Abstract

ABSTRACT Early childhood education (Grades 1, 2, and 3) is a critical transition phase that requires teachers to possess not only pedagogical skills but also mental toughness or resilience. This study aims to analyze the impact of teacher psychological resilience on the quality of classroom interaction and student well-being. Using a library research method, this study collected and analyzed various relevant literature sources. The results show that teachers with high resilience are able to manage stress and workload effectively, creating a warm, safe, and cheerful classroom atmosphere. Conversely, burnt-out teachers may spread negative emotions that diminish students' learning motivation. In conclusion, teacher mental health is the primary foundation for student happiness in school. This study suggests the importance of mental health support and reducing administrative burdens for teachers to improve the quality of primary education
