Abstract

The convection is a business activity that is able to expand employment opportunities and provide broad economic services to the community, and can play a role directly in increasing the income and economy of the community, reducing the number existing socialization and improve the welfare of the community, especially the community Pegaden Tengah and employees who work at this convection. His study aims to analyze whether the jeans convection business is feasible to run in Pegaden Tengah. This business feasibility test will be carried out through several aspects, namely market and marketing aspects, management aspects human resources, financial aspects, and economic and social aspect. Results of the discussion of every aspect will be used as a reference to determine whether this jeans convection business worth running or not . This research using a descriptive approach and this type of research is qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that all aspects have good results and this business can run. Market and marketing aspects show that There are still many jeans enthusiasts in the city of Pegaden Tengah and the marketing techniques used can make this business known to the public. The technical aspect of this business is said to be feasible because the layout arrangement and location selection are in accordance with market segmentation.

Abstract

The 360 ​​Degree Method is an assessment that involves many parties such as superiors, subordinates, colleagues, or even yourself. The purpose of this method is used at Bank Bukopin Medan Syariah Branch Office, namely to find out employee performance appraisals, find out the problems faced by employees in the process of implementing employee performance appraisals using the 360 ​​Degree method and to find out what efforts are being made in overcoming performance appraisal problems using 360 Degree Method at Bank Bukopin Sharia Medan Branch Office. This type of research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews and documentation with several Bank employee representatives. The data used are primary and secondary data from the results obtained directly in the field. The results of this study indicate that the 360 ​​Degree Method plays an important role in assessing employee performance at Bank Bukopin's Medan Sharia Branch Office because it shows objective results because it involves many parties. The assessment is carried out transparently by not mentioning the name of the appraiser and the final results are both discussed at the meeting, attended by all employees with the intention that they know how their performance is and what needs to be developed, must be responsible for their respective obligations in accordance with their fields so that even better in the future.

Abstract

Public services are inseparable from the interaction between officers and service users, the change in the quality of airport pass services in the digital era which was previously carried out offline to online makes the interaction between officers and service users less. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of the quality of airport pass services in the digital era on deviant behavior at the Airport Authority Regional III Surabaya and if so, what is the percentage of influence. This study employed quantitative methods using questionnaries as the data collection technique. with a sample size of 112 people obtained using the slovin formula. Data analysis using simple linear regression test, t test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of the variable quality of airport pass services in the digital era as indicated by the Sig value. 0.00 in the T test. The amount of influence between the variable quality of airport pass services in the digital era on deviation behavior is 79.1%

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence the initial interest of Bank KB Bukopin customers in saving using the iB Siaga savings product by using the theory of planned behavior, which includes attitudes, subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control in order to increase the number of customers saving. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The variables used in this study are attitudes, subjective norms, perceptions of behavior control and interest in saving in the iB Siaga savings product. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The number of samples used was 84 customer respondents who used the iB Siaga savings product. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and multiple linear regression test. The results of the study show that (1) the attitude variable has a significant effect on the customer's intention to save in the iB Siaga savings product. (2) the subjective norm variable has a significant effect on the customer's intention to save in the iB Siaga savings product. (3) the perceived behavioral control variable has no significant effect on the customer's intention to save in the iB Siaga savings product. (4) the variables of attitude, subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control simultaneously influence customers' interest in saving in the iB Siaga savings product

Abstract

This analysis aims to predict the probability of bankruptcy of PT Superkrane Mitra Utama during the 2017-2019 season using the Altman Z-Score method. This research uses a descriptive approach with a quantitative method. The research sample is from PT Superkrean Mitra Utama, and the instrument used is the company's financial report. Data was collected through literature study, and data analysis was carried out using the t-theist onei sample technique. The research results show that based on analysis using the Altman Z-Score method, PT Superkrean Mitra Utama during the 2017-2019 period is projected not to have the potential to go bankrupt because of the average Z value ≥ 1.10. This indicates that the company is in a safe condition from the risk of bankruptcy to a healthy level

Satu Blank Seven This study aims to explain the Level of Sales of Tiket.com Online in Increasing the Profitability of the Company PT. Satu Blank Seven in increasing customer satisfaction at PT. Satu Kosong Tujuh Tangerang. The research method that the author uses is a non-statistical quantitative type. With the approach method or data collection technique that the authors use is through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing is done by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions, then described and described. The results of this study address the Analysis of Online Tiket.com Sales Levels in Increasing Company Profitability PT. Satu Kosong Tujuh is able to inspire and influence employees, with this leadership style making employees trust, loyal and respect for their leaders, and motivated more than expected. And the Tiket.com Sales Level applied by the leadership of PT. Satu Kosong Tujuh, namely placing humans as the main and most important factor in the organization.

Abstract

The fish farming process requires good care and management. In its implementation, it requires costs in managing it by procuring production factors. Every out-of-pocket expense or income earned by a business actor will affect the financial flow, profits and sustainability of the business. The aim of this research is to determine the feasibility of developing a catfish seed cultivation business from the marketing aspect related to consumer interest, business partners and determining the price of catfish seeds. The methods used in this research are quantitative and qualitative methods in the form of survey and interview methods. The research results show that UPR Jiponk Farm has 2 seeding business partners, namely, UPR Sopi Farm and UPR Zaki Farm. The production costs of the catfish hatchery business run by UPR Jiponk Farm are IDR 10,100,000. The average sales of UPR Jiponk Farm catfish seeds per month in 2019 with a size of 3-4 cm was 62,834 seeds with a selling price of IDR 150/fish. So the average revenue from the UPR Jiponk Farm catfish hatchery business is IDR 9,425,100. Meanwhile, the profit from a catfish hatchery business for one year averages IDR 7,825,100.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the Effect of Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Tasikmalaya City Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency. The method used inthis study is a quantitative method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 55 respondents who are employees of the Tasikmalaya City Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that Work Discipline and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance. The Work Environment partially has a significant effect on the Performance of Employees of the Tasikmalaya City Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction simultaneously on employee performance at CV. SPP Corporation. The effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction partially on employee performance at CV. SPP Corporation. The method used in this research is associative with a quantitative approach. With a research sample of 35 people as respondents to CV. SPP Corporation based on 35 known population data. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS support application version 25. The test results show that simultaneously organizational culture and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially organizational culture variables have a significant effect on employee performance, as well as job satisfaction variables partially have a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This writing aims to find out and analyze the business feasibility test of Rahma Wedding Organizer on market and marketing aspects as well as existing social and economic aspects. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with primary data collection techniques from field research in the form of observations and interviews. The results of this study indicate that from the analysis of market, marketing, social and economic aspects, Rahma Wedding Organizer's business prospects are stated to be very good. This can be seen from the demand for services which is almost 24 hours a day, high consumer interest, relatively affordable price offerings, starting from packages of 40 million to 85 million, as well as various marketing mix strategies. When viewed from social and economic factors, Rahma Wedding Organizer's business development has a strong basis to be implemented, because the existence of Rahma Wedding Organizer can be a strong economic driver in the area of its business operations. Thus it can be concluded that from the various aspects that are the focus of research, Rahma Wedding Organizer's business can be said to be very good so that this business is feasible to run.
