<![CDATA[The creation of a state in a group of people has obvious urgency. The more people who occupy a territory, the more important the presence of the state in it. When a group of people gather in one area and relate to each other to fulfill their needs, it is not impossible that they will do something that causes chaos and harms others. Here, there must be someone who regulates the relationship between humans in order to create a fair and peaceful national life. Of course this role can be carried out by the state. The state can impose its power and regulate laws in order to create a just and peaceful life of the nation. The methodology used is library research. This research requires a lot of existing literature to complete the things needed for the completion of this research. The conclusion of this research is that the Qur'an has explained how state institutions should run in a Muslim country.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is descriptive research using the maudhu'i interpretation approach to find out the verses about democracy and the views of Muslims regarding democracy, especially those who absolutely disbelieve and democracy in Islamic views. Based on the data obtained, it is found that democracy means power in the hands of the people or government by and for the majority. Democracy contains two important elements, namely freedom or liberty, and equality. In the Qur'an, democracy is referred to as ?????? as in the following verse: Q.S Ali - Imran:159, Q.S Ash-syuro: 38, and Q.S Al-Baqarah: 233. the Muslim view of democracy is threefold: The first view, Ali Ghufran alias mukhlas overall assessment that democracy and its leadership is absolutely kafue. The second view, which sees democracy as not entirely kufr and may utilize it on the condition that it does not contradict Shari'a. The third view, which sees democracy as permissible in all circumstances, by following the majority vote regardless of whether or not it contradicts shari'ah. It can be concluded that entering the political area that is developing today needs to be done to realize the ideals of upholding Islamic law, with consideration of changing the secular siyasah system towards Islamic siyasah. Although democracy presupposes the election of a policy maker based on a majority vote, but only in this way can the system be changed, so participating in elections may be obligatory. Islam has regulated democracy in a structured manner through the laws laid down in the Qur'an. The author uses commentaries from various books and sources to broadly describe democracy in the view of Islam.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan praktikum mahasiswa UPBJJ UT Bandung. Hipotesis yang diajukan ialah variabel lokasi (X1) dan kualitas pelayanan (X2) berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan uji validiras, uji reliablilitas, uji analisis korelasi ganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada kepuasan mahasiswa dengan variabel kualitas pelayanan (X2) yang paling berpengaruh pada kepuasan mahasiswa dalam menjalani mata kuliah praktikum.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the Effect Of Using Animation-Based Audio-Visual Learning Media on Economic Learning Outcomes of class X Students of SMA Negeri 14 Medan T.A 2022/2023. This study used a population of 102 students in class X IPS at SMA Negeri 14 Medan and the sampling technique was by determining the sample so that only one class used as the sample, namely class X IPS-2, which consisted of 35 students from SMA Negeri 14 Medan. The collection technique in this study used tests given to students. The results of the research are in accordance with the hypothesis formulated in this study, the truth can be accepted, because tcount ? ttable or 3,17 ? 1.676. it can be interprented that thee is a positive and significant influence between students understanding of using audio-visual animation media on student learning outcomes in learning management in class X SMA Negeri 14 Medan.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a quantitative study that aims to see differences in economic learning outcomes using the Jigsaw cooperative learning model whit the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS 1 and 2, totaling 72 students. The sampling technique is total sampling where all members of the population are sampled. The research results obtained tcount = 6,68 and ttabel = 1,665, where tcount (6,68) ? ttable (1,665).So it can be concluded that there are differences in student economics learning outcomes using the Jigsaw learning model using the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model.]]>

<![CDATA[Reawarch tittle: Diffrent in learning outcomes in economics using the Paikem learning and the Talking Stick learning model for class XI IPS SMA Negeri 14 Medan T.A 2022/2023. The research objective was to find out the difference between the use of the Paikem learning model and the Talking Stick learning model on economic learning outcomes. The research method uses the post-test. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 14 Medan T.A 2022/2023. The sample in this study were students in class XI IPS-1, XI IPS-2, and IPS-3, wich consisted of 108 students. This sampling technique is total sampling here all members of the population are sampled. The research result obtained tcount = 12,17 and ttabel = 1,647, where tcount (12,17) > ttabel (1.647). Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that there are differences in the economics learning outcomes of students using the Paikem learning model using the Talking Stick learning model.]]>

<![CDATA[The quality of health services by nurses in providing nursing care is a reflection of nurses' performance. A person's performance can be influenced by fleadership and motivational actors. The purpose of the study was to determine the picture and relationship of leadership style and motivation with the performance of implementing nurses in the inpatient room of Jambi Provincial Hospital. This study used a type of quantitative research with a descriptive analytical design, using a cross sectional approach. The research site is at Jambi Provincial Mental Hospital, with 36 implementing nurses. The implementation time is carried out from September 2022 to June 2023. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test. The expected target output is that the performance of the implementing nurse can improve with a good leadership style and motivation. The results of the study obtained an overview of the leadership style of the head of the room in the inpatient room of Jambi Provincial Hospital that the autocratic leadership style was strong 66.7%, democratic 52.8% and laizess 63.9%, the motivation of the implementing nurse in the inpatient room of Jambi Provincial Hospital was more than half the motivation of nurses 52.8% good, the performance of implementing nurses in the inpatient room of Jambi Provincial Hospital was mostly good 61.1% nurse performance. Bivariate analysis found no relationship between leadership style and motivation with the performance of the implementing nurse in the inpatient room of Jambi Provincial Hospital.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangan media pembelajaran. Maka dari itu penelitian yang saya angkat adalah Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Video Animasi Dengan Menggunakan Aplikasi Powtoon Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Tema Perubahan Cuaca Di Kelas 3 SD. Dengan bantuan media pembelajaran guru terbantu didalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran kepada peserta didik juga dimudahkan dalam memahami tema yang telah diajarkan. Peserta didik juga dapat belajar secara mandiri.Jenis model penelitian yang digunakan dalam jenis penelitian dan pengembangan atau research and development (R&D), metode penelitian dan pengembangan adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan suatu produk. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model analysis, desaign, development, implementation, dan evaluation (ADDIE). Namun penelitian ini hanya sampai tahap pengembangan (Development), keterbatasan waktu pelaksanaan penelitian menyebabkan peneliti tidak maksimal jika menggunakan 5 tahapan, maka dari itu penelitian ini hanya sampai tahap pengembanganhasil validasi yang dilakukan oleh ahli media pada tiap-tiap aspek. Aspek navigasi memperoleh dengan persentase 80% termasuk dalam kriteria “Layak”, aspek tulisan memperoleh persentase 81% termasuk dalam kriteria “Sangat Layak”, aspek bahasa memperoleh dengan persentase 80% termasuk dalam kriteria “Layak”, aspek tampilan memperoleh 79% termasuk dalam kriteria “Layak”, dan aspek penyajian media memperoleh persentase 80% termasuk dalam kriteria “Layak”. Sehingga diperoleh keseluruhan persentase 80% termasuk dalam kriteria “Layak” Media pembelajaran video animasi powtoon terhadap pembelajaran tematik tema cuaca khususnya di sub tema II perubahan cuaca di kelas III. Merupakan media pembelajaran yang menarik untuk peserta didik sehingga dengan adanya media pembelajaran ini materi yang disampaikan dapat diterima dengan baik oleh peserta didik.]]>

<![CDATA[After Indonesia's independence, its relationship with Japan thawed. This good relationship is shown by the cultural events that are often held both domestically and abroad. In Indonesia, there are many Japanese cultural events that are popularly known as Japan Pop Culture.J-pop first developed in the 1990s and continues to grow to this day. Manga and anime are examples of two of the most popular J-pop genres in Indonesia, and their popularity has been around for a long time, even ahead of Korean dramas and boy bands. This research seeks to examine the obsession of Makassar teenagers with Japanese Popular Culture, especially manga. This research applies qualitative research methods in which data collection is done by observation and interviews. The results showed that the obsession of Makassar teenagers with Japanese culture cannot be separated from the rapid advancement of information about Japanese culture in the media. For them, learning Japanese culture also brings income and skills.]]>
