Abstract

At this time the company is required to apply the quality standards of the products and services it produces. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality  on consumer satisfaction as one of the most popular beauty products. This study was conducted with a quantitative approach and associative research design with a sample of 127 respondents. The instrument used by researchers is a questionnaire. Quality testing on research instruments is a test of validity and reliability. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, while for hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 25. The results of this study explain that there is relationship between product quality on consumer satisfaction with a correlation coefficient value below 0.05. This analysis is only carried out in one company and does not consider other variables or moderator variables that influence customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The OSS-Based Business Licensing Field Assistance Program is one of the strategies that aims to make it easier for MSME actors to manage business license. This program is carried out with a ball pickup system to each village with the services served focusing on assistance in registering business permits through OSS. In this study, the author used a type of qualitative research with a descriptive method. The analysis in this study uses implementation theory from Charles O. Jones. The research findings show that the implementation of the program has run well but has not been fully optimized. It is seen that there are indicators that are still not met, including the shortcomings of the number of OSS operators, not yet established maximum coordination from stakeholders, socialization that is not optimal, does not have a fixed schedule, and system errors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh green product dan service quality terhadap purchase decision pada Fore Coffee di Jakarta Pusat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 pelanggan Fore Coffee. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green product dan service quality berpengaruh positif terhadap purchase decision. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin baik green product dan service quality yang ditawarkan oleh Fore Coffee, maka semakin besar kemungkinan pelanggan untuk melakukan pembelian.

Abstract

Legal developments in essence will create a renewal in an effort to create justice, legal theories as a study of law enforcement to create a sense of justice in the process, Restorative Justice is an effort to create a sense of justice itself through the study of relevant legal theories that are concerned with the balance of a case in the possibility of Restorative Justice, by using the method of analysis of concepts and theories, then the formulation of the issue arises how is the role of Legal Theory in Restorative Justice Cases? Law is an important element in the foundation of the need and causal approach of the object of the case which is the role of the legal process itself in achieving justice and by legal theory will underlie reform for the sake of justice in the form of restorative justice. Abstrak Perkembangan Hukum pada Hakikatnya akan menciptakan suatu pembaharuan dalam usaha menciptakan suatu keadilan, Teori-teori hukum sebagai telaah pada penegakan hukum untuk mencitakan rasa keadialan, Restorative Justice menjadi upaya dalam menciptakan rasa keadilan itu sendiri melalui telaah teori hukum yang relevan yang menjadi konsen pada perimbangan suatu perkara dalam kemungkinan adanya Restorative Justice, dengan mengunakan metode analisa Konsep dan teori, maka muncul rumusan isu bagaimana peranan Teori Hukum dalam Restorative Justice sebuah perkara ?, berdasarkan dengan ini maka adanya proses dari teori hukum dalam dinamika Pembaharuan Hukum, yang memunculkan simpulan bahwa Teori hukum merupakan unsur penting pada pondasi pendekatan kebutuhan dan sebab akibat dari objek perkara yang merupakan peranan dari proses hukum itu sendiri mencapai keadilan dan oleh teori hukum akan melandasi pembaharuan demi keadilan berupa restorative justice. Abstract

ABSTRACT The strengthening and promotion of Balinese Culture in the City of Denpasar is manifested in the form of policies to achieve the goals set through the Regional Development Vision of Bali Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Bali which is realized by creating a collaborative governance. The collaboration that took place to achieve this goal was carried out by several collaborators, namely from the government sector (Denpasar City Culture Office, Denpasar City Tourism Office, and Denpasar City Traditional Village Council); private sector (Naluri Manca); and community owners of MSMEs in Denpasar City. By carrying out good collaboration management, the objectives of the related collaboration above are expected to be able to create strengthening and promotion of culture in the city of Denpasar itself. This study aims to find out how the implementation of collaborative governance in advancing Balinese culture in the city of Denpasar. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that collaborative governance that is running in advancing Balinese culture in the city of Denpasar is still not maximal in fulfilling the indicators or criteria for the success of a collaboration. This can be seen from the eight indicators used, only four indicators are able to be fulfilled by the ongoing collaboration, where this collaboration has not been able to meet the indicators of network structure, governance, trust among the participants, and access to resources.

Abstract

Services provided to the public (community) with good ethics will bring satisfaction to service users. Public service ethics is one of the elements that greatly determines the satisfaction of the public served as well as the success of the public service organization itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of public service ethics on community satisfaction in Pau Village, Manggarai Regency. This research was conducted using a quantitative research method which aims to determine the effect of public service ethics (variable X) on community satisfaction (variable Y) in Pau Village, Manggarai Regency using a correlation approach. The primary data of this study are the people of Pau Village with a sampling of 100 respondents. The results showed that public service ethics had a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in Pau Village with an R2 result of 0.780, this means that community satisfaction was influenced by public service ethics by 78%. The results of simple linear regression calculations show that every 1% increase in the public service ethics of Pau Village, Manggarai Regency, will increase community satisfaction by 57.2%. Based on the results of the significance test, the tcount of 18.614 is greater than the ttable (1.987) with a significance level of 0.000, this shows that public service ethics has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in Pau Village, Manggarai Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRACK Kedonganan Tourism Attraction is one of the pillars of the village economy, the majority of which work in the tourism sector. Kedonganan Tourist Attraction consists of Kedonganan beach, cafes along the Kedonganan beach, and Kedonganan fish market (mina wisata). This has undergone significant changes due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Kedonganan Tourism Attraction has experienced a decline in tourists, resulting in the non-operation of the tourism attraction area for two years. Community resilience is needed as an effort to deal with a change in the order of people's lives due to a disaster. This study aims to determine the resilience of Kedonganan Village in the Development of Tourist Attractions in Badung Regency in the New Normal Era. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Community resilience theory according to Norris et al. (2008) is used as the basis for this research analysis. The results of the study show that Kedonganan Village has succeeded in achieving a resilient community as evidenced by indicators of economic development, social capital, information and communication, and community competence which show the level of survival and adaptation of a community in Kedonganan Village. Abstract

Jatiluwih Village in Bali is renowned for its subak system. As a tourist village, it's actively enhancing collaborative management to sustain its presence. Collaboration between the village government and residents involves jointly managing Jatiluwih's subak attractions. However, community involvement in its management remains limited. This research aims to grasp the collaborative governance process in developing subak ecotourism management in Jatiluwih. It's a qualitative study using descriptive methods. The analysis draws on the theory of effective collaborative governance. Findings show satisfactory collaboration among the government, private sector, and community, although governmental dominance is an issue. The research results show that collaboration has been running well, with 7 out of 8 indicators showing good performance. The one indicator that needs improvement is the network structure. Recommendations include improving coordination with involved parties, providing understanding to the Jatiluwih community about the benefits of collaboration, and its positive impact on them.

Abstract

The problem of worker status in Indonesia is getting worse with the legalization of the practice of Fixed Term Agreements with Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Employment, which has caused a lot of controversy. Amidst public concerns about the rebirth of the dangers of capitalism, the government has actually legalized the practice of PKWT / work contracts that can be continuously extended, which are economically and morally detrimental to workers/laborers. The formulation of the problem in this writing is how legal protection for PKWT workers who are laid off is linked to the Employment Law. The method used in this research is normative juridical research in the form of library legal materials or secondary data with primary, secondary and tertiary sources of legal materials. The research approach used is statutory, conceptual, analytical and case approaches as well as legal material analysis techniques carried out using systematic and grammatical legal interpretation. The research results show that legal protection for PKWT workers who are laid off is linked to the Employment Law, namely as stipulated in Law Number 2 of 2004 for the resolution of Industrial Relations Disputes. If an industrial relations dispute occurs, it can be resolved in 2 ways, namely through litigation (court) or through non-litigation (outside court). The litigation route generally starts from the industrial relations court at the District Court at the Supreme Court level. Meanwhile, in the non-litigation route, parties can resolve industrial relations disputes by means of arbitration, conciliation, bipartite and mediation. ABSTRAK Problema status pekerja di Indonesia semakin parah seiring dilegalkannya praktik Perjanjian Waktu Tertentu dengan Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan yang banyak menuai kontroversi itu. Ditengah kekhawatiran masyarakat akan lahirnya kembali bahaya kapitalisme, pemerintah justru melegalkan praktik PKWT / Kontrak Kerja yang dapat terus diperpanjang yang secara ekonomi dan moral merugikan pekerja/buruh. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penulisan ini yaitu bagaimana perlindungan hukum bagi Tenaga Kerja PKWT yang di PHK dikaitkan dengan Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan jenis penelitian yuridis normatif berupa bahan hukum kepustakaan atau data sekunder dengan sumber bahan-bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier. Adapun pendekatan penelitian yang dipergunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, analitis dan kasus serta teknik analisa bahan hukum dilakukan dengan penafsiran hukum sistematis dan gramatikal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan hukum bagi Tenaga Kerja PKWT yang di PHK dikaitkan dengan Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan yaitu sebagaimana ketentuan Undang-undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2004 penyelesaian Perselisihan Hubungan Industrial. Jika terjadi perselisihan hubungan industrial maka dapat diselesaikan dengan 2 cara, yaitu melalui jalur litigasi (pengadilan) ataupun melalui jalur non litigasi (di luar pengadilan). Pada jalur litigasi umumnya dimulai dari pengadilan hubungan industrial pada Pengadilan Negeri pada tingkat Mahkamah Agung. Sedangkan pada jalur non litigasi para pihak dapat menyelesaikan perselisihan hubungan industrial dengan cara arbitrase, konsiliasi, bipartit, dan mediasi.
