Abstract

The lithology of Jolosutro Beach, Blitar Regency, East Java was studied using remote sensing methods. The purpose of this study was to identify the lithology of rocks at Jolosutro Beach, Blitar Regency, East Java. Satellite images are Landsat 8 OLI/TIRS satellite images. The Landsat 8 OLI/TIRS satellite images were then adjusted and combined with RGB. The results of remote sensing data processing showed that the surface lithology of the study area was dominated by andesite-basalt-wash rocks, whose origin is suspected to be from Futhokria and Tenggeri mountains.

Abstract

The control of the Aedes albopictus mosquito vector still relies on the use of insecticides. The use of insecticides if not appropriate can have a negative impact on the environment and non-target organisms. Neoregelia spectabilis is a plant from the Bromeliaceae family which is often used as a natural breeding site for Aedes albopictus. In addition to the morphological factors, it is suspected that there are interesting chemical compounds that make this species a breeding site for Aedes albopictus mosquitoes. This study aimed to analyze the content of chemical compounds that are attractants from the plant species Neoregelia spectabilis. The research method began with taking samples of young leaves, extracting them by maceration, concentrating with a rotary vacuum evaporator and testing the content of compounds using the GCMS Variant Sarurn 2000. The results of the GCMS analysis showed that the chemical compounds present in Neoregelia spectabilis are compounds from the groups of alcohols, alkanes, esters, and terpenes One of the attractant compounds found is a compound from the alkane group. The group of alkane compounds was found as much as 50.63%.

Abstract

The Aedes albopictus mosquito is one of the main vectors that causes Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) which needs to be controlled. Control using natural insecticides derived from plants is proven to be safer. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of coconut, banana, bamboo and bromeliad leaf extracts on the number and hatchability of Aedes albopictus mosquito eggs. This type of research is an experiment with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) pattern which was carried out in the Billfath University laboratory. The treatment consisted of extracts of banana leaves (10% DP), coconut leaves (10% DK), bamboo leaves (10% DBa), bromeliad leaves (10% DBr), control (100% water). The results showed that coconut, banana, bamboo and bromeliad leaf extracts had an effect on the number of Aedes albopictus eggs but had no effect on the hatchability of Aedes alboictus eggs, with the highest average number of eggs in the 10% bromeliad treatment of 5.42 eggs.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that aims to be able to analyze high school students' understanding of limits, especially grade 12, the analysis uses a limited sample where the subject has been determined because the subject has learned limits in grade 11, therefore it is made a research subject, research is conducted online using google form, where 7 research subjects were taken, namely 7 students from MAN 1 Sijunjung, Sijunjung district, West Sumatra, namely through several tests, namely 7 multiple choice questions and questions regarding the extent of students' understanding of limits and after seeing that some 12th grade students had understand the limits of algebraic functions and some of them still don't understand the limits of the material limits of trigonometry functions where there are many difficulties when you have to use the torema where if you want to use it you have to memorize the theorem before working on the given problem.

Abstract

The use of chemical pesticides to control Spodoptera frugiperda needs to be minimized by replacing organic pesticides using Apium graveolens essential oil as the main pesticide ingredient. This research aims to determine the main compounds of Apium graveolens essential oil and its potential as a botanical pesticide. This research experimental laboratory methods and product testing. Experimental tests were carried out using GCMS and product lab tests with 3 treatments concentration of essential oil and 5 replications, P0 (Control), P1 (1%), P2 (2%) and P3 (3%). The test results show that the main chemical compounds contained in Apium graveolens are ?-Caryophyllene, 1(3H)-Isobenzofuranone, 3-ethoxy, Phthalide, Cyclopentanone and 1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid, bis(2-ethylhexyl) ester (CAS) Bis( 2-ethylhexyl) phthalate. And there is a very significant effect of Apium Graveolens essential oil on the mortality of third instar larvae of Spodoptera frugiperda with the highest average at P4 (3%) at 92%.

Abstract

Acetic Acid is an organic compound that is also widely applied in the health and industrial fields. Acetic acid has various functions, namely inhibiting weed growth and as a regulator of acidity in the food industry. Alcohol is a colorless and volatile liquid produced by fermentation which can be used as an antiseptic agent, wound cleanser and industry. Acetic acid and alcohol can be obtained from the fermentation process of fruit peel waste into an ecoenzyme solution. The aim of this study was to analyze the ratio of acetic acid levels and alcohol content in ecoenzymes from organic peels of oranges, mangoes and papayas. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. This research consisted of three stages, namely making ecoenzymes from orange peels (p1), mango (p2), and papaya (p3) (for 3 months). The levels of acetic acid and alcohol were determined using the acid-base titration method. The results of this study showed that the highest ecoenzyme acetic acid content was in the 3rd month of fermentation in orange peel samples on average of 3.7% and the lowest overall was 1% while the highest alcohol content was in orange peel samples on average of 0.78 % and the lowest overall is 0.18%

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between various factors, such as family characteristics, eating patterns, and infection rates, as well as the incidence of stunting in children in the Papuan Mountains. The method used in this research is a qualitative bibliographic method. The differential equation model developed in this research uses historical trends and key factors to predict the number of stunting cases in 2024. This model combines the rate of change in factors that influence stunting with the current prevalence of stunting in a region. The model results show that the number of stunting cases is expected to increase based on the calculation results for an accuracy level of 25 and a MAPE of 88% in 2024. The differential equation model developed in this research provides a useful tool for policy makers and health professionals to predict and plan stunting management. in the Papuan highlands.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe and explain the validity and practicality of electronic student worksheets designed with a problem-based learning model and the context of social science issues. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire technique. The resulting data was analyzed using descriptive data analysis techniques. The validity tests carried out include validity tests in terms of material, media and language. The material validity test produced a value of 0.95 in the very valid category. The media validity test produced a value of 75.3 in the valid category. The language validity test produced a score of 96.13 in the very valid category. Practical tests are carried out by teachers and lecturers. The practicality test results by teachers and students were respectively 94.70 and 97.56 in the very practical category. Thus it can be concluded that the electronic student worksheets developed is valid and practical for use in learning.

Abstract

Stock investment is the most popular form of investment. Investors need to observe changes stock prices in the time series to find out stocks movement. Therefore, one way to find out stock price estimates can be done by predicting using methods, models that must be tested for accuracy. The aim is to predicting stock prices and transmit the prediction results obtained. The method used in this research is the Linear Regression Algorithm. This algorithm was chosen because it’s able estimates using historical data and can produce a pattern that is interconnected with each variable used. The data used in this research is 1,717 share price data PT Bank Mandiri Tbk. (BMRI.JK). Data obtained from 01 January 2018 to 10 December 2024. There are 5 variables, including 4 independent variables namely Date, Open, High, Low, and the dependent variable is Close. The results obtained MAPE 0.54%, RMSE 38.39, and MSE 1473.84
