Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promo Shopee sale dan gratis ongkos kirim terhadap keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa di Bandar Lampung (studi kasus pada mahasiswa fakultas bisnis Universitas Mitra Indonesia). Penelitan ini menggunakan 77 mahasiswa aktif fakultas bisnis Universitas Mitra Indonesia yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik Snowball Sampling yang kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap data data yang telah diperoleh menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. analisis kuantitatif merupakan interpestasi data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian serta hasil pengolahan data yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, koefisien determinasi (R2), uji analisis regresi linaer berganda, uji F dan uji t. Hasil uji dari R-Square menunjukan angka 0,659 ini menunjukan bahwa keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh promo Shopee Sale dan Gratis Ongkir 65% dan 35% dipengaruhi oleh variabel diluar model regresi penelitian ini.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the role of people’s Business Credit on the Development of MSMEs at Bank BRI Unit Kedaton. Methodology/approach: This study used qualitative descriptive methods with primary data sources, namely survey and questionnaire results, and secondary data in the form of journals and articles related to research. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The population used in this study is all KUR customers at Bank BRI Unit Kedaton from to 2020-2022 with a sample of 97 respondents calculated using the Cohcran formula. Results: The results of this study show that the role of KUR has a significant effect on the development of MSMEs in the Kedaton Unit, judging from the t-count test results of 9,708 t-tables > 1,661, and from the determinant test results of 49.8%, and the remaining 50.2% was influenced by other var iabels that were not studied in this study. Limitations: This study used only one independent research variable that affected micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. There are many other independent variables that can explain and possibly influence Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises variables, but researchers did not use them in this final project study. Contribution: The provision of people’s Business Credit (KUR) financing to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is expected to continue to increase so that the wider community can conveniently build or develop a business. Novelty: novelty in this study lies in the time and conditions carried out by the researcher, so as to get differences from the results of the study.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has severely hampered the expansion of the world economy, including Indonesia. In the midst of this challenging situation, businesses are being forced to innovate and fight for their survival. On a positive note, the rapid advancement of digital technology has opened up new opportunities for MSMEs to market their products to a wider audience online. This allows MSMEs to reach a broader market and increase sales. However, to fully capitalize on these opportunities, MSMEs need to improve their human resources (HR) and information technology (IT) capabilities. This is crucial to help them adapt to the various new technologies emerging in the era of Industry 4.0. The government has high hopes for MSMEs to become major players in the development of Indonesia's digital economy. MSME empowerment can be achieved by assisting them in gaining access to finance and ensuring that their products are of sufficient quality to compete in the market. This can increase investor confidence in MSMEs and open up funding opportunities. To enter the online business, MSMEs need to make improvements in several areas, such as product quality, product standardization, HR development, and access to financing. Collaboration between the government and e-commerce platforms is essential to support MSMEs in utilizing digital technology and developing their online businesses. As a commitment to helping MSMEs, Universitas MItra Indonesia is conducting a community service activity with the theme "Building MSME Capacity in Digital Marketing in Way Tebing Cepa Kalianda Tourism Village". This activity is being held in Taman Baru Village, Penengahan District, South Lampung Regency. This activity's primary goal is to teach and advise MSMEs in the community on how to use social media to market their goods and services.

Abstract

Jumlah UMKM di Indonesia pada tahun 2019 adalah lebih kurang 66 juta unit, sedangkan jumlah usaha besar adalah 5.637 unit. Pada periode tahun 2018-2019 menunjukan bahwa ada peningkatan jumlah unit usaha sebesar 1,98%, sedangkan persentase kenaikan untuk usaha besar hanya 1,58%. Data tersebut menunjukan bahwa jumlah UMKM lebih besar bila dibandingkan dengan jumlah usaha besar yang ada di Indonesia. Data ini membuktikan UMKM memiliki peranan penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia, khususnya menyumbangkan jumlah Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) yang cukup tinggi. Namun di tengah perkembangan UMKM muncul berbagai kendala yang seringkali dihadapi pelaku UMKM di desa Mekar Sari Kabupaten Mesuji yaitu masalah permodalan dan pengelolaan keuangan yang belum baik sehingga menyulitkan para pelaku UMKM dalam perolehan kredit/permodalan dari perbankan. Menyadari hal tersebut, kami tim PkM melakukan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya manajemen keuangan bagi UMKM di Desa Mekar Sari Kabupaten Mesuji. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara daring melalui via zoom dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, sosialisasi dan dokumentasi, Subyek dalam kegiatan PKM ini adalah para pelaku UMKM di Desa Mekar Sari Kabupaten Mesuji. Pada tahap ini penyuluhan yang dilakukan adalah peningkatan keterampilan manajemen keuangan yang meliputi perencanaan permodalan, pencatatan keluar masuknya uang dan dibuatnya laporan keuangan UMKM. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan usaha UMKM kedepan sehingga meningkatkan kemampuan para wirausaha dalam mengelola keuangan untuk meningkatkan profit dengan mengembangkan usahanya

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh harga, promosi dan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk IMPLORA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 85 responden. Uji statistic dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structurel Equation Modelling berbasis PLS. Uji validitas menggunakan nilai faktor loading, sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan nilai Cronbach’s alpha, reliabilitas komposit dan Avarage Variance Extracted (AVE). Dari ketiga hipotesis yang diajukan seluruhnya terdukung, namun untuk hipotesis   pertama   dan   ketiga   tidak   signifikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah promosi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian produk IMPLORA, harga dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk IMPLORA. Kata Kunci: harga, promosi, kepercayaan dan keputusan pembelian

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of HR practices on corporate culture, with sustainability practices and social responsibility as intervening variables at Puskesmas Balik Bukit Lampung Barat. Utilizing a total sampling technique, data was collected from 52 employees through an online questionnaire and analyzed using Smart PLS. The results indicate that HR practices have a strong positive effect on both sustainability practices and social responsibility. Furthermore, sustainability practices significantly influence corporate culture and act as a mediator between HR practices and corporate culture, while social responsibility does not show a significant direct or mediating effect. The findings highlight the crucial role of HR practices in fostering sustainability, which in turn shapes the corporate culture. This study provides valuable insights for healthcare organizations to improve their corporate culture and service delivery through strategic HR practices focused on sustainability and social responsibility. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh praktik SDM terhadap budaya perusahaan, dengan praktik keberlanjutan dan tanggung jawab sosial sebagai variabel intervening di Puskesmas Balik Bukit Lampung Barat. Dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling, data dikumpulkan dari 52 karyawan melalui kuesioner online dan dianalisis menggunakan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik SDM memiliki pengaruh positif yang kuat terhadap praktik keberlanjutan dan tanggung jawab sosial. Lebih lanjut, praktik keberlanjutan secara signifikan mempengaruhi budaya perusahaan dan bertindak sebagai mediator antara praktik SDM dan budaya perusahaan, sementara tanggung jawab sosial tidak menunjukkan efek langsung atau mediasi yang signifikan. Temuan ini menyoroti peran penting praktik SDM dalam mendorong keberlanjutan, yang pada gilirannya membentuk budaya perusahaan. Studi ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi organisasi layanan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan budaya perusahaan dan penyediaan layanan mereka melalui praktik-praktik SDM strategis yang berfokus pada keberlanjutan dan tanggung jawab sosial.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of leadership styles, organizational culture, and innovation on the performance of private educational institutions in Bogor City. A quantitative research design was employed, collecting data from 150 respondents using structured questionnaires. The analysis involved descriptive statistics, correlation, multiple regression, and moderation analysis. The results indicate that transformational leadership, organizational culture, and innovation significantly contribute to school performance, with innovation being the strongest predictor. Furthermore, the study finds that a strong organizational culture amplifies the positive effects of transformational leadership. These findings highlight the critical roles of leadership, culture, and innovation in enhancing the performance of private schools. The study provides valuable insights for school leaders and policymakers seeking to improve educational outcomes in private institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and test whether the variables of facilities and prices have an effect on tourist satisfaction at the Pahawang Island Tourism Object. The data collection technique was carried out by giving questionnaires to visitors, in sampling using the Slovin formula by obtaining a sample of 98 respondents. In this study, through partial testing, it can be seen that the facility variable does not have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction, while the price variable has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction at the Pahawang Island Tourism Object (case study of PT. Abstract

Community service programs often operate in complex environments where social, economic, and cultural factors intersect, creating diverse risks that threaten their effectiveness and sustainability. This study explores an integrated approach to risk management in community service, combining principles from ISO 31000 with community-based participatory methods. Using a qualitative multi-case study design, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions, and document analysis across 17 community programs in Southeast Asia from 2020 to 2024. The findings highlight key risk categories, including volunteer safety incidents, funding discontinuities, cultural misalignment, and data privacy breaches. Programs employing integrated risk management strategies demonstrated significant improvements in risk preparedness and mitigation outcomes. For instance, preventive measures such as GPS tracking for volunteers and diversified donor portfolios reduced preventable incidents by 37% and enhanced program continuity. Additionally, participatory approaches involving community advisory boards identified 22% more contextual risks compared to top-down methods. This study proposes a five-phase implementation model emphasizing stakeholder collaboration, adaptive monitoring, and real-time feedback loops to address dynamic risks effectively. The results underscore the importance of embedding risk communication, prioritizing resources strategically, and fostering cultural brokerage to enhance program resilience. By aligning theoretical frameworks with practical applications, this research provides actionable insights for policymakers and practitioners seeking to harmonize risk management with social impact goals. Future studies should explore the long-term cost-effectiveness of participatory models and the potential of AI-driven risk prediction tools in resource-constrained settings. This integrated approach offers a pathway to more sustainable and impactful community service initiatives.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions Yamaha Nmax at PT Yamaha Bahana Lampung. The population in this study were consumers who bought Yamaha Nmax at PT Yamaha Bahana Lampung from July to October 2020 with a total of 37 consumers. The sample used is the entire population because there are few respondents. Primary data collection using a questionnaire. The questionnaire was processed and tested for validity and reliability, after which the questionnaire was distributed to the research sample. This study uses simple linear regression. From the results of the test and analysis, promotion has a significant effect on the purchase decision of Yamaha Nmax at PT Yamaha Bahana Lampung by 59.8%, the remaining 40.2% is from variables or other factors not examined.
