Abstract

The problem faced today is the ineffectiveness of recruiting teaching assistants. Considering the selection of lecturer assistants must be right because to become a lecturer assistant is not easy. A lecturer assistant is required to be professional in providing values or solutions when problems occur. Seeing this situation, in the recruitment of teaching assistants a Decision Support System (SPK) is needed so that the recruitment of teaching assistants can be carried out more accurately. One method of decision support system is Weighted Product (WP). This method is the method used in ranking the simplest values by using multiplication to connect the attribute rating where the rating must be raised first with the weight of the attribute in question. Application of the Decision Support System for determining teaching assistants using the Weighted Product (WP) method, can be used to determine the best teaching assistants based on criteria, namely course grades, final GPA scores, attendance scores, communication skills scores, material mastery scores and discipline scores during lectures. Based on the results of research from 15 samples used in the Decision Support System for determining lecturer assistants using the Weighted Product (WP) method, those who are entitled to become a lecturer assistant are on behalf of Rizky Yeleni with a value of 0.0819. This application is made using Visual Basic Net programming language with SQL server database. Based on the results of system testing, it can be concluded that the functionality of the application for determining lecturer assistants using the Weighted Product (WP) method has been running as it should and can help determine who is entitled to become a lecturer assistant which can be seen in the output.

Abstract

Implementation of guidance and counseling in schools has a very important role in realizing students as individuals who are independent, responsible, creative and productive workers. Guidance and counseling for students is needed in making appropriate choices or to solve problems faced by students. The student counseling expert system at SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu City was created to facilitate the counseling process for students in schools based on the problems and symptoms experienced by students. This expert system adopts the knowledge of the BK teacher, where there are 25 problems that often occur in schools. In the process of diagnosing the results of student consultations, the application will select the problems experienced by students, then choose the symptoms experienced by students, thus displaying the possible percentage level of the problem. The student counseling expert system at SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu City was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the functionality of the student counseling expert system at SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu City runs as expected, and the application is able to display the results of student counseling consultations through the possible percentage levels of problems and symptoms experienced by students.

Abstract

Employee performance assessment aims to find potential employees who have profiles that match the criteria of loyalty, performance and responsibility. Another problem that occurs is the difficulty of selecting employees properly and fairly due to the diversity of educational backgrounds, experiences, competencies and employee portfolios so that it becomes a concern for Gerai 212 Mart in determining whether or not employees are eligible to serve as permanent employees. To overcome these obstacles, a decision support system is needed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to be used as a supporting medium in supporting the decision-making process. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which has the ability to measure the performance of decision alternatives in a simple mathematical form. The application is built using the Visual Basic 2010 programming language and the method used in this research is the waterfall method. From the results of the tests carried out, it can be concluded that the assessment for being appointed as permanent employees can be done well by taking the number of employees with the highest value of 0.2605 and the lowest value of 0.1053.

Abstract

Bajak 1 Village is a village located in Taba Penanjung Sub-District of Central Bengkulu and has a large population. In making decisions about social assistance recipients in Bajak 1 village, currently still using the manual method by collecting data from existing residents. problems in decision making and the possibility of people's data being mixed up therefore they are wrong in making decisions. The method that can be used in making decisions for prospective recipients of Social Assistance (Bansos) is the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method. The SMART method is a multi-attribute and flexible decision-making technique that can assist the village in making decisions quickly and accurately. To determine prospective recipients of social assistance based on 3 criteria, namely: occupation, income, and number of dependents. Based on these 3 criteria, a Decision Support System was developed using the SMART method. Decision Support System is a computer system that processes data into information and decisions. With the design of a Decision Support System to determine prospective recipients of social assistance using the SMART method, Bajak 1 Village can be assisted in making decisions for prospective recipients of social assistance. .

Abstract

The Regional employment Agency of Bengkulu Province is one of the government agencies that has the main role to helping head of regional civil service officer to implement the management of civil servants. Employees who have worked for a certain period of time are given to apply for leave, there are several types of leave such as annual leave, sabbatical leave, sick leave, maternity leave, and leave for important reasons. In line with this, the governance is required to be able to make decisions quickly and carefully, to determine which employees are more important to give the permission, the length of the process selection its make the employee having to wait for leave approval letters. Consequently it’s a problem in the process of granting the leave. Therefore, in this research, will be developed a system that will help the governance determine who is eligible to get the leave by applying the Simple Additive Waighting (SAW) method, with Visual Basic Net programming language, with SQL server database as storage media support, so that the process of determining employee leave can be done using the application.

Abstract

At SMA Negeri 6 Bengkulu Tengah the Department is divided into 2, namely science and social studies. Determination of majors in schools is done based on the value per subject obtained by students. However, the data processing process is still done manually, sometimes students can choose the desired majors themselves so that over time the student learning process looks bored because the majors chosen are not in accordance with what students expect. The clustering application of student subject values ​​per semester at SMA Negeri 6 Bengkulu Tengah is used to assist the school in managing student data, the value of student subjects so that the appropriate student majors are known based on the scores obtained by students. In grouping the student's subject value data in the application, the K-Means Clustering method has been applied so that it can produce 2, namely Cluster C1 (IPA) and Cluster C2 (IPS). The application for clustering student subject values ​​per semester at SMA Negeri 6 Bengkulu Tengah was made using the Visual Basic.Net programming language. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the functional clustering application of student subject values ​​per semester at SMA Negeri 6 Bengkulu Tengah runs well as expected and can provide information on the results of clustering student data into 2 groups, namely science and social studies.

Abstract

The Mobile Information System is one of the information management systems whose development is very fast along with the increasing development of human intelligence. In its development, what is needed to develop a Mobile Information System is data and information. Mobile Information System is very important for the development of an agency. One of them is the Mobile Information System on rehabilitated and released animals at the Bengkulu City BKSDA. In this study, an application was developed by implementing a Mobile Information System that was able to display data on rehab and released animals, and also the basis of this application there were two types, namely Android and Web. This Mobile Information System is divided into two application parts, namely android-based applications and web-based applications. For data processing using an android application, while for information about animal rehabilitation reports and released animals can use a web-based application..

Abstract

The teacher is the most decisive part in the education system. The difficulty of recruiting teachers is a challenge for the Al Fida foundation, where the selection process starts from a written test, a reading test of the Qur'an, microteaching and interviews. To simplify the process, a system is needed to solve these problems using Simple Additive Weighting which is used to rank prospective teachers with the same characteristics which can then be used as consideration in making policies. The results of the application of the Simple Additive Weighting method can be used by the AL-Fida foundation in recruiting teachers based on the ranking results according to the large number of prospective teachers.
