Abstract

Employee performance does not only include achieving individual targets but also influences the effectiveness and efficiency of achieving organizational goals. This research aims to analyze the influence of work life balance on employee performance. The object of the research was the ASN at the Regional Revenue Agency of Serang Regency. The population and sample size was determined as 56 respondents using total sampling technique. Data analysis uses a simple linear regression approach processed with the SPSS program. The research results show that there is a significant influence of work life balance on employee performance, as indicated by an R Square value of 15.2%. Keywords : Regional Revenue Agency, Employee Performance, Work life balance

Abstract

PT Unilever Indonesia is one of the leading companies in Indonesia operating in the consumer goods industry, and has led this industry for 86 years. The purpose of this research is to determine the analysis of the accounting information system for cash expenditures and receipts that has been implemented at PT. Unilever. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach is a research approach that produces findings without using statistical procedures or other forms of calculation. Through this qualitative approach, the research results obtained are adjusting the applicable rules and procedures by making in-depth observations and not generalizations. An accounting information system is one of the important things that must be in place in managing the implementation of good government. If a company does not have a structured and coherent accounting information system, the entity will easily experience fraud or misappropriation for personal gain. Keywords: accounting information system

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the recruitment of the Voter Data Update Committee (Pantarlih) on the effectiveness of voter data management and budget costs in the 2024 Regional Head Election (Pilkada) in Lampung Province. Pantarlih plays an important role in ensuring accurate and up-to-date voter data, which is the basis for implementing the Pilkada. In addition, this study also examines the influence of the Pantarlih recruitment process on efficient and targeted budget management. The study was conducted using qualitative methods through in-depth interviews with stakeholders and analysis of related documents. The results of the study indicate that a selective and professional recruitment process has a positive impact on the effectiveness of voter data management and budget use, which in turn improves the quality of Pilkada implementation in Lampung Province. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promo Shopee sale dan gratis ongkos kirim terhadap keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa di Bandar Lampung (studi kasus pada mahasiswa fakultas bisnis Universitas Mitra Indonesia). Penelitan ini menggunakan 77 mahasiswa aktif fakultas bisnis Universitas Mitra Indonesia yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik Snowball Sampling yang kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap data data yang telah diperoleh menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. analisis kuantitatif merupakan interpestasi data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian serta hasil pengolahan data yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, koefisien determinasi (R2), uji analisis regresi linaer berganda, uji F dan uji t. Hasil uji dari R-Square menunjukan angka 0,659 ini menunjukan bahwa keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh promo Shopee Sale dan Gratis Ongkir 65% dan 35% dipengaruhi oleh variabel diluar model regresi penelitian ini.

Abstract

Human Resources are an important factor in a company. In order for the activities within the company to run well, employees in the company must have competent abilities in their field, because the success of a company is greatly influenced by employee performance. Formulation of the problem in this research: Does dual role conflict influence employee emotional fatigue, Does workload influence employee emotional fatigue, Does emotional fatigue influence employee performance, Does dual role conflict influence employee performance, Does workload influence employee performance, Does The role of emotional exhaustion mediates the effect of dual role conflict on employee performance. Does the role of emotional exhaustion mediate the effect of workload on employee performance. This research is quantitative research, the population in this research is all female production employees. The technique used was a saturated sample and a sample of 89 employees was obtained. And the analysis in this research uses SEM model analysis using SmartPLS version 4.0. The research results obtained directly from each variable, namely KPG (X1) have a positive and significant effect on KE (M), BK have a positive and significant effect on KE (M), KE (M) have a negative and significant effect on KK (Y), KPG ( * , KE (M) mediates the influence of BK (X2) on KK through (Y) full mediation. Keywords: Dual Role Conflict, Workload, Emotional Exhaustion, and Employee Performance

Abstract

Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Nusanata Bona Pasogit 10 Doloksanggul merupakan salah satu bank perkreditan yang ada di Humbang Hasundutan. Resiko kerugian perbankan terbesar terletak pada produk perkreditan. Untuk meminimalisir hal tersebut penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai prosedur pemberian kredit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Prosedur penyaluran kredit pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Nusantara Bona Pasogit 10 Doloksanggul telah sesuai dengan SOP perkreditan yang berlaku. PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Nusantara Bona Pasogit 10 telah memiliki kebijakan Perkreditan BPR yang didalamnya terdapat proses pemberian kredit hingga penyelesaian kredit. Sehingga diperoleh keseimpulan Prosedur pemberian kredit pada PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Nusantara Bona Pasogit 10 telah dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penetapan harga referensi CPO terhadap penerimaan ekspor berupa pungutan bea keluar atas komoditi CPO dan turunannya selama periode tahun 2021 – 2023 (3 tahun). Penelitian dilakukan pada Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean B Jambi (KPPBC TMP B Jambi) yaitu kantor vertikal dibawah Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai yang memiliki tugas untuk memungut bea keluar dari produk ekspor CPO dan turunannya. Variabel independen dalam penelitian adalah harga referensi CPO sedangkan variable dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah realisasi penerimaan bea keluar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah data harga referensi CPO yang dikeluarkan melalui siaran pers pada laman Kementerian Perdagangan dan data ekspor KPPBC TMP B Jambi periode 3 tahun yang berjumlah 36 data sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji asumsi klasik melalui uji normalitas dan heteroskedatisitas, uji t parsial, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga referensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerimaan bea keluar dimana nilai thitung sebesar 2.849 ttabel 2.032 dengan signifikan 0,007 0,05. Kata Kunci: Harga Referensi, CPO, Penerimaa Bea Keluar
