Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the process of implementing classical guidance services using poster and video media. The success of this study occurs when there is an increase in the understanding of the dangers of smoking in active smokers. Counseling Guidance Action Research (PTBK) was carried out in 2 cycles using questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation. Based on the results of study, it can be concluded that the use of video media in cycle 2 is considered more effective in providing classical guidance services than the use of poster media in cycle 1. Submission material of understanding the dangers of smoking using poster in cycle 1 received a passive participation response from students. After the students finished studying the poster information, the students looked bored, and not enthusiastic until the activity ended. That contrast with cycle 2 of providing classical guidance services using the video media, students seemed to be more actively focused on listening to videos, expressing themselves during the brainstorming session. Submission of material using video is considered more effective, because it appears a decrease in the number of students experiencing boredom. The results of the evaluation of the questionnaire on the understanding of the dangers of smoking showed that before the provision of classical guidance services, the level of students' understanding of the dangers of smoking was low (mean score of 25). After cycle 1 was run using poster media, there was an increase in understanding of the dangers of smoking to a moderate level (mean score 38). Then after the researchers ran cycle 2 the provision of classical guidance services using video media, students experienced an increase in understanding the dangers of smoking to a high level (mean 60). The use of video media is considered effective and recommended in providing classical guidance services to active smoking students at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Ulum.

Abstract

Abstract: Early marriage is a marriage that is carried out by a couple, both male and female, who are under the minimum age of marriage based on marriage law, which under 19 years old both for men and woman. There are many reasons that causing them to choose married under age some of them caused by culture and religion, economic and educational level of the family. This study aims to determine the motivation of early married couples. In this research is using qualitative method and two bride. Collecting data by observation, interviews, and secondary data. Qualitative methods can make it easier for researchers to describe what the motivations of couples who want to marry underage are like. The results of the research taken on underage married couples show that there is no special motivation but of their own will who have agreed to marry underage and there are also those who follow the wishes of their parents to get married even though their age is not enough to following the law of marriage, which is in marriage law number 19 in 2019, the minimum age for marriage is 19 years, for both male and female. Abstrak: Pernikahan dini adalah pernikahan yang dilakukan oleh pasangan suami istri, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan, yang masih di bawah usia minimal perkawinan yang diatur dalam undang-undang perkawinan, yaitu 19 tahun bagi laki-laki dan 16 tahun bagi perempuan. Faktor penyebab pernikahan dini adalah budaya dan agama, tingkat ekonomi dan pendidikan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi pasangan menikah dini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan data sekunder. Jumlah subjek berjumlah 2 orang. Metode kualitatif dapat memudahkan peneliti untuk mendeskripsikan seperti apa motivasi pasangan yang ingin menikah di bawah umur. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada pasangan suami istri di bawah umur menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada motivasi khusus melainkan atas kemauan sendiri yang telah menyetujui untuk menikah di bawah umur dan ada juga yang menuruti keinginan orang tuanya untuk menikah walaupun usianya tidak mencukupi. yang diatur dalam undang-undang. perkawinan dalam UU no. 19 Tahun 2019, usia minimal untuk menikah adalah 19 tahun, baik pria maupun wanita.

Abstract

Abstract: Ditching is the act of students not attending school without a clear explanation. This study aims to reveal how the strategies, actions and the level of success of the strategies and actions taken by BK teachers against students skipping school. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data sources of this study consisted of primary sources, namely 1 BK teacher, and secondary sources of 5 students. The technique of collecting data is direct communication to both primary and secondary sources with interview guidelines, then using observation and documentation techniques. The analysis of the discussion is that the BK teacher makes a strategy by making a letter of agreement or a contract of punishment, by providing individual or group counseling services as well as providing punishment in accordance with the contract agreement. The success of these strategies and actions provides a deterrent effect to students, so that students do not take truant action again.

Abstract

Abstract: During bold learning, teaching and learning activities (KBM) are currently ineffective, so that subject teachers have difficulty in paying attention to students optimally and make many students absent, late in collecting assignments, not paying attention to learning and late logging in to the quipper account ( Online Media), The purpose of the researcher is to determine the discipline of students in participating in learning at SMA PGRI 2 Palembang. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Where the researcher collects as much data as possible, both from reference books, journals, interviews with relevant sources and going directly to the field to get results that are in accordance with the title that you want to examine both in oral and written forms. The discipline aspect in brave learning during the covid-19 pandemic at SMA PGRI 2 Palembang almost met the criteria but there were some who did not meet the criteria, including students who were not able to divide their time, had not been able to take advantage of study time, and some students did not collect assignments on time. The obstacles faced by students in learning challenges are a) network problems and internet quotas, b) access to smartphone and computer technology, c) home disturbances. So that students are enthusiastic in learning and able to overcome all bad possibilities in learning during the covid-19 pandemic. So that teachers can serve as much as possible, be able to overcome student discipline problems in learning to be brave through programs that are considered to stimulate the spirit of learning, students make it easier for students to learn.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper aims to discuss the efforts of the West Kalimantan Regional Child Protection Commission in dealing with sexual violence against minors. The method used in collecting data in writing this article is a combination of field study methods with literature studies. Sexual violence is an act that is intentional and can harm victims who are children, both physically and psychologically. The role of the West Kalimantan Regional Child Protection and Supervision Commission is very much needed in handling cases of minors, especially on the issue of sexual crimes. Furthermore, parents should also be involved in handling minimal sexual violence by teaching children to recognize, refuse, and report potential threats of sexual violence if it occurs to them. Finally, parents should also have good emotional attachment and also support children legally if sexual violence occurs so that the perpetrators of sexual violence roaming the community can be punished accordingly for their behavior.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine high school students psychological readiness to begin limited face-to-face learning. The descriptive quantitative method is used in this study. Questionnaires distributed online were used to collect data. There were 25 people who took part in this study. Students in junior high and high school participated in the study. The findings of this study indicate that students are ready for face-to-face learning, though some students are concerned about the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The students also claimed that they could adjust to their new school environment.

Abstract

Abstract:The phenomenon at school is that there are students who during the counseling process do not convey what their anxiety, fears and fears are. This may be due to the psychological impact of various life experiences, such as trauma due to bullying by classmates on social media. If this psychological impact is allowed to drag on, it will become a complex problem for students. One of the services that counselors can provide by activating group dynamics is group guidance and counseling services with expressive arts therapy. Through an expressive art therapy approach, clients can communicate and express their feelings and thoughts through activities related to art, music, dance, drama, poetry, games. In group counseling with an expressive art therapy approach, the most important thing is that the group is able to develop the ability to express and communicate authentically and what is in themselves and what is the burden on their minds, as well as those who are the object of their anxiety through various approaches that counselors can use with expressive tools. therapy. This article will discuss the role of counselors in group guidance and counseling using the literature study method. Can be used as an alternative used by school counselors to help group members to meet emotional needs, build self-acceptance, increase self-esteem, reduce anxiety, address cognitive needs, and develop social skills in groups.
