Abstract

SMA Santa Clara merupakan sebuah sekolah yang berada di salah satu kabupaten sumba barat daya. Sistem pengajuan cuti pegawai pada SMA Santa Clara dilakukan secara manual. Rancang Bangun Sistem Cuti Pegawai berbasis Web pada SMA Santa Clara diharapkan sebagai penyedia layanan informasi cuti kepada karyawan untuk memudahkan proses pengajuan cuti. penelitian ini merancang sistem informasi cuti pegawai berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Basis Data MySQL. Aplikasi tersebut diharapkan mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ditemui dalam pengelolaan cuti pada SMA Santa Clara. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa E-Cuti Kepegawaian yang terkomputerisasi diasumsikan dapat memudahkan admin dan pegawai SMA Santa Clara memperoleh data pengajuan cuti yang lebih tepat, cepat dan akurat. Adanya E-Cuti ini resiko kehilangan data pengajuan cuti akan berkurang karena sudah tersimpan rapi didalam database dengan aman.

Abstract

Koperasi Simpan Pinjam CU Mera Ndi Ate merupakan badan usaha yang dibangun untuk pertumbuhan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun koperasi ini mempunyai sistem yang tidak efektif dalam proses pendaftaran anggota baru dan pengajuan pinjaman sehingga memakan waktu lebih lama. Dengan permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan sistem kooperatif berbasis Web untuk menganalisa permasalahan yang terjadi. Sistem kerjasama ini dirancang dengan Unified Modeling Language sebagai metode diimplementasikan ke dalam Database sesuai spesifikasi yang dibutuhkan sehingga sistem yang dibuat lebih mudah, tepat dan cepat bagi petugas administrasi dalam menginput registrasi. anggota baru dan melaporkannya kepada ketua koperasi.

Abstract

K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm Implementation in sentiment analysis towards Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Program. Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) is a program that supports students to improve their skills by having direct experience in the work environment to prepare for competition and a future career. MBKM program has been implemented by Indonesia's Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) since 2020. Every policy needs to be evaluated; a simple evaluation can be done through sentiment analysis to determine public responses to the MBKM program. The results are used as suggestions for program improvement. Sentiment analysis is done by applying the Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithm to process crawled data from Twitter, then classified using the K-NN Algorithm. Based on the results, the sentiment is neutral. This illustrates that people are only partially interested in the MBKM program policy. The accuracy of the classification model using the K-NN algorithm is 95%, and an F1-score value of 0.96 for the classification model with a ratio of 80% training data and 20% test data.

Abstract

Abstract This study analyzes product reviews in the market, focusing on the "Kaos Oversize" product, to classify them into positive and negative reviews. The research aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of using K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) and Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) algorithms with Natural Language Processing (NLP) approach in classifying product reviews. The study found that the NLP method achieved a higher accuracy, precision, and recall rate compared to not using NLP. The results suggest that analyzing keywords in reviews can represent the overall opinion of the buyers towards the product, which can be useful information for retailers to evaluate their products and services.

Abstract

Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kabupaten Sumba Barat Daya (BAPPEDA) merupakan badan yang menyelenggarakan kegiatan rencana pembangunan daerah yang ada di kabupaten Sumba Barat Daya. Dalam menjalankan tugas pembangunan daerah BAPPEDA memiliki program musyawarah rencana pembangunan daerah (MUSRENBANG) baik itu tingkat Kecamatan maupun tingkat Kabupaten. Kegiatan musyawarah rencana pembangunan yang berjalan saat ini masih menggunakan sistem yang masih konvensional dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama serta banyak anggaran yang harus dikeluarkan dalam kegiatan ini. Pihak Kecamatan harus menyerahkan cetak data usulan musyawarah rencana pembangunan tingkat kecamatan ke BAPPEDA sebagai pihak penyelenggara. Pihak BAPPEDA sebagai penyelenggara harus memisahkan data usulan berdasarkan Dinas dan Kecamatan. Proses tersebut membutuhkan waktu serta tenaga sehingga tidak efektif dan efisien. Sehingga penulis mencoba mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu pihak Kecamatan dalam melakukan pengajuan usulan dan dalam pembahasan usulan antara pihak Kecamatan, BAPPEDA dapat berjalan cepat dan tepat dengan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD).

Abstract

Technological advancements drive product marketing innovation, facilitating competition in the market. Technology simplifies consumer-seller interaction and enhances understanding of e-commerce in Indonesia. By Sarah Ahmad, a beauty care business in South Jakarta, uses websites, e-commerce, and marketplaces like Shopee to streamline transactions and improve cost, labor, and time efficiency. This study employs SPSS to process and analyze data collected through Observation, Questionnaires, and Interviews. Primary data comes from Google Form questionnaires and employee interviews, while secondary data is sourced from books, e-books, and journals. The Cobit 5 framework is used to assess maturity levels, showing that the DSS01 (Manage Operations) and DSS02 (Manage Service Request and Incident) domains have exceeded targets, with positive GAP values. The audit results using Cobit 5 demonstrate the effectiveness of e-commerce in boosting profitability and customer service. The average maturity level for DSS domains being above target reflects strong performance. Future research could explore other Cobit 5 domains. Abstract

Innovation in learning models is needed to improve the quality of learning and students do not experience boredom. Therefore, e-learning-based learning is implemented which is one of the learning models supported by the use of information technology (IT). The e-learning system has many models with various features including edmodo, moodle and google classroom. With the existence of various e-learning systems, students become more independent and creative. While for teachers, it makes it more innovative and easier to update materials or teaching models according to the demands of the times. In addition, it also makes it easier to control student assignments. However, with the existence of various e-learning systems, it is not yet fully effective in improving learning, this is because in the process of applying e-learning requires a stable internet connection in order to run smoothly, besides that teachers do not fully know how to operate e-learning, comprehensive training is needed for teachers so that they can utilize e-learning optimally.

Abstract

A workshop is a place used to perform various types of repair, maintenance, and modification work on motor vehicles. In a workshop, skilled mechanics will perform various types of work ranging from changing engine oil, repairing brake systems, to modifying the exterior and interior of the vehicle. Workshops are usually equipped with complete equipment and work tools to support the vehicle repair process. Generally, workshops use a manual system in their operations, but, in this modern era, many workshops have used electronic service systems. The purpose of writing this journal is to determine trends, patterns, factors that influence, and anticipation of the advantages and disadvantages of developing web-based services in workshops. The study uses a quantitative method with a survey data collection method. ustomer satisfaction is very important to retain customers and business sustainability. Customer perception of service is greatly influenced by ease of service access, speed of response, and availability of information. Kong Xi Motor is one of the motorcycle repair shops in Bogor Regency, precisely in Kp. Pasir Gaok RT 05/01, Bogor. Kong Xi Motor Workshop still uses manual bookkeeping, which is at risk of damage and loss. With the existence of an information system in the form of a website, it can be easy to manage information data about the workshop. In developing this information system, we chose the qualitative method and the waterfall method.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of information systems on J&T Express delivery services, with a focus on service quality and customer satisfaction. The survey involving 95 respondents showed that key elements such as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have a significant influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty. J&T Express is known for its timely delivery and quick response, supported by an information system that allows real-time tracking of shipment status, so that customers feel more comfortable and informed. Competitive prices for domestic shipping are also one of the main factors attracting customers, although there are some complaints about the high cost of international shipping. Transparency in pricing has also increased customer trust in J&T Express services. In addition, the flexibility of services such as the option of picking up goods from home or office and 24-hour operating hours provides greater convenience, especially for customers with busy schedules. However, several obstacles, such as internet network instability and delivery delays, are still challenges that need to be addressed immediately so as not to negatively affect customer satisfaction and loyalty. The results of this study emphasize the importance of continuous improvement in service quality as well as information systems to maintain J&T Express's competitiveness in the highly competitive delivery services industry.

Abstract

Aplikasi dan Website penjualan Cireng Mercon ini dirancang untuk mempermudah pengguna dalam membeli salah satu jajanan khas Jawa Barat yang sangat populer, yaitu cireng. Cireng terbuat dari tepung tapioka, atau aci dalam bahasa Sunda, dan telah dikenal sejak tahun 1980-an. Hingga saat ini, cireng terus berkembang dengan berbagai inovasi isian, seperti ayam, sosis, maupun bakso. Penulis merancang aplikasi dan website penjualan cireng secara online dengan harapan memudahkan pelayanan jual-beli produk makanan ini secara mudah, cepat, dan akurat. Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengguna dalam mendapatkan produk cireng yang diinginkan dengan proses yang lebih efisien. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah sebuah perancangan dengan judul "Perancangan UI/UX Penjualan Produk Makanan Cireng Mercon Berbasis Mobile." Perancangan ini menggunakan metode Design Thinking, yaitu metode penyelesaian masalah yang berfokus pada pengguna. Tahapan yang digunakan dalam metode ini meliputi Emphatize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Test. Dengan demikian, diharapkan rancangan ini mampu memberikan solusi yang tepat dan relevan untuk kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil dari perancangan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dalam berinteraksi dengan platform penjualan cireng, serta mendorong pertumbuhan bisnis UMKM di sektor kuliner tradisional. Implementasi teknologi dalam penjualan makanan tradisional seperti cireng juga diharapkan dapat melestarikan warisan kuliner Indonesia di era digital.
