Abstract

ABSTRAK Dalam bank syari’ah, kegiatan operasional dan manajemennya harus sesuai dengan ketentuan syariah yang menghindari riba, gharar (ketidakjelasan), dan aktivitas yang dilarang oleh Islam. Penelitian ini membahas konsep dan praktik manajemen di bank syari’ah dengan fokus pada penerapan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam operasionalnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen bank syari’ah mengintegrasikan aspek bisnis dan kepatuhan syariah dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, manajemen risiko, serta tata kelola dan pengawasan syariah. Kepatuhan terhadap prinsip syariah dan tata kelola yang transparan menjadi faktor kunci dalam menjaga kepercayaan dan keberlanjutan bank. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang pentingnya manajemen yang berorientasi syariah untuk mendukung perkembangan perbankan syari’ah di Indonesia.   ABSTRACT In Islamic banking, operational and management activities must comply with Sharia provisions that avoid usury, gharar (uncertainty), and activities prohibited by Islam. This study discusses the concepts and practices of management in Islamic banks with a focus on the application of Sharia principles in their operations. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results show that Islamic bank management integrates business aspects and Sharia compliance in human resource management, risk management, and Sharia governance and supervision. Compliance with Sharia principles and transparent governance are key factors in maintaining trust and sustainability of the bank. This study provides a deep understanding of the importance of Sharia-oriented management to support the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kontribusi ekonomi kreatif terhadap PDB Indonesia telah meningkat pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir.  Pada tahun 2023, ekonomi kreatif menyumbang lebih dari 7,4% dari PDB nasional, dengan kriya, fesyen, dan kuliner sebagai subsektor yang paling signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran ekonomi kreatif dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal di Indonesia melalui pendekatan studi literatur kualitatif. Ekonomi kreatif telah menjadi pendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dengan kontribusi signifikan terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan penciptaan lapangan kerja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang berfokus pada pemahaman mendalam tentang fenomena sosial-ekonomi yang kompleks, seperti peran ekonomi kreatif dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal. Kajian ini menelaah 20 sumber ilmiah dari tahun 2019–2024 untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara ekonomi kreatif, kearifan lokal, dan pembangunan berbasis komunitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekonomi kreatif berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, memperkuat identitas budaya lokal, dan membuka akses pasar untuk produk lokal. Pendekatan partisipatif, pelatihan keterampilan, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital menjadi faktor kunci dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif yang berkelanjutan. Studi ini juga menyoroti tantangan berupa keterbatasan infrastruktur, akses permodalan, dan dukungan kebijakan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan kolaborasi lintas sektor antara pemerintah, akademisi, dan komunitas lokal dalam menciptakan ekosistem ekonomi kreatif yang tangguh. ABSTRACT The contribution of the creative economy to Indonesia's GDP has grown rapidly in recent years.  In 2023, the creative economy contributed more than 7.4% of the national GDP, with crafts, fashion, and culinary arts as the most significant subsectors. This study aims to analyze the role of the creative economy in empowering local communities in Indonesia through a qualitative literature review approach. The creative economy has become a driver of inclusive economic growth, with significant contributions to the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and job creation. This research is qualitative research that focuses on a deep understanding of complex socio-economic phenomena, such as the role of the creative economy in empowering local communities. This review examined 20 scholarly sources from 2019–2024 to explore the relationship between creative industries, local wisdom, and community-based development. The findings indicate that the creative economy plays a critical role in enhancing community welfare, strengthening cultural identity, and expanding market access for local products. Participatory approaches, skills training, and the use of digital technology are key factors in sustainable creative industry development. The study also highlights challenges such as limited infrastructure, access to capital, and policy support. Therefore, cross-sector collaboration among government, academia, and local communities is essential to build a resilient creative economy ecosystem.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Konsep produksi dalam ekonomi Islam menekankan keseimbangan antara pemenuhan kebutuhan manusia, keadilan sosial, dan pelestarian lingkungan, berbeda dengan paradigma produksi konvensional yang berorientasi pada keuntungan semata. Namun, dalam praktiknya, banyak aktivitas produksi di negara-negara Muslim belum sepenuhnya menerapkan nilai-nilai Maqashid Syariah dan prinsip keberlanjutan, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakadilan sosial dan kerusakan lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memahami bagaimana nilai-nilai syariah dan keberlanjutan dapat diintegrasikan dalam aktivitas produksi agar menciptakan sistem produksi yang etis, adil, dan ramah lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur dan analisis konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Maqashid Syariah memberikan kerangka normatif yang melindungi lima aspek utama kehidupan, yakni agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan, dan harta, yang menjadi dasar aktivitas produksi dalam Islam. Prinsip keberlanjutan menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan sumber daya secara bertanggung jawab demi kelangsungan generasi sekarang dan mendatang. Integrasi keduanya menciptakan paradigma produksi yang holistik dan berkelanjutan, sekaligus menjadi landasan penting bagi kebijakan dan praktik produksi kontemporer. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konsep produksi Islam yang berlandaskan Maqashid Syariah dan keberlanjutan mampu menjawab tantangan ekonomi modern dengan prinsip keadilan sosial dan pelestarian lingkungan. ABSTRACT The concept of production in Islamic economics emphasizes a balance between fulfilling human needs, ensuring social justice, and preserving the environment, in contrast to the conventional production paradigm that is primarily profit-oriented. However, in practice, many production activities in Muslim countries have not fully implemented the values of Maqashid Shariah and sustainability principles, potentially leading to social injustice and environmental degradation. This study aims to understand how Shariah values and sustainability can be integrated into production activities to create an ethical, fair, and environmentally friendly production system. The research employs a qualitative method with a literature review and conceptual analysis approach. The findings indicate that Maqashid Shariah provides a normative framework that safeguards five essential aspects of life—religion, life, intellect, lineage, and wealth—which serve as the foundation for production activities in Islam. The principle of sustainability underscores the importance of responsible resource management for the continuity of both present and future generations. The integration of these two concepts creates a holistic and sustainable production paradigm, serving as an essential foundation for contemporary production policies and practices. This study concludes that the Islamic production concept, grounded in Maqashid Shariah and sustainability, can address modern economic challenges through the principles of social justice and environmental preservation.

Abstract

The creative economy is now recognized as one of the main drivers of sustainable economic development and plays a significant role in strengthening national economic resilience. Based on the creative economy approach, economic resilience can be achieved through the implementation of diversification and innovation principles. The creative economy promotes the expansion of economic sectors by developing fields such as art, design, music, film, and technology, thereby enabling the formation of a more adaptive economic structure. This diversification offers protection against fluctuations in certain sectors, as other sectors can compensate for the impact. In addition, the creative economy contributes to enhancing economic resilience through job creation, new entrepreneurial opportunities, and the strengthening of cultural diversity and social integration. Within the framework of Michael Porter’s strategic theory, the development of this sector can be directed through three main strategies: low-cost strategy, differentiation strategy, and focus strategy. This study aims to formulate policy recommendations for the government regarding strategies for developing the creative economy to support economic resilience in Indonesia. By employing a literature review method, this research explores the real and specific conditions of the creative economy sector based on available empirical references. The findings indicate that systematically and integratively developed creative economy strategies have positive prospects for reinforcing economic resilience. Therefore, it is recommended that the government pay attention to supportive regulatory and policy frameworks, enhanced access to funding and investment, capacity building through education and training, optimization of promotion and marketing, the development of collaboration and partnership networks, as well as adequate infrastructure provision.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Transparansi dan akuntabilitas merupakan bentuk tanggung jawab pemerintah kepada masyarakat atas kinerja dalam pemanfaatan sumber daya yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk manganalisis transparansi dalam pelaksanaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Kalurahan (APBKal) di Kalurahan Sumberagung, Kabupaten Bantul, tahun anggaran 2024, berdasarkan regulasi nasional dan lokal yang relevan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan mengkaji bagaimana kerangka regulasi seperti Permendagri No. 20/2018, PP No. 60/2014, dan Perbup Bantul No. 59/2022 membentuk praktik penganggaran dan keterbukaan informasi publik di tingkat kalurahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kalurahan Sumberagung telah patuh secara formal terhadap ketentuan hukum melalui mekanisme Musyawarah Kalurahan (Muskal), Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Kalurahan (RKP), dan penggunaan aplikasi Siskeudes. Meskipun demikian, tantangan masih ada dalam meningkatkan partisipasi warga dan keterjangkauan informasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun kepatuhan regulatif sudah kuat, semangat transparansi perlu lebih diinternalisasi dan diperkuat secara sosial. Dengan demikian, Kalurahan Sumberagung telah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip transparansi dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa, meskipun masih terdapat tantangan dalam efektivitas penggunaan anggaran. ABSTRACT Transparency and accountability are forms of government responsibility to the public for its performance in utilizing available resources. This study aims to analyze transparency in the implementation of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBKal) in Sumberagung Village, Bantul Regency, for the 2024 fiscal year, based on relevant national and local regulations. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, examining how regulatory frameworks such as Permendagri No. 20/2018, PP No. 60/2014, and Perbup Bantul No. 59/2022 shape budgeting practices and public information disclosure at the village level. The research findings indicate that Sumberagung Village has formally complied with legal provisions through mechanisms such as the Village Assembly (Muskal), the Village Government Work Plan (RKP), and the use of the Siskeudes application. However, challenges remain in enhancing citizen participation and information accessibility. This study concludes that although regulatory compliance is strong, the spirit of transparency needs to be further internalized and strengthened socially. Thus, Sumberagung Village has implemented transparency principles in village financial management, although challenges remain in the effectiveness of budget utilization

Abstract

ABSTRAK Meningkatnya persaingan ekonomi global mendorong negara-negara untuk mengembangkan instrumen diplomasi ekonomi berbasis soft power, tidak lagi semata mengandalkan kekuatan ekonomi konvensional. Dalam konteks ini, ekonomi kreatif dan industri halal dipandang strategis karena mampu mengintegrasikan nilai ekonomi, budaya, dan identitas nasional dalam satu kerangka diplomasi internasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kontribusi sinergis ekonomi kreatif dan industri halal dalam mendukung diplomasi ekonomi internasional Indonesia. Urgensi penelitian ini didorong oleh meningkatnya permintaan global terhadap produk halal yang diperkirakan mencapai USD 3,2 triliun pada 2024, serta peran ekonomi kreatif sebagai motor pertumbuhan inklusif berbasis ide, inovasi, dan diferensiasi produk. Meskipun kedua sektor tersebut berkembang pesat, kajian yang mengintegrasikan ekonomi kreatif dan industri halal dalam perspektif diplomasi ekonomi masih relatif terbatas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis melalui kajian literatur. Data diperoleh dari laporan organisasi internasional, kebijakan pemerintah, serta publikasi akademik yang relevan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis isi dan tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola hubungan antara ekonomi kreatif, industri halal, dan diplomasi ekonomi.Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa diplomasi ekonomi berbasis ekonomi kreatif dan industri halal berfungsi sebagai instrumen soft power yang efektif, khususnya melalui subsektor fesyen muslim, kuliner halal, pariwisata ramah muslim, dan media digital kreatif. Sinergi kedua sektor tersebut memperkuat posisi tawar Indonesia di pasar global, mendorong diversifikasi ekspor, serta memperluas pengaruh diplomasi budaya. Implikasi penelitian menegaskan pentingnya kolaborasi lintas sektor, harmonisasi kebijakan, dan penguatan national branding agar Indonesia mampu memosisikan diri sebagai pusat ekonomi halal global berbasis kreativitas. ABSTRACT The increasing intensity of global economic competition has encouraged countries to develop economic diplomacy instruments based on soft power, rather than relying solely on conventional economic strength. In this context, the creative economy and the halal industry are considered strategic sectors, as they integrate economic value, cultural expression, and national identity within an international diplomacy framework. This study aims to analyze the synergistic contribution of the creative economy and the halal industry in supporting Indonesia’s international economic diplomacy. The urgency of this research is driven by the growing global demand for halal products, which is projected to reach USD 3.2 trillion by 2024, alongside the role of the creative economy as a driver of inclusive growth based on ideas, innovation, and product differentiation. Despite the rapid development of both sectors, studies that integrate the creative economy and the halal industry from an economic diplomacy perspective remain limited. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach through a literature review. Data were collected from international organization reports, government policy documents, and relevant academic publications, and were analyzed using content analysis and thematic analysis to identify patterns linking the creative economy, the halal industry, and economic diplomacy. The findings indicate that creative economy– and halal-based economic diplomacy functions as an effective soft power instrument, particularly through Muslim fashion, halal culinary products, Muslim-friendly tourism, and creative digital media. The synergy between these two sectors strengthens Indonesia’s bargaining position in the global market, promotes export diversification, and expands the influence of cultural diplomacy. The implications of this study highlight the importance of cross-sector collaboration, policy harmonization, and the strengthening of national branding to position Indonesia as a global hub for a creativity-based halal economy.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kemudahan penggunaan dan kepercayaan pelanggan menjadi isu penting yang memengaruhi minat konsumen dalam menggunakan GoFood. Jika aplikasi dirasa kurang praktis atau pelanggan mengalami masalah yang menurunkan kepercayaan, minat mereka untuk menggunakan layanan ini dapat menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis efek kemudahan penggunaan dan kepercayaan terhadap minat menggunakan gojek. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari para mahasiswa stiem bongaya yang menggunakan aplikasi gojek dimana pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga menetapkan sampel sebanyak 87 responden. Hasil kuesioner tersebut telah diuji validitas dan realibiltasnya, juga diuji asumsi klasik berupa asumsi Normalitas, Asumsi Multikoloneritas, dan Heteroskedastisitas. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan dibantu oleh program SPSS 27. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan dan kepercayaan, baik diuji secara terpisah maupun bersama-sama, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan Gojek. Artinya, semakin praktis aplikasi dioperasikan dan semakin kuat kepercayaan pengguna, maka semakin tinggi pula ketertarikan mereka untuk memanfaatkan layanan Gojek. ABSTRACT Ease of use and customer trust are important issues that influence consumer interest in using GoFood. If the application is perceived as impractical or customers experience problems that reduce trust, their interest in using this service can decrease. This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of ease of use and trust on interest in using Gojek. Data collection used primary data obtained from Bongaya College students who use the Gojek application. Sampling using the Slovin formula determined a sample of 87 respondents. The results of the questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability, as well as classical assumptions such as Normality, Multicollinearity, and Heteroscedasticity. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS 27 program. The research findings revealed that ease of use and trust, whether tested separately or together, have a positive and significant effect on interest in using Gojek. This means that the more practical the application is to operate and the stronger the user's trust, the higher their interest in using Gojek services.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kepuasan nasabah adalah perasaan senang atau kecewa yang dirasakan nasabah setelah membandingkan kinerja (hasil) produk atau layanan yang mereka terima dengan ekspektasi awal mereka; jika kinerja sesuai atau melebihi ekspektasi, nasabah puas, dan jika di bawah ekspektasi, nasabah kecewa, yang berdampak pada loyalitas, pembelian ulang, dan rekomendasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi persepsi konsumen terhadap tingkat kepuasan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap nasabah di PT. Bank Sulselbar KCP Antang Makassar. Penelitian kuantitatif ini dapat diklasifikasikan sebagai penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Populasi penelitian mencakup 38.580 nasabah, sedangkan penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga ditetapkan sampel sebesar 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase yang diolah dengan SPSS 27. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan dan kepercayaan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, memiliki pengaruh positif dan substansial terhadap minat menggunakan Gojek. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen hubungan pelanggan dan kepercayaan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, memiliki pengaruh positif dan substansial terhadap kepuasan nasabah. ABSTRACT Customer satisfaction is the feeling of pleasure or disappointment experienced by customers after comparing the performance (results) of a product or service they receive with their initial expectations; if performance meets or exceeds expectations, customers are satisfied, and if it falls short of expectations, customers are disappointed, which impacts loyalty, repeat purchases, and recommendations. This study aims to evaluate consumer perceptions of satisfaction levels. This study was conducted on customers at PT. Bank Sulselbar KCP Antang Makassar. This quantitative research can be classified as associative quantitative research. The study population included 38,580 customers, while sampling used the Slovin formula, thus determining a sample size of 100 respondents. This study used quantitative descriptive analysis with percentages processed with SPSS 27. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh potensi kekayaan budaya Banten yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal sebagai sumber daya ekonomi kreatif karena keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, keterbatasan kapasitas pelaku kreatif, dan kebijakan pemerintah daerah yang belum terintegrasi dengan baik. Studi ini bertujuan merumuskan strategi berkelanjutan dengan menganalisis peran teknologi digital dan dukungan pemerintah daerah. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen, hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya tren positif pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif di Banten. Strategi yang diperlukan mencakup pemanfaatan digital untuk pemasaran dan inovasi, peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, serta kebijakan pemerintah yang mendukung melalui regulasi, fasilitasi, dan perlindungan kekayaan intelektual. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kolaborasi multi-stakeholder diperlukan untuk mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi, penciptaan lapangan kerja, dan pelestarian budaya yang berkelanjutan. ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the potential of Banten's cultural wealth which has not been optimally utilized as a creative economic resource due to limited digital infrastructure, limited capacity of creative actors, and regional government policies that have not been well integrated. It aims to formulate sustainable strategies by examining the role of digital technology and local government support. Using a qualitative approach involving interviews, observations, and document analysis, the findings reveal a positive growth trend in Banten's creative economy. Necessary strategies include digital utilization for marketing and innovation, human resource capacity building, and supportive government policies through regulation, facilitation, and intellectual property protection. The study concludes that multi-stakeholder collaboration is essential to achieve sustainable economic growth, job creation, and dynamic cultural preservation.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pertumbuhan ekonomi perkotaan di Indonesia semakin bergantung pada sektor berbasis kreativitas dan inovasi, terutama di era digital. Kota Surabaya sebagai pusat kegiatan ekonomi Jawa Timur memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif melalui berbagai subsektor seperti kriya (craft), fashion, kuliner, desain, musik, film dan video, penerbitan, permainan digital, serta jasa kreatif lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran ekonomi kreatif sebagai solusi strategis dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi literatur terhadap data sekunder yang bersumber dari artikel jurnal ilmiah, publikasi Badan Pusat Statistik, laporan Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif, serta dokumen kebijakan terkait. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa ekonomi kreatif berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Surabaya melalui penciptaan nilai tambah, penyerapan tenaga kerja, penguatan UMKM, dan efek multiplikatif terhadap sektor lain seperti perdagangan, jasa, dan pariwisata. Perkembangan subsektor ekonomi kreatif, baik secara kuantitatif maupun berbasis komunitas, memperlihatkan perannya dalam memperkuat struktur ekonomi perkotaan. Meskipun demikian, pengembangan ekonomi kreatif masih menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan akses permodalan, literasi digital, dan penguatan ekosistem kebijakan. Oleh karena itu, ekonomi kreatif berpotensi menjadi motor pertumbuhan ekonomi Surabaya yang berkelanjutan apabila didukung kebijakan yang terintegrasi dan kolaboratif.   A B S T R A CT Urban economic growth in Indonesia is increasingly dependent on creativity and innovation-based sectors, especially in the digital era. As the economic center of East Java, the city of Surabaya has great potential for creative economic development through various sub-sectors such as crafts, fashion, culinary arts, design, music, film and video, publishing, digital games, and other creative services. This study aims to analyze the role of the creative economy as a strategic solution for enhancing economic growth in the City of Surabaya. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a literature review of secondary data sourced from academic journal articles, publications of the Central Bureau of Statistics, reports from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, and relevant policy documents. The findings indicate that the creative economy contributes to Surabaya’s economic growth through value creation, employment generation, strengthening of creative MSMEs, and multiplier effects on related sectors such as trade, services, and tourism. The development of creative economy subsectors, both quantitatively and through community-based initiatives, demonstrates their role in reinforcing the urban economic structure. Nevertheless, the growth of the creative economy still faces challenges, including limited access to capital, uneven digital literacy, and the need for stronger policy ecosystems. Therefore, the creative economy has strong potential to become a sustainable driver of Surabaya’s economic growth if supported by integrated and collaborative policies.
