Abstract

Maskapai penerbanagan Lion air masih sering mengalami permasalahan-permasalahan penundaan penerbangan (delay flight) dan pembatalan penerbangan (flight cancellation) dikarenakan banyak hal yang menjadi penyebab seperti faktor manajemen airline, teknis pesawat, cuaca, lalu lintas yang padat, dan landasan pacu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh mengenai penundaan penerbangan (delay) dan pembatalan penerbangan (cancellation) secara simultan terhadap kepuasan penumpang maskapai Lion Air di Bandar Udara Internasional Syamsudin Noor Banjarmasin. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dimana hasil penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian kuantitatif merupakan metode yang data penelitian berupa 2 angka dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan pengujian hipotesis F adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara variabel independen (X1,X2) terhadap variabel dependen (Y). Nilai Signifikansi (Sig.) merupakan hasil uji F. yang berarti Ho ditolak dan nilai F hitung sebesar 82,458 lebih besar dari F tabel 3.07, menunjukkan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai R square (R2) sebesar 0,565. menunjukan bahwa variabel delay flight dan flight cancellation berpengaruh sebesar 56,5% terhadap kepuasan penumpang. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa dari variabel independen delay dan cancellation berpengaruh besar terhadap kepuasan penumpang pada maskapai Lion Air di Bandar Udara Internasional Syamsudin Noor Banjarmasin

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the potential for bankruptcy at the coal mining company PT. Adaro Tbk which has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is measured using one of the bankruptcy methods, namely the Altman Z-score method. The results of the analysis of this study are the results of all financial statements taken from the balance sheet and income statement of PT. Adaro Tbk in 2015-2021. The analytical technique used is the Altman Z-Score discriminant technique. The results obtained during the 7 year period that have been examined at PT. Adaro Tbk shows that this company is in a healthy condition because the index value of the company from the Z-score results shows a number above 2.60 which means it is not bankrupt and shows the highest value in 2017 with a value of 6.93 and the lowest value in 2020 with index value of 3.80.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of digital marketing, electronic word of mouth, and lifestyle on purchase decisions in TikTok Shop among students of the University of Technology Sumbawa. This is a quantitative correlational study. The research sample was calculated using Paul Leedy’s formula with total sample found is 100 respondents. The analysis conducted using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, t-test, and coeffecient of determination. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the variables of Digital Marketing, e-Wom, and Lifestyle significantly influence the Purchase Decisions among students in TikTok Shop Indonesia. The results of the partial t-test show that Digital Marketing (t_calculated = 3.783, t_table = 1.984), e-Wom (t_calculated = 5.353, t_table = 1.984), and Lifestyle (t_calculated = 5.500, t_table = 1.984) partially have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. The obtained R-Square value is 0.785 or 78.5%, indicating that approximately 21.5% of the variation in purchase decisions is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the various types of micro-enterprises that have excellent potential to support the economy in Indonesia, especially in one of the businesses in Pekanbaru, namely MSMEs at SKETSA Cafe, so this research has the aim of examining the obstacles encountered by actors from MSMEs in the preparation of financial reports in accordance with SAK EMKM in order to design a simple financial reporting system based on SAK EMKM. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and used a case study method. The data sources used are secondary data and primary data. The data collection method is carried out through observation, documentation and interviews. The results of the analysis of this study show that business actors have not implemented the preparation of financial reports such as the SAK EMKM standard. and the obstacles experienced by MSME business owners at the SKETSA cafe are the lack of socialization and information regarding the implementation of SAK EMKM, the low capital owned by business actors to use expert staff in compiling financial reports, and the absence of regulations related to the implementation of SAK EMKM so that this makes business actors only prepare a simple financial reporting system.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of digital currencies in changing the electronic payments ecosystem using a quantitative approach. In the ever-evolving digital era, digital currency has become a key element in the electronic payment process. This research uses quantitative data collected from transaction statistics and economic analysis to describe the changesthat occur. The research results show that digital currencies have significantly changed the way electronic payments are made. There has been a significant increase in the number of transactions involving digital currencies, and the use of digital currencies is becoming more pervasive in consumers' daily lives. Transaction efficiency and speed have increased, while transaction costs arerelatively lower. This research also reveals that digital currency adoption still depends on factors such as consumer knowledge, level of trust in technology, and perceived transaction security. Along with positive influences, this research also notes issues related to regulation of digital currencies that can affect the stability of the electronic paymentseco system. These results provide important insights for stakeholders in the electronic payments industry, as well as regulatory authorities who need to consider policies that support the development of digital currencies in the context of continuously evolving electronic payments.

Abstract

Technological developments have reached into economic activities. Currently, people are starting to switch to using technology in carrying out buying and selling activities. Buying and selling activities are now facilitated by e-commerce. Currently, there are many e-commerce service providers, one of which is Shopee. Research using quantitative descriptive methods was used on Shopee marketplace users with the aim of finding out how price, product quality, promotions influence purchasing decisions through the Shopee marketplace. The population of this research consists of students who have made purchases through Shopee, who were selected using the Purposive Sampling method and a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) as an analysis tool. The research results show that price and product quality do not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while promotions have a significant and positive influence on purchasing decisions. It was also found that price, product quality and promotion only had a 52.3% influence on purchasing decisions via Shopee among students in Pekalongan.

Abstract

Company profitability can be interpreted as a prospect or future, many factors can affect the level of profitability of a company, so that companies are required to make efforts to obtain the maximum profit. One indicator of company profitability can be seen from the return on equity of the company itself. Factors that can affect a company's profitability include the company's ability in capital structure policies and how the company uses its assets. Based on the background above, this research was conducted to test and study the effect of the ratio of sukuk to equity and company size on the profitability of companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period. Source of data in this research comes from secondary data. The data analysis method used is quantitative, namely using multiple linear regression analysis and using Microsoft Excel 2010 and Eviews 10 computer program tools. The data is obtained from the annual financial reports of companies that issue sukuk ijarah for the 2017-2020 period. The results of this study indicate that the probability value of issuing sukuk ijarah is 0.2806 > 0.05 so that sukuk ijarah has no significant effect on profitability and firm size has a significant effect on company profitability with a probability value of 0.0483 <0.05. And simultaneously the independent variables affect the dependent variable with a probability value of 0.027329 <0.05.

Abstract

Indirect tobacco prices influence the consumption patterns of tobacco farming families in Sukorejo Village. The aim of this research is to better understand the indirect impact of tobacco prices on people's purchasing decisions and how this influences the consumption patterns of tobacco farming families. This research uses a qualitative approach with researchers conducting direct interviews and documentation as instruments. The population studied were tobacco farmers in Sukorejo Village, Kotaanyar District. The results of the interviews show that: (1) Indirect tobacco prices influence the consumption patterns of tobacco farming families in Sukorejo Village. (2) Tobacco farming is able to meet the economic needs of farming families. (3) the income from tobacco farming in Sukorejo Village is very good. The conclusion is that indirect tobacco prices influence the consumption patterns of tobacco farming families in Sukorejo Village and also the income from tobacco farming can meet the needs of their families during one harvest, but farmers also seek additional income through other jobs such as construction workers, animal husbandry, and home businesses such as selling meatballs, cilok , and so forth.

Abstract

E-bekal is an electronic currency founded by the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School which is used as a commodity. This research on the use of E-Provisions on students' buying interest uses a quantitative descriptive approach. This research was implemented at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School because based on the results of initial research observations, the Islamic Boarding School has an electronic payment facility, namely E-Supplies, which can influence students' buying interest. This research uses quantitative methods. Apart from that, the research results show that E-supplies play a constructive and significant role in controlling student spending, with an influence of 83.7%. This shows that the existence of E-supplies can increase students buying interest and can also fulfill their daily needs.

Abstract

In the context of contemporary business, this study investigates inter-subdivision collaboration and team dynamics at PTPN III. Effective team dynamics are mainly shaped by open communication, consistent leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, according to the results of qualitative and quantitative approaches. Even with initiatives to improve cooperation, subdivisions still need strategic measures to strengthen their cooperation, such as the establishment of forums for collaboration and the integration of information systems. It has been shown that the utilization of technology and information systems supports operational efficiency, and that the development of team skills is critical to improving production. These findings also emphasize the importance of fostering an innovative culture that encourages experimentation and measured risk-taking. In addition, a more comprehensive performance review could provide a more accurate representation of each sub-section's contribution. Combining these data, this study concludes that PTPN III's readiness to deal with changing business conditions can be improved through strategic actions to enhance team dynamics and collaboration between sub-sections, such as improving communication, strengthening collaboration, and encouraging innovation.
