Abstract

Spending life and growing old with the ideal lover can be said to be a dream for everyone. Many people struggle to be able to build a legal relationship through a marriage. The implementation of a wedding reception is one of the events that is expected to be carried out once in a lifetime. The selection of MUA services is important to carve out a sweet marriage with MUA who is reliable and has good quality. So that the marriage documentation becomes memorable to look back on when old age arrives. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the MUA service business. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The location in the selection of MUA services coincided with the Duwi Samawa Wedding MUA Service inPemalang Regency. The research results show that the analysis of market, competitor and marketing mix aspects shows that the prospects for the MUA Duwi Samawa Wedding service business are very good and feasible, this can be seen from the interest in renting MUA services where during Eid al-Fitr they make up three times the contract and reception in one day. The price range for renting is quite friendly, starting from Rp. 8.0000.000,- to Rp. 30,000,000,-. With quality make-up and excellent service, it can be said that those interested in renting MUA services have great opportunities. Through digital marketing promotion media and electronic word of mouth to support the marketing mix and expand the market share network.

Abstract

The relationship between seller and buyer previously had limitations, mainly by distance and time. However, as more and more people use the internet, it opens up great opportunities for businesses who can take advantage of this digital marketing trend. Digital advancements provide an opportunity for them to advertise their goods through online marketplaces and be able to generate income for life. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of flash sales, convenience and customer reviews on product purchasing decisions on the marketplace platform. The research instrument uses data from the results of a questionnaire using a quantitative approach. Classical assumption test analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and analysis of the coefficient of determination were all used in analyzing the data. Data analysis used SPSS software version 25. The findings of the study show that flash sales, convenience and customer reviews all have an impact on consumer decisions to buy products on the marketplace platform. These three variables have the power to influence 81.8% of the decision making process when buying a product.

Abstract

In this digital era, the marketplace has become a popular platform for sellers and buyers to transact online. However, there are still problems that arise related to the incompatibility of the object purchased with what is received by the buyer. This research will identify the factors that cause object discrepancies in buying and selling transactions in the marketplace andanalyze their impact on consumers and sellers. The research method used is secondary data analysis involving literature studies and reviews of Islamic law related to buying and selling transactions. The results of this research are expected to provide a better understanding of the problems related to object incompatibility in buying and selling transactions in the marketplaceand principles of Islamic law.

Abstract

Doing business can be an opportunity to get a better life and business activities can be carried out by anyone who intends to do it. To be able to survive entering the business world, an entrepreneur needs to carry out a business feasibility study to measure the sustainability of the business in the long term. Studying the feasibility of this business is very useful for business people in seeing estimates of how their business will change in the future. The data analysis method used is a qualitative analysis of the Business Feasibility Study in terms of market and marketing aspects, the setting of this research is located at the Ulujami branch of the Saudi Department Store, Pemalang district. The purpose of this study is that researchers can broadly determine the feasibility of existing businesses at the Ulujami branch of the Saudi Department Store in terms of market and marketing aspects. The results and discussion include the 4Ps namely Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. As well as the conclusion that the Ulujami branch of the Saudi Department Store is feasible when viewed from the market and marketing aspects.

Abstract

Marketing mix is a collection of marketing variables that are carried out in an integrated manner or a marketing strategy that is carried out simultaneously by the company to pursue the desired sales target in the target market. The research method used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The variables used by Like Mie and Coffee companies include product, place, price, and promotion. The materials used in the manufacture of products are of good quality. It has a strategic and instagramable place. The prices offered are very affordable and provide lots of discounts. In promoting its products using print media and social media, Like Mie and Coffee is a business that deserves to be developed from all aspects that have been carried out by the company. Apart from that, establishing a second branch in Semarang is proof that the business is very feasible to develop.

Abstract

This research is intended to find out about the marketing strategy of iB Siaga Bisnis Savings products of PT. Bank KB Bukopin Syariah Medan Branch Office in Increasing the Number of Customers. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, using primary data sources by means of interviews, documentation, and observations which are then reduced and conclusions drawn. The results of research with STP, namely market segmentation divides into 2 parts, the first, assigning marketing to seek funds in terms of finding saving customers and the second looking for customers to make financing or loans. Targeting Bank Bukopin Syariah KC Medan markets its products among small and medium business entities and cooperatives (UKMK), legal entities such as associations, associations, individuals both entrepreneurs and employees (middle class), etc., and the market positioning of Bank KB Bukopin Syariah KC Medan uses marketing 4P mix, products that tempt customers, prices according to regulations and systems, strategic places and promotions using print media, online and personal selling. SWOT analysis of marketing strategy to provide alternative strategies to improve the marketing strategy of Bank KB Bukopin Syariah KC Medan. The SO strategy to improve harmonization that has been established is to collaborate with educational institutions. WO strategy to open a branch or cash office, increase the amount of marketing. ST strategy, determining competitive prices, WT strategy to improve the quality of human resources, limited service.

Abstract

Hair neatness is one thing that needs attention. It is commonplace that many haircut services are established in various places. In writing this article discusses the barbershop business called Bercuma Barbershop. Bercuma Barbershop is a privately owned barbershop that was developed with the current situation in mind. To start this business, you need a strategic location. The location is located on the edge of the Binagriya highway in the city of Pekalongan. The main purpose of making a business feasibility study analysis report from this barbershop is to make a decision whether or not this business is feasible. In this study using a qualitative approach to the type of field research (field research). Data collection for this method is an interview method by interviewing a barbershop entrepreneur owner, overall the concept is the same from articles or research related to previous barbershop businesses, only there are a few differences but that is not significant. The results of the research show that the Barbershop Shaving business is feasible to be implemented and developed.

Abstract

The industrial sector has an important role in improving the community's economic wheel. One of the food industries that can be developed and last a long time is the cassava chips business. Cassava chips are one of the snacks/snacks that are favored by all walks of life. This study aims to determine the business feasibility of cassava chips business. The author uses qualitative methods in analyzing market/marketing aspects, HR (Human Resources) aspects, socio-economic aspects and environmental aspects. This research was conducted in 20-23 March 2023 at the S3 Cassava Chips Business located in Bulakpelem Village, Sragi District, Pekalongan Regency. The results showed that the business prospects in the snack food sector, namelythe S3 Cassava Chips Business, were very good because of market demand every month. The marketing mix strategy is also very good. Production is carried out continuously for 6 days and is only closed on Sundays. There are quite a lot of human resources in this business, namely around 13 people so that it can be said to be able to develop and have long business prospects. This business also helps the community's economy and the waste produced does not harm the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Human performance, that is, human performance, includes the ability to think and physical strength, which are important elements that make up an organization. As a matter of fact, employee performance is still relatively low at SMK Angkasa, and the success of the organization is highly dependent on employee performance. This is reflected in inefficient working hours (not punctual) and lack of accountability for tasks. Motivate and train employees to solve employee performance issues that often arise in SMK Angkasa organizations and institutions. The purpose of this study is to clarify the effects of motivation and discipline in improving human resource performance in the work environment, and to clarify whether there are factors that hinder or support the improvement of human resource performance due to motivation and discipline in the work environment. . Respondents for this study were selected using objective sampling by distributing questionnaires to up to 88 employees. Based on research results, the R-squared (R2) value is only 0.242. This can be explained by the influence of work environment, discipline, and work motivation. Work environment, discipline, and work motivation all come together to have a significant positive impact on HR performance.

Abstract

Consumptive behavior is the activity of buying goods or products that are not needed at all so that they become redundant. Students behave consumptively when shopping online through online shop sites. According to an Islamic economic perspective, consumptive behavior in online shopping makes students shop excessively, causing tabzir and israf attitudes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that cause consumptive behavior in shopping online, the advantages and disadvantages of online shopping, as well as the views of Islamic economics in addressing the consumptive behavior of Accounting Sharia college students at UIN Sumatera Utara. for 2022-2023. This research uses a type of qualitative research and data collection. by conducting interviews (interviews). The results of the study show that there are factors that cause students to behave consumptively, namely internal factors: online shopping motivation, perceptions about online shopping, personality, and lifestyle. External factors: shopping culture and friendship groups. The advantages of online shopping are the ease of finding goods, free shipping vouchers, discounted prices, time efficiency, affordable prices, and digital payment transactions. Disadvantages of online shopping: fraud, late/lost goods, and damage to goods.
