Abstract

Entomopathogenic fungi are fungi that infect insects by way of entry into the body through the skin of the host insect, digestive tract and spiracles. One potential entomopathogenic fungi to control some insect pest species is Lecanicillium sp. These fungi are biological agents that effectively infect several types of insect pests, especially the order Lepidoptera, Hemiptera, Homoptera, and Coleoptera. The purpose of this study was to obtain isolates of entomopathogenic fungi Lecanicillium sp. Utilization of entomopathogenic fungi as biological control agents is one way to avoid the negative impact of chemicals on the environment. The fungus is pathogenic to various types of insects with a wide range of hosts. Entomopathogenic fungi can be obtained with the exploration of various locations with insect baiting method. fungal isolates can also be obtained through the baiting insect method.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to determine the exploratory procedure and identification of the entomopathogenic fungus Metarhizium anisopliae by using the baiting method. This research was conducted by direct observation and descriptions. The sample that used to exploration is rhizosphere soil. The exploration that used in this research was using baiting insect method. Insecta that used in this research is meal worm (Tenebrio molitor L.). The soil used for concurrent entomopathogenic fungi was taken by purposive sampling from the rhizosphere soil around the location of UPT PTPH Surabaya. The results of the research through the exploration process using the baiting method of the meal worm (Tenebrio molitor L.) obtained an entomogenous fungus, namely Metarhizium anisopliae. The general characteristics of the fungus Metarhizium anisopliae at the beginning of the growth of fungal colonies are white and turn into dark green with increasing incubation time. The mycelium is insulated with a diameter of 1.98-2.97µm. Conidophores are erect, layered, and branched which are filled with conidia. The single-celled conidia are hyaline, cylindrical in shape with a size of 9.94 x 3.96 m. This fungus is parasitic on several types of insects and is saprophytic in the soil by surviving on plant debris.

Abstract

The fixed point principle is very important in solving linear equation, ordinary differential equation, partial differential equation, and integral equation. The famous fixed point theorem is Banach's fixed point theorem. Kannan's fixed point theorem is generalisation of Banach's fixed point theorem. This article discusses some theorems that generalisations from Kannan's fixed point theorem with continuity mapping. Some theorems are discussed in this article guarantee the existence and uniqueness of a fixed point.

Abstract

According to (Undang-Undang, 2014) “a village” is a village and traditional village. “a village” is a legal community unit that has territorial boundaries that are authorized to regulate and manage government affairs, the interests of the local community based on community initiatives, rights of origin, and/or traditional rights that are recognized and respected in the system of government of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. This article discusses total of village funds from village original income and transfer income in 2018, 2019 and 2020 in Weru Village, Paciran, Lamongan. We use Simple Linear Regression method. The data analysis technique is quantitative descriptive. It will describes and interprets an object or phenomenon by using numbers. From results, a simple linear regression equation is with correlation that means the correlation is not significant. And then, Calculation of and results that . It means that Ha (Hypothesis) is rejected. So, it can be concluded that the relationship between village original income and transfer income to the total of village funds has not significant effect.

Abstract

Disease caused by Piper yellow motle virus (PYMoV) is an important disease in pepper plants. Mycorrhizal fungus inoculation can delay PYMoV infection and delay the appearance of mottling symptoms in pepper plants. This study aims to control PYMoV pathogens in pepper plants using mycorrhizal fungi. The design of this study used a completely randomized design with 3 treatments. The results showed that the dose of 15 g had the lowest disease intensity. Also, the best mycorrhizal fungal infection and mycorrhizal fungal population were found at a dose of 15 g.

Abstract

E-learning is a learning media that is being used 100% in various universities. Because it is still new, elearning needs to be evaluated to make it even better. The purpose of this study is to evaluate e-learning tofind out how much the method can be accepted by students. This study uses the AHP method because thissystem is able to analyze using a number of criteria in the selection of practical courses. The method is doneby comparing the matrix of a number of criteria from the results of student questionnaire forms. Theresults show that students still prefer face-to-face methods rather than e-learning because face-to-face materialis more easily absorbed and interactions with lecturers are more interwoven than using e-learning.Keywords : e-learning, analytical hierarchy process, face to face

Abstract

WIFI is a device that can facilitate to access information. Currently, electromagnetic waves are used in the transmission of internet network data, for example WIFI. The use of a WIFI network requires a device capable of transmitting or receiving electromagnetic waves, antenna. One of the antenna models that can be implemented is the microstrip antenna. Microstrip antenna has a lightweight design and low cost in its fabrication process. This study aims to design a microsrip antenna that is able to work at WIFI frequency (2.4 GHz). The shape of the patch used is rectangular, with rectangular slots, and has a groundplane that has a T slot. The antenna is designed on a circuit board (PCB) with a permittivity of 4.6 and a thickness of 1.6 mm. Furthermore, the antenna is simulated using the CST Suite 2017 software. The results obtained antenna criteria, such as: Retun Loss -40.66dB, VSWR 1.012, Gain 5.31 dBi, Bandwidth 4.09% and transmission pattern is directional.

Abstract

Pseudomonas fluorescens is a bacterial antagonist that is widely used as a biological control agent. Propagation of Pseudomonas fluorescens is mostly done with synthetic agar media. This requires an expensive cost, therefore there is a need for alternative media for bacterial propagation. This study aims to examine the growth of Pseudomonas fluorescens in liquid media of soybean cooking water. The research was carried out at the Office of the TPH Protection Coordinator for the Bojonegoro Region. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. carried out on the number of bacterial colonies. The results of this study indicate that soybean cooking water can be used as a medium for propagation of Pseudomonas fluorescens bacteria and has a high bacterial density with the number of bacterial colonies of 6.5×108 CFU/ml in the first week.

Abstract

Lecanicillium lecanii is one type of entomopathogenic fungus that can infect several insects with very variable mortality rates. control solutions using biological agents of entomopathogenic fungi are able to have a good impact and are environmentally friendly. The writing of this study used both primary and secondary data collection methods carried out by observation and quantitative analysis techniques, in the form of observations, explanations of the data obtained, and carrying out the activities related to the spore density test of the entomopathogenic fungus L. lecanii using a haemocytometer at PTPH Coordinator Office for Bojonegoro Region. The results of the spore density test of the entomopathogenic fungus L. lecanii were 6.05×107, which was carried out using rice solid media and potato liquid media for propagation and calculated using a haemocytometer and observed using a binocular microscope with a magnification of 400×. The results of the density test are classified as good quality and able to be applied to plants by farmers to control a pest or Plant Pest Organisms.

Abstract

Kepuh is a species of plant from the Malvaceae family that has a large body. The distribution of Kepuh is found in Southeast Asia, especially in the tropics and subtropics. Kepuh is one of the endangered species, because it is rarely found in primary and secondary forests. In terms of utilization, it is still very limited, only planted as yard plant and garden fences. This study aims to determine the diversity of Kepuh in Lamongan district. This type of research is descriptive analytic with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used are survey and observation. The results of this study are the diversity of Kepuh includes (1) the diversity of families that dominates the Fabaceae family, (2) the diversity of habitus of Kepuh that dominates is seedlings, (3) the diversity of habitats that dominates is plantations land, (4) the highest INP value of Kepuh is 28,29% in the medium category.
