Abstract

Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Bitung is a fuel terminal in North Sulawesi which distributes to various gas stations in North Sulawesi using tank cars and to remote islands such as Tahuna which uses ships to distribute fuel in the North Sulawesi region, Indonesia. One of its important roles is to minimize the occurrence of serious damage to a company unit or equipment. The aim of this research is to determine the most effective type of maintenance for the filling shed unit at PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Bitung, using the PSI method.The data collection methods used in this research consisted of literature review, observation, interviews and questionnaires. The literature review that will be carried out is about the PSI method to determine the most suitable type of treatment for filling sheds. Observation, namely the author makes direct observations of the research object to find out the condition of the equipment or machines at TBBM Bitung. Interviews are a data collection method that is carried out by asking questions directly to the company. Questionnaires are used to collect data from respondents through a set of questions to be answered which will later be processed to conclude the research.Results of applying the PSI method to the PT case study. Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Bitung shows four types of maintenance, namely preventive, corrective, breakdown and shutdown which are implemented in the company. Meanwhile, in terms of maintenance ranking, the type of maintenance ranked first or most suitable for the filling shed unit is Preventive maintenance with a preference score of 0.865. Keywords: Determination of Treatment, Preference Selection Index (PSI) Method, filling shed   ABSTRAK Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Bitung merupakan Terminal BBM di Sulawesi utara yang melakukan distributor ke berbagai SPBU di Sulawesi utara menggunakan mobil tangki dan ke pulau-pulau terpencil seperti tahuna yang menggunakan kapal untuk menyalurkan BBM di wilayah Sulawesi Utara, Indonesia., perawatannya harus diperhatikan mengingat salah satu peran pentingnya dapat meminimalisir terjadinya kerusakan berat dari sebuah unit atau alat perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menentukan jenis perawatan yang paling efektif untuk unit filling shed di PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Bitung, dengan menggunakan metode PSI. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kajian literatur, observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Kajian literatur yang akan dilakukan adalah tentang metode PSI untuk menentukan jenis perawatan yang paling cocok untuk filling shed. Observasi, yakni penulis melakukan pengamatan secara langsung terhadap objek penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi peralatan atau mesin yang ada pada TBBM Bitung. Wawancara merupakan metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan tanya jawab secara langsung kepada pihak perusahaan. Kuesioner digunakan untuk menghimpun data dari responden melalui seperangkat pertanyaan untuk dijawab yang nantinya akan diolah untuk menyimpulkan penelitian. Hasil penerapan metode PSI pada studi kasus PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Bitung menunjukkan empat jenis perawatan yaitu preventive, corrective, breakdown dan shutdown yang diterapakan diperusahaan. Sedangkan dari sisi perangkingan perawatan, jenis perawatan peringkat satu atau paling cocok untuk unit filling shed yaitu perawatan Preventive dengan skor preferensi sebesar 0,865. Abstract

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Bitung is a company engaged in the petroleum sector that carries out work related to the receipt, storage and distribution of fuel. The problem faced by the company is the frequent failure of the elmot pump system. Where the company has implemented preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities but these maintenance activities are not running optimally. The purpose of this research is to find out what types of components have the potential to fail and also to find out what components are the most critical in the Elmot pump system. Therefore, the development of a maintenance system is carried out to increase the reliability of the Elmot pump. The method used in this research is Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) which aims to find out what components can experience potential failures and also find out what components are indicated to be critical in the product filling system at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Bitung. Components that experience potential failures in the product filling system, especially in the Elmot pump system, namely, terminals, centrifugal pump seals, pump impellers, pump bearings, rubber couplings, prv, flexible pipes, strainers and pressure gauges. Determination of the RPN value of critical components, taken three components with the highest risk value for distribution using minitab.17 software. Where critical components in the product filling system, especially in elmot pumps, include centrifugal pump seals where the RPN value = 171, MTBF value = 768.93 hours and MTTR value = 4.82 hours; pump bearings where the RPN value = 181, MTBF value = 768. 93 hours and MTTR value = 3.75 hours; rubber coupling where RPN value = 171, MTBF value = 1153.40 hours and MTTR value = 1.79 hours; and for flexible pipes named for RPN value = 183, MTBF value = 1730.10 hours and MTTR value is 7.75 hours. ABSTRAK PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Bitung merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang perminyakan yang melaksanakan pekerjaan terkait penerimaan, penimbunan, dan penyaluran BBM. Permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan yaitu sering terjadinya kegagalan pada sistem pompa elmot. Dimana Perusahaan telah menerapkan kegiatan preventive maintenance dan corrective maintenance namun kegiatan maintenance ini tidak berjalan dengan maksimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah agar dapat mengetahui jenis-jenis komponen apa yang berpotensi mengalami kegagalan dan juga dapat mengetahui komponen apa saja yang paling kritis pada sistem pompa elmot. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pengembangan sistem maintenance untuk meningkatkan keandalan pada pompa elmot. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) yang dimana bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui komponen-komponen apa saja yang dapat mengalami potensi kegagalan dan juga dapat di ketahui komponen komponen apa saja yang terindikasi kritis pada sistem pengisian produk di PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Bitung. Komponen-komponen yang mengalami potensi kegagalan pada sistem pengisian produk khususnya pada sistem pompa elmot yaitu, terminal, seal pompa sentrifugal, impeller pompa, bearing pompa,karet kopling, pressure relive valve, pipa flexibel, strainer dan pressure gauge. Penentuan nilai RPN dari komponen kritis, diambil tiga komponen dengan nilai resiko yang paling tinggi untuk di lakukan distribusi menggunakan software minitab.17. Dimana komponen-komponen yang kritis pada sistem pengisian produk khususnya pada pompa elmot yaitu diantaranya, seal pompa centrifugal yang dimana nilai RPN = 171, nilai MTBF = 768.93 jam dan nilai MTTR = 4.82 jam; bearing pompa yang dimana nilai RPN = 181, nilai MTBF = 768.93 jam dan nilai MTTR = 3.75 jam; karet kopling yang dimana nilai RPN = 171, nilai MTBF = 1153.40 jam dan nilai MTTR = 1.79 jam; dan untuk pipa flexible dinama untuk nilai RPN = 183, nilai MTBF = 1730.10 jam dan nilai MTTR ialah 7.75 jam. Abstract

This study describes the final comparison of the minimum cost of pertalite product distribution and knowing the optimal results of pertalite product distribution costs using the Stepping Stone method and POM-QM software comparison. The type of research used is quantitative research with data processing used is the Northwest Corner Method, the Least Cost Method, and the Vogel Method as the method used as the initial feasible solution. The final solution used to find the optimal solution is the Stepping Stone Method and the use of POM-QM software as a comparison. The distribution cost results obtained using the Northwest Corner Method are Rp. 276,892,208, the Least Cost Method obtained Rp. 186,058,754, and the Vogel Method Rp. 77. 415.457. The Stepping Stone Method as the final result obtained Rp.77,415,457. The method that is closest to the optimal value is the Vogel Approximation Method because it can provide minimum costs and provide greater benefits when compared to other methods. Keywords: Northwest Corner Method,  Least Cost Method, Vogel’s Approximation Method.   ABSTRAK                Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang perbandingan akhir biaya minimum distribusi produk pertalite dan mengetahui hasil optimal biaya distribusi produk pertalite dengan menggunakan Metode Stepping Stone dan perbandingan software POM-QM. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah Metode Barat Laut, Metode Biaya Terendah, dan Metode Vogel sebagai metode yang digunakan sebagai solusi awal yang layak. Solusi akhir yang digunakan untuk mencari solusi optimal adalah Metode Stepping Stone dan penggunaan software POM-QM sebagai pembanding. Hasil biaya distribusi yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan Metode Barat Laut sebesar Rp. 276.892.208, Metode Biaya Terendah diperoleh Rp. 186.058.754, dan Metode Vogel sebesar Rp. 77.415.457. Metode Stepping Stone sebagai hasil akhir diperoleh Rp. 77.415.457. Metode yang paling mendekati nilai optimal adalah Metode Vogel karena dapat memberikan biaya yang minimum dan memberikan keuntungan yang lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan metode lainnya. Abstract

EMPAT SAUDARA is a company engagedin manufacturing by producing refined salt. A tany time the production process on the machine certainly haspotential hazards that must be avoided by workers. In addition to the danger sposed by machines, there a real sohazard factors caused by the workers them selves, human error factors or Human Error. This study aimsto "how touse the SHERPA method in evaluating human error so that preventive step scan be determined". For the prevention of human error usedin this study using the SHERPA method (Systematic Human Error Reduction and Prediction Approach) which aimsto determine the potential forwork accidents that mayoccuror determine the application of preventionas early as possible. There sults of this study using the SHERPA method obtained 1 HTA diagrams of the salt making process with a total of 22 tasks consisting of material and machine in spection, material arrival, processing process and distribution process. An error correction strategy was produced as a proposal consisting of tighter supervision, training for employees, the use of safety shoes back support belts and the use of correct lifting techniques. Keywords: SHERPA Method, human error, PT Empat Saudara ABSTRAK EMPAT SAUDARA merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang manufaktur dengan memproduksi garam halus. Setiap saat proses produksi pada mesin pastinya memiliki potensi bahaya yang harus dihindari para pekerja. Selain bahaya yang ditimbulkan oleh mesin, ada juga factor bahaya yang ditimbulkan oleh pekerja itu sendiri, factor kesalahan manusia atau Human Error. Penelitian ini bertujuan bagaimana dapat menggunakan metode SHERPA dalam mengevaluasi human error sehingga dapat ditentukan langkah pencegahannya”. Untuk pencegahan human error yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode SHERPA (Systematic Human Error Reduction and Prediction Approach) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi kecelakaan kerja yang kemungkinan terjadi ataupun menentukan penerapan pencegahan sedini mungkin. Hasil penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode SHERPA diperoleh 1 Diagram HTA proses pembuatan garam dengan total task 22 yang terdiri dari pemeriksaan bahan dan mesin, kedatangan bahan, proses pengolahan dan proses pendistribusian. Dihasilkan strategi perbaikan error sebagai usulan yang terdiri dari pengawasan yang lebih ketat, melakukan pelatihan bagi karyawan, penggunaan safety shoes, back support belt, melakukan breafing serta penggunaan teknik mengangkat dengan benar. Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in clothing sewing services are one of the important economic actors in the national economic ecosystem. However, the business activities they carry out are still carried out haphazardly and have never utilized the SWOT method to formulate business development strategies that are expected to be better. This research is related to the application of the SWOT method to sewing business services within the MSME scope with a case study of sewing service actors in Amurang. The data collection mechanism was carried out through observation and in-depth interviews with several sewing service business actors. The results of the SWOT analysis study show that the company's position is in quadrant I which is related to aggressive strategy. Furthermore, this research also maps various strategy options in the W-T strategy cluster to increase opportunities and the W-O cluster strategy to minimize threats in the sewing services industry ecosystem. ABSTRAK Pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) jasa jahit pakaian merupakan salah satu pelaku ekonomi penting dalam ekosistem perekonomiaan nasional. Namun demikian, aktivitas usaha yang mereka lakukan masih dilakukan secara asal asalan dan belum pernah memanfaatkan penggunaan metode SWOT untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan usaha yang diharapkan menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini terkait dengan penerapan metode SWOT pada jasa usaha menjahit dalam lingkup UMKM dengan studi kasus pada pelaku jasa menjahit di amurang. Mekanisme pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara mendalam kepada beberapa pelaku usaha jasa menjahit tersebut. Hasil kajian analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa posisi perusahaan berada pada kuadran I yang berkaitan dengan strategi agresif. Selajutnya penelitian ini juga memetakan berbagai pilihan strategi pada klaster strategi W-T untuk meningkatkan peluang dan strategi klaster W-O untuk meminimalkan ancaman dalam ekosistem industri jasa jahit.
