Abstract

Indonesia memiliki banyak pesona panorama dan sumber daya alam yang memberikan peluang bagi pemerintah untuk membentuk sektor pariwisata sebagai sektor unggulan yang berpengaruh untuk peningkatan pendapatan nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh daya tarik wisata dan media sosial Instagram terhadap minat kunjungan wisatawan domestik pada objek wisata pantai Bira Kabupaten Bulukumba baik secara parsial maupun simulant. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (Minat kunjungan) wisatawan pada objek wisata pantai Bira Kabupaten Bulukumba

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa unit yang harus dijual oleh UD.Aqilah agar terjadi titik impas dalam hal ini tidak menderita rugi dan tidak memperoleh keuntungan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Break Even Point sehingga yang menjadi persoalan dalam penelitian ini adalah pada penjualan berapa unit yang harus dicapai oleh UD.Aqilah agar berada pada titik BEP. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menguraikan data yang diperoleh dari objek penelitian. Satuan analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah UD.Aqilah sehingga yang menjadi satuan pengamatan dalam penelitian ini adalah harga jual dan biaya dari produksi kopi UD.Aqilah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka diketahui bahwa jumlah biaya tetap dari produksi kopi bubuk dengan merek Japal Coffe Roastery UD.Aqilah pada periode bulan Mei-Juni adalah sebesar Rp 8.893.750,- dan biaya variabel sebesar Rp 8.206.000. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan di UD.Aqilah periode mei-juni tahun 2022 diperoleh penerimaan sebesar Rp 187.000.000,-

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine, analyze, and interpret the influence of Organizational Culture, Competence, and Work Environment on the performance of teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 13 Makassar. This research is of a quantitative descriptive nature, with a population and sample of 31 teachers. Data collection methods include interviews, questionnaires, and literature review. The research data will be analyzed using statistical tools with SPSS 24 software. The results of the study indicate that: 1. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 13 Makassar. Generally, Organizational Culture has a strong influence on improving teacher performance, which is crucial for achieving the organization's goals. 2. Competence has a positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 13 Makassar. Competence is a crucial factor that supports teachers in developing their skills and knowledge to the fullest extent to contribute to the organization's goals consciously. 3. Work Environment also has a positive and significant impact on the performance of SMP Muhammadiyah 13 Makassar. The main factors in the work environment include the atmosphere and supporting facilities, which play a vital role in carrying out teachers' tasks.

Abstract

The population growth rate in a region has an impact on the growth rate of the workforce in that area. In such a situation, there is an increase in economic activities at the regional, national, and even global levels. Street vendors, also known as 'Pedagang Kaki Lima' (PKL), are one form of informal sector economic activity that is on the rise. There is a connection between population growth rate, labor force participation, and job availability. Job opportunities in the formal sector are not proportional to the number of job seekers, motivating them to create their own jobs as street vendors. This analysis focuses on the mobility of the urban informal sector: A socioeconomic analysis of street vendors in the GOR Sudiang area of Makassar City. The analysis specifically looks at the patterns of adaptation of street vendors in the digital era and the strategies employed by them for business sustainability. The research concentrates on street vendors operating on the outskirts of the GOR Sudiang area and employs a qualitative research approach. Informants for the research were selected using purposive sampling, with a total of five informants initially identified. A snowball sampling technique was also used, adding three more informants when certain questions required additional input. Data collection techniques included observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research findings indicate that: 1) Street vendors have adopted online transaction technologies; 2) They have formed social groups with economic goals through 'arisan' activities. They are capable of adapting to new locations, new jobs, and meeting new people by maintaining a sense of togetherness, mutual assistance, and trust. They can conduct online transactions and collaborate with online transportation services. 'Arisan' groups are formed because they provide a flexible and adaptive platform for discussing various issues, including those related to street vending activities.

Abstract

This research aims to explore, analyze, and interpret the impact of incentives, work environment, and leadership style on employee performance in the book publishing industry in the city of Makassar. The research approach used is quantitative descriptive, with a population and sample consisting of 31 employees in the book publishing industry in the city of Makassar. Data collection is done through interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The obtained data will be analyzed using statistical tools and SPSS version 24 software.The results of the study indicate that:Incentives have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in the book publishing industry in the city of Makassar. Overall, incentives have a strong influence on improving employee performance, which is a crucial factor in achieving organizational goals.The work environment also has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in the book publishing industry in the city of Makassar. Leadership style is an important factor that supports employees in developing their potential optimally to contribute to the organization's goals with full awareness.Leadership style also has a positive and significant impact on performance in the book publishing industry in the city of Makassar. Key factors in incentives include the atmosphere and supporting facilities that play a crucial role in the implementation of job tasks for employees in the book publishing industry in the city of Makassar.

Abstract

This research aims to understand and analyze delivery services in the Lantora Subdistrict. The study employs a qualitative method. Data collection techniques include interviews, questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The research findings indicate that the performance of the Lantora Subdistrict apparatus has been categorized as good. However, the quality of public services in the Lantora Subdistrict is categorized as less satisfactory because it does not yet meet the key indicators of public services, including: simplicity with a score of 41.67%, requirements with a score of 43.75%, clarity with a score of 37.5%, discipline with a score of 35.42%, responsibility with a score of 41.75%, officer's ability with a score of 54.17%, speed with a score of 52.08%, fairness with a score of 43.75%, politeness and friendliness with a score of 60.42%, reasonable fees with a score of 47.92%, certainty of fees with a score of 45.83%, certainty of schedule with a score of 37.5%, environmental comfort with a score of 41.67%, and service security with a score of 43.75%. In conclusion, overall, the quality of public services provided by the Lantora Subdistrict apparatus falls into the good category as indicated. However, the availability of facilities and infrastructure greatly supports community services to ensure that the services provided to the community are effective and meet most of the service indicators in accordance with Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment Decision No. 25 of 2004 Regarding the Community Satisfaction Index.
