or  profession. This was the reason for carrying out this community service activity, attended by 45 students. Activities in the form of training held on the PTASN campus for one day. During the training, participants were given material on public speaking and practice and were evaluated by the facilitator. Implementation of the program starts from the early observation, orientation, provision of learning material, practice and evaluation. The results of the training were considered good based on the participants' enthusiasm and their confidence’s when practice of public speaking .

Abstract

Community service activities have the aim of empowering the community through public speaking training for PKK cadres in the Bendungan Hilir subdistrict of Jakarta. Providing information to the public: how big is the role of public speaking in outreach to the community This training activity was carried out at RPTRA Taman Guntur Jl. Danau Bratan No. 3, RT.10/RW 3, Bendungan Hilir, Tanah Abang sub-district, Central Jakarta City, a special area of the capital city of Jakarta. The residents who attended were mostly active PKK cadres. The method used in this activity is in the form of lectures and public speaking training for outreach to the community. Residents are also taught how to be ethical and prepare for public speaking. Public speaking training for PKK cadres at Bendungan Hilir Jakarta City can be an effective tool in dealing with stunting. Public speaking skills can be used to increase public awareness, disseminate accurate information, and encourage behavioral changes related to diet and child nutrition. With careful preparation, a clear structure, effective use of language, and frequent practice, PKK cadres can improve their public speaking skills and become more reliable speakers in their efforts to deal with stunting.

Abstract

The celebration of Eid al-Adha is a unifying celebration among human beings, the meat of qurban animals is not only intended for muslim or the poor, anyone can get the meat of qurban animals. The eid al-Adha moment can also be used as an opportunity to build relationships with the community. The purpose of this activity is a form of community service carried out by the academic community of Prof. Moestopo (Religious) in accordance with the third higher education tridarma, namely community service, fostering good realtion with the community, namely the qurban animal farming community and the beneficiary community of qurban animal as a form of responsibility in transferring and informing knowledge to the public. The implementation method starts with recruiting shohibul qurban, then collaborating with the qurban animal providers and qurban slaughterers, followed by wrapping the qurban meat and distributing it to the public. The results of the implementation of this activity can synergize well with community parties, and can educate the public about the procedures fo slaughtering qurban animal that are good and in accordance with Islamic law.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the business sectors that are resilient in facing challenges and various situations. One of them is when facing the Covid-19 pandemic, small and medium scale businesses have been able to survive and many have developed through marketing through online media. Unfortunately, small and medium enterprises are often not supported by business and marketing structures that can keep up with the times due to capital and human resource constraints. Small and Medium Enterprises in RW 04 Pulo Geulis, Babakan Pasar, Bogor are facing the problem of not having good and attractive product photos that can be used as a means of supporting sales through online media. This training is aimed at providing good and attractive product photography skills for UMKM Pulo Geulis, Babakan Pasar, Bogor so that they can make maximum sales in online media which will increase economic income. The training was attended by 25 people from 5 RTs and received good responses from the participants who stated that this training was very useful and helpful.
