Abstract

Perkembangan saat ini mendorong organisasi untuk menggunakan SI/TI untuk menunjang operasional bisnis organisasi. Jika SI/TI organisasi selaras dengan tujuan organisasi, maka tujuan akan tercapai lebih cepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai teknik pengumpulan data audit sistem informasi dengan framework COBIT dan aspek-aspek yang perlu diperhatikan dalam memilih teknik pengumpulan data untuk mengaudit sistem informasi dengan menggunakan framework COBIT.Penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur sebagai sumber data primer dengan menggunakan teknik matriks sintesis untuk menarik kesimpulan dari sumber literatur. Pengumpulan data merupakan aspek penting dalam audit sistem informasi, kualitas data yang diperoleh mempengaruhi keakuratan informasi sistem audit yang diselesaikan. Penentuan teknik pengumpulan data dapat berhubungan dengan tahap pertama audit yaitu. Menentukan ruang lingkup audit, hal ini sangat penting mengingat pengumpulan data mempengaruhi seluruh tahapan sistem informasi audit selanjutnya, termasuk hasil audit.

Abstract

This study develops a strategic plan for Information Systems/Information Technology (IS/IT) at PT XYZ, a distribution company in the plastic packaging sector. The primary objective of the research is to enhance operational efficiency and expand market reach through the optimal utilization of information technology. The methodology employed includes SWOT analysis, PESTLE, and the McFarlan Grid to evaluate the company's internal and external conditions and define the IS/IT implementation strategy. The findings highlight the need for additional features in the Enterprise Business System (EBS) to record retail transactions, the implementation of an e-commerce platform to broaden market access, and the adoption of automation technology in logistics processes to boost productivity. Moreover, the study recommends developing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to strengthen relationships with business partners. A systematically designed five-year implementation roadmap ensures that this strategy supports the company's digital transformation and enhances its performance in the global market.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis Google Maps untuk Sekolah Menengah Atas/Sederajat adalah solusi teknologi yang memanfaatkan platform peta digital untuk mendukung pengelolaan dan analisis data spasial terkait lingkungan sekolah. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memvisualisasikan lokasi sekolah, jalur transportasi, zonasi penerimaan siswa baru, serta aksesibilitas fasilitas umum di sekitarnya. Dengan menggunakan API Google Maps, SIG ini dapat dikembangkan menjadi aplikasi yang interaktif, mudah digunakan, dan dapat diakses melalui perangkat digital. Fitur utama meliputi peta lokasi sekolah, integrasi data zonasi siswa, rute optimal transportasi, dan identifikasi wilayah rawan bencana. Implementasi sistem ini tidak hanya membantu sekolah dalam perencanaan infrastruktur dan tata ruang, tetapi juga mendukung pemerintah daerah dalam pengambilan keputusan berbasis data spasial. Hasilnya adalah efisiensi dalam distribusi sumber daya pendidikan, peningkatan aksesibilitas siswa ke sekolah, serta perencanaan wilayah pendidikan yang lebih baik. Abstract

In the digital era, product reviews on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon have become an important source of information for consumers and sellers. This study develops a system for sentiment analysis of reviews using the Random Forest algorithm and relevant information retrieval with a TF-IDF-based probabilistic model. The data used includes 568,454 product reviews from Amazon, which are processed through data cleaning, tokenization, lemmatization, and feature extraction stages. Sentiments are classified into positive, negative, and neutral. The Random Forest model shows reliable performance with precision, recall, and F1-score of 0.878. The probabilistic search system successfully sorts relevant reviews with a high level of accuracy, which is evaluated using the Mean Average Precision (MAP) metric of 0.878. The results of this study provide significant contributions to improving the e-commerce user experience and supporting data-driven decision making. The approach used opens up opportunities for further research in the fields of natural language processing and machine learning.

Abstract

Online review platforms, such as restaurant search websites and apps, have become a primary source of information for consumers when choosing restaurants. The large number of reviews available provides insights into service quality, food taste, and previous customer experiences. However, the main challenge is managing and extracting relevant information from the diverse and unstructured reviews, which can make it difficult for users to find accurate and relevant information. This study implements an information retrieval system for Indian restaurant reviews using the Vector Space Model (VSM) algorithm to address this challenge. The dataset from Kaggle, containing 10,000 Indian restaurant reviews, was processed through tokenization, stopword removal, stemming, and text normalization. The TF-IDF method was applied for term weighting, and relevance between the user's query and reviews was calculated using VSM. The evaluation results showed a precision of 70.92%, recall of 84.81%, and F1-score of 77.25%, indicating that the system can provide relevant reviews accurately and efficiently. This system could serve as a reference for developing information retrieval systems in the culinary field and other sectors that require effective customer review analysis.

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika di SDN No. 101827 Tuntungan masih dilakukan dengan cara tradisional yang membuat siswa kesulitan memahami konsep-konsep matematika. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, penelitian ini merancang aplikasi pembelajaran matematika berbasis UI/UX dengan pendekatan Design Thinking. Pendekatan ini melibatkan lima langkah utama: Empathize (memahami kebutuhan siswa dan guru), Define (menentukan masalah utama), Ideate (menghasilkan ide desain aplikasi), Prototype (membuat prototipe aplikasi), dan Test (mengujinya dengan pengguna). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dirancang mampu meningkatkan minat dan motivasi siswa dalam belajar matematika melalui fitur interaktif dan elemen visual yang menarik. Guru juga merasa terbantu dengan aplikasi ini dalam menyampaikan materi dengan cara yang lebih efektif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dengan desain yang baik dapat menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, dan aplikasi serupa bisa dikembangkan untuk mata pelajaran lain atau diterapkan di sekolah dengan kebutuhan khusus.

Abstract

Official travel is a crucial activity for government agency employees, including the TPHP Office of Magetan Regency, in carrying out assigned duties. The TPHP Office is responsible for improving performance through inter-unit collaboration. However, official travel management is still conducted conventionally using Microsoft Word for documents such as travel assignment letters (SPT) and travel reports. This approach often leads to formatting and writing errors, slowing down administrative processes. Manual management poses risks of human error, including duplicate numbering and budget miscalculations. Therefore, a web-based application is needed to enhance control and management of official travel, including SPD administration and accommodation expenses. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Official Travel Document Management application for the TPHP Office of Magetan Regency. The RAD method was used for application development, with system testing conducted through functional testing and user acceptance testing. The functional testing results showed a 99.01% compliance rate, with a 0.99% non-compliance rate. User acceptance testing results covered four categories: appearance (83.08% - good), ease of use (86.41% - very good), flow (86.41% - very good), and functionality (89.81% - very good). This application is expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of official travel management.

Abstract

E-commerce is the process of buying, selling and marketing goods and services via the internet. Consumers can buy products, services and anything else online. CV. Upscale Team is a company that operates in the field of building design and construction services. The service process provided by CV. The Upscale Team is still offline and is experiencing problems from clients who are having difficulty monitoring design progress and building construction work stages because progress is currently being explained via chat or telephone which results in less detailed information being received by clients. CV. Upscale Team needs a solution, namely building a web-based e-commerce marketing design and development service that can make it easier for clients to consult and monitor development progress. The method used in this research is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to create web-based e-commerce using Blackbox Testing with the results of the system display, system functions and system flow from the user and admin point of view. The results show that the system can run well. This shows that the e-commerce marketing system at CV. Upscale Team can increase effectiveness and efficiency in service delivery.

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement an information system for buying and selling used goods at UD Candi Rosok, Bagi Village, Madiun District, Madiun Regency. The system was designed using a structured approach by utilizing flowcharts, entity relationship diagrams, and data flow diagrams, and was built using the PHP programming language, CodeIgniter 4 framework, and MySQL database. The design process includes identifying user needs, creating a database design, and developing a user interface. The system implementation successfully integrates features such as goods registration, buying and selling transactions, and transaction reports which make it easier to manage data on used goods and transactions between sellers and buyers. The test results with the System Usability Scale (SUS) score show a score of 75.25, which is included in the "Good" category with Grade B, indicating that this system has met a good level of satisfaction for users. However, there is room for improvement to increase effectiveness and user satisfaction. Overall, this system shows good performance, but further development is still needed to achieve more optimal results.

Abstract

Expert systems have become an important tool in the medical field to assist in the disease diagnosis process. This research aims to design and develop a web-based expert system that uses the forward chaining method to diagnose dental and oral diseases. The forward chaining method was chosen because of its ability to make inferences from known facts towards a final decision or diagnosis. In this research, the author used the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​for web development, and combined knowledge from dental experts to build an expert knowledge system base. The forward chaining method is implemented to link the symptoms entered by the user with possible dental and oral diseases. This expert system was tested using a dataset of relevant symptoms and diseases to test the accuracy of the resulting diagnosis. The test results show that this expert system is able to provide a diagnosis that matches the symptoms entered by the user with a high level of accuracy. Thus, it is hoped that this expert system can help in supporting the process of diagnosing dental and oral diseases efficiently and precisely.
