Abstract

The textile and garment industry sector is an industry that processes fiber into yarn or fabric. This research is aimed at analyzing and determining the influence of Total Asset Turnover, Current Ratio, and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return On Equity. Testing is carried out both partially and simultaneously with the research methods used are descriptive methods and verification methods. This research used seven samples of companies with a total of 49 data. The results of this research indicate that Total Asset Turnover has a significant effect on Return On Equity. Meanwhile, the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio variables do not have a significant effect on Return On Equity. Simultaneously, the variables Total Asset Turnover, Current Ratio, and Debt to Equity Ratio do not have a significant effect on Return On Equity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, to determine the effect of work experience on employee performance and to determine the effect of work discipline and work experience on employee performance at PT Galeri Print Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 30 employees of PT Galeri Print Indonesia using the Saturated Sampling Technique, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples so that the sample used in this study was 30 people. The results of this study obtained r table 0,374. The first hypothesis obtained results tcount > ttable (6,350 > 2,052) with a significant level <0,05 (sig. 0,000 > 0,05) then Ha is accepted. So that there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance at PT Galeri Print Indonesia. The second hypothesis is the result of tcount > ttable (5,237 > 2,052) with a level significant < 0,05 (sig. 0,000 > 0,05) then Ha is accepted. so that there is a significant influence between work experience on employee performance at PT Galeri Print Indonesia. The third hypothesis obtained the results of Fcount > Ftable (21.117 > 3.35) with a significant level of < 0,05 (sig. 0,000 > 0,05) so there is a significant influence of work discipline and work experience variables on employee performance at PT Galeri Print Indonesia. The conclusion from this study is that there is a significant influence between work discipline and work experience on the performance of employees of PT Galeri Print Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development on employee performance, to determine the effect of work performance on employee performance and to determine the effect of career development and career development together on employee performance at Sinar Utama Manufacture Company Serang. This research uses a quantitative approach. As for the population in this study were 43 employees of Sinar Utama Manufacture Company Serang. while the sample with the sample technique was saturated so that the sample taken was entirely from the population with a sample of 43 employees. The results of this study in the first hypothesis have a significant effect between career development on employee performance at Sinar Utama Manufacture Company Serang. in the t test, obtained results tcount> ttable (4.220> 2.017) with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 <0 , 05) so that the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the Zero Hypothesis (H0) is rejected. The Second Hypothesis there is a significant influence between work performance on employee performance at Sinar Utama Manufacture Company Serang. in the t test, the results obtained tcount> ttable (2.142> 2.017) with a significance level of 0.04 (0.04 <0.05) so The Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the Zero Hypothesis (H0) is rejected. Third Hypothesis there is an influence between career development and work performance on employee performance at Sinar Utama Manufacture Company Serang. with a decision of Fcount> Ftable (14,394> 3,232) with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 <0.05) with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 <0.05) so that the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the Zero Hypothesis (H0) is rejected.

Abstract

Human resources are the most valuable assets owned by an organization. Therefore, it is important to maintain it well, because the company's progress depends on the human resources it has. This research aims to analyze the influence of work appreciation and work motivation on employee performance. The method used in this research is associative research with a causality approach. The population in this study were employees who worked at PT Sumbu Energi Abadi Serang-Banten, namely 35 employees and the sample used was 35 respondents. Data analysis used SPSS version 26 software tools. The results of this research were that all hypotheses developed were well accepted, which means all hypotheses had a positive and significant influence.

Abstract

Human resources, especially in the government sector, are vital for realizing good governance. To realize good governance, it is essential to incentives attention to employee performance. This research aims to analyze employee performance regarding incentives and career paths. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a PLS-SEM-based causality approach, which is analyzed using the SmartPLS software tool. The sample used in this research was 35 employees. The results of this research answer entirely the proposed hypothesis, where it is partially tested that incentives and career paths can influence employee performance. Career paths also have a positive and significant impact on incentives. Likewise, incentives can mediate between career paths and employee performance positively and significantly.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation and productivity on employee performance at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Serang Branch. Both directly and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used a saturated side and the sample obtained in this study was 77 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, class assumption tests, and regression analysis. The results of the hypothesis research (X1) can be seen t count > t table value (3.654 > 1.993) with "sig" 0.01 < 0.05. So H1 is accepted. So the conclusion is that there is a significant influence of work motivation on employee performance. Hypothesis (X2) can be seen t count > t table value (4.161>1.993) with "sig" 0.01<0.05. So H2 is accepted. So the conclusion is that there is a significant influence of work productivity on employee performance. Hypothetical (Y) F count > F table value (33.490 > 2.727) with "sig" 0.01 < 0.05. So H3 is accepted. So the conclusion is that simultaneously there is a significant influence on work motivation and work productivity on employee performance. PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Serang Branch.
